We did say we would discuss details in this channel. The whole situation is developing very rapidly now, and it's in both of our interests to keep up the pace.

First, we have contacted the Widerstandsarmee, and have been assured that a personnel transfer at one of their stations would present no issue. You may send your advisor whenever they are ready, and we will ensure a quick pickup.
Next, the entire company is massively ramping up both security and shipping presence between Rheinland, the Sigmas and the Omicrons. Division V will have the transports Ybbs and Solothurn in position for shipments from Rheinland, as well as the freighters Alsergrund and Meidling in case very quick delivery of anything in small quantities is needed.
We await your response as to the exact type and amount of goods you are requesting, as well as where and when we should be picking up your operative.

I am finally able to contact you concerning the missing bits and bots of our deal. I do realize that speeding things up might prove even more beneficial, but the time frame I've asked for was not for subjective reasons, I assure you. Now, let's get down to business, I am sure you are a very busy man.

For the personnel transfer part, I find all your efforts remarkable. Seems all is in place for the deployment of a military advisor. You name the day he must be available for pick up and O'Rhu will make sure he's there. We also request to know the period he will be assigned in the respective crew.

For the second part, the more effort consuming one, the team working at our HQ put together a list with the materials that are in great need for us. My instructions are to lay it down entirely, so you may have a look and decide which of the materials you can procure without to much hassle and without raising suspicions. As you know all to well, discretion is the word of the day between the groups we represent.

As for details of delivery, for the short and medium term materials, a hand-over in space between vessels would be the best way to handle it, for now. We tend to be somewhat protective with our areas and for the time being you will not get clearance to enter Order space. This, I am sure, it will change as the time passes and we become more closer partners. As for the location, I do think either Sigma-13 or Sigma-17 to be suitable candidates. The vessel assigned for this duty will be the Aptroot, accompanied by a small escort. If the situation demands it, we can supplement the pick-up group with another transport.

The long terms materials are not needed for now; those are a projection of needs our group considered to place on the job offer for you to decide if it's worth pursuing and in the field of possibility. Complementary reimbursement could be issued if your company deems it so. In that case, we'll discuss the terms when the shipments will be required.

I am waiting for you reply considering which and what quantities of materials you can provide us with, delivery dates and the day for our personnel to be picked up. O'Rhu will contact the Widerstandsarmee to find out on which installation we need to envoy our member.

It looks as if we can proceed. For the contract under which your operative will be employed, we seek an initial duration of at least twelve months, to be extended upon agreement by both parties. As for the time of pickup, we've received confirmation that approval for passage has been granted by both the Republic of Kusari and the Gas Miners Guild, so the Erdbeben should be departing in short order. We have not received an exact timetable, but if your operative could be on location within a week, that would be ideal.

As for your shopping list, it's quite the selection. I've requisitioned two mothballed medium transports from the scrapping division to get it all in place. It took my people a good amount of flying around, but in the end the materials weren't too hard to acquire. A major industrial company purchasing packages of alloys, electronics and equipment is hardly unusual.
We've stockpiled everything under "Materials with short and medium term delivery notice" on the transports Basel, Bregenz, and Ybbs, and have sent them to Neu Augsburg, our Munich outpost, for quick delivery to the Sigmas.

In my opinion, the Sigma systems 13 and 17 may be a bit hot for such a transfer at the moment, but we'll find a suitable time and place to rendezvous with the Aptroot. Compensation for this isn't necessary; consider the assignment of your advisor and the improvement of relations, as well as your recommendation to the Overwatch to be the payment.
For deliveries on the scale of the long-term materials requested, we will offer standard market rates.
