Pilots and Officers,
The High Command thanks you for your continuous dedication to your positions in the primary feet and the defense of the homeland. We are pleased by the heroics you document in your flight and combat reports, keep up the good work and make us - and the rest of Liberty - proud.
Lieutenant Kingston, the high command has been made aware of your leave and wish you all luck, and a fast recovery. You have been therefore put on medical-leave until further notice.
Thank you.

A hostage situation began as soon as I launched for patrol today, not even five seconds after I left the docking rings. An Outcast Sorta piloted by one Zapp_Brannigan claimed that he was in possession of Liberty Naval pilots as well as civilians, and demanded a trade, or he would sell them as slaves. This is never acceptable to the Liberty Navy, and, using my skill as a negotiator, led him to believe we were going to comply with his demands. A secondary fleet Overlord Naughted.Wolf joined me with an experimental cloak to the requested meeting place, near the trade lane that runs from Norfolk Shipyard to the Texas Jump Gate. While the dreadnought got into position, I informed the oblivious Outcast that the Liberty Navy does not negotiate with pirates, and the dreadnought releaved themselves to the foolish pirate. I then gave an order to fire and the battlegroup purged the threat and rescued the pilots, freeing them within Battleship Missouri. All entities were safe and unharmed, except the Outcast and his twisted crew, who were left to be handled by police authorities.

Good day,
This is Commander Kingston reporting.
I'm pleased to state that I've successfully recovered from my injuries, and am ready to return to active duty. While the medical personnel request that I take it easy, as I will attempt to, I am officially requesting being registered back into active service.
I will leave the report from the medical personnel in an attachment at the end of this relay, and leave you to decide what to do with it. It's an honor and a privilege to be flying again for the Primary, and I'll say it here that I truly did miss it.
Let's give those Gauls hell.
Regards,
Cmdr. Alexander S. Kingston, Liberty Navy Primary.
After his extended leave of absence in the wake of his.. unfortunate injuries, I am proud to say that Commander (At least, that's what he's telling me now) Alexander Kingston has made a stunning recovery. His left tibia and fibula appear to be back in working order, aside from some minor bruising, but any other remnants of the injury should be gone within a day or two. I'd say he's perfectly fit for duty once more.
However, on a more personal note, and one in regards to Kingston himself. A few words of warning: Be safe, and watch where you land. Grievous injuries like this are never joyous, and almost never unpainful.

Dr. Ellise Cellar, Wright-Patterson Memorial Hospital, Planet Denver.

Today Lieutenant Commander Jason Hirlerman and I were on a patrol in the New York system. After a short break at Planet Manhatten, a Outcast pilot named "Basilisk" with the identification key of the 101st appeared on our scanner, we told him to leave the area, otherwise we need to force him. He called for backup and another Outcast appeared on our scanner called "Texas". After a short conversation with this two Outcast we opened the fire and attacked them. I managed to destroy Texas and almost destroyed Basilisk too. As far as I know, he lost all his Nanobots and shieldbots. Anyways, Lieutenant Commander Jason Hirlerman was not able to finish the Outcast and his ship also got destroyed. Currently I'm in the hospital on Planet Manhatten and waiting for my release.

Today Commander Kingston and I went for a brief patrol around Liberty. Starting in New York as always, moving through Texas. Where we encountered and non-compliant train captain. Despite numerous requests and warnings he tried to flee to Rheinland, we had no choice but to open fire and take him down. Unfortunately, he jettisoned the passengers and shot them in defiance of our attempts to save them from the inhumane transport conditions.
After this incident we encounter a group of rogue torpedo pilots hovering around Manhattan looking for a fight, we took them on and the situation ended as predicted, although Commander Kingston was shot down in the process, he didn't take any serious injuries. I cannot say the same about the rogues involved however.

[Transmission Begins]
Hello, Command. This is Commander Kingston reporting in.
To help shrug off the sudden ejection I had to make earlier, I decided to take the L.N.S. Plymouth Rock out for a patrol across southern Liberty.
We first encountered a Prosecutor fighter being flown by a freelancer named Maren von Westefeld. She explained that she wasn't aware of the law prohibiting the use of her ship in out borders, so we quietly escorted her out of Liberty back to Cortez.
[07.07.2016 14:50:03] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Woah... Hold up a second..
[07.07.2016 14:50:10] Maren.v.Westefeld: Hmm, sir?
[07.07.2016 14:50:21] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: The hell are you flying that for?
[07.07.2016 14:50:33] Maren.v.Westefeld: Uh, I procured it.
[07.07.2016 14:50:33] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Hellfire tech is illegal within Liberty space.
[07.07.2016 14:50:56] Death: [LN]-Charlyn.Beston was put out of action by Nasty (Gun).
[07.07.2016 14:50:59] Maren.v.Westefeld: Is it? Must've overlooked that.
[07.07.2016 14:51:12] Maren.v.Westefeld: May I ask why, though?
[07.07.2016 14:51:34] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: They are revolutionaries and traitors. Their tech isn't liked or accepted here.
[07.07.2016 14:51:53] Maren.v.Westefeld: Liberty is supposed to be the land of the free, aye? So why this needless animosity?
[07.07.2016 14:52:07] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Ask them. They turned traitor.
[07.07.2016 14:52:10] Maren.v.Westefeld: I'm a civilian who just wants to be protected nicely.
[07.07.2016 14:52:32] Death: Terminator99 was put out of action by Panzerschreck (Gun).
[07.07.2016 14:52:37] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Erie seels a nice fighter. Tough armor, many gun slots.. reasonable price.
[07.07.2016 14:52:59] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: You'd have a better time flying that instead of that Hellfire tech you got there.
[07.07.2016 14:53:01] Death: [LN]-Charlyn.Beston was put out of action by Nasty (Gun).
[07.07.2016 14:53:25] Maren.v.Westefeld: Maybe. It's not the only ship I have.
[07.07.2016 14:53:37] Maren.v.Westefeld: So, uh, I'll just fly out the way I came, I guess?
[07.07.2016 14:54:01] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Good. We'll accompany. Make sure you stick to your word.
[07.07.2016 14:54:22] Death: Nasty suffered a self-inflicted catastrophic decompression.
[07.07.2016 14:54:24] Maren.v.Westefeld: I'd never lie, sir. But please, be my guest.
[07.07.2016 14:56:03] Maren.v.Westefeld: And how are you today, sir?
[07.07.2016 14:56:18] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Fairly well.. thank you. I'm pleased you're complying.
[07.07.2016 14:56:41] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Other than this little... incident.. how is your day progressing?
[07.07.2016 14:57:12] Maren.v.Westefeld: Very nicely, sir. As I said: I'm just a civilian. I'm not intending to fight anyone.
[07.07.2016 14:57:41] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: That is good to hear. I hate having to resort to violence.
[07.07.2016 14:57:47] Death: Panzerschreck was put out of action by LNS-Rax (Gun).
[07.07.2016 14:57:56] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: Makes me feel less like a Navy officer, and more like a dictator..
[07.07.2016 14:58:34] Maren.v.Westefeld: Don't we all? I'm looking forward to returning to my fiance soon.
[07.07.2016 14:58:58] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: As am I.. just the rest of my shift, y'know?
[07.07.2016 14:59:10] Maren.v.Westefeld: Oh, so you're engaged?
[07.07.2016 14:59:16] [LN]-LNS-Plymouth.Rock: Kingston: That I am.

After that, we took a trip down to Texas, then back up towards Pennsylvania, where we stood guard fora minor named Johnny Walker and aided him in a few tests that were of no hindrance to our partol. We parted ways, but received an SOS from another battlecruiser, the Tomahawk.
Upon entering New York, we came across Ms. Lauren Shaw, the former 5th fleet Lieutenant who regrettably turned to piracy. We proceeded towards the Tomahawk, where we were directed towards the Texas gate. There we met Shaw again, and the two of us ended up trading words until the Rogues (/_\-Rusty.Nail - Scylla ; /_\-"Sir".Uncle.Willy - Barghest) the Tomahawk had called out for came through the gate.
Two transports came through the gate not long after the Rogues, the Crayterian 27th|LV-Njoror, and a freelance Serenity flown by Adam Moretti, who I believe may have been intoxicated. More words were exchanged, and eventually the Rogues and Shaw broke off and let the transports go. No shots were fired, and we returned to Plymouth Rock to Norfolk, sparing her a new paint job.

Commander Alexander Samuel Kingston, Liberty Navy Primary.
I'm putting this little request at the end of my report so as to possibly save another life from piracy..
Ms. Shaw, of whom is in my report, was once a pilot for the 5th Fleet, under Admiral O'Neill. Due to a miscredit, Ms. Shaw was denied the basic respect and rewards for her service under Admiral O'Neill, and has thus turned to piracy to fill her need for camaraderie and for reward. She has assured me that no civilians are harmed during her dealings, and due to her prior background, I'm rather inclined to agree.
While I realize that it's not standard procedure to have unlawful individuals, even ones that have been charged with treason, reenter the ranks of the Navy, I believe that Ms. Shaw is due a second chance to right her wrongs. I believe that she is granted the same right to fix what she's done, and make amends.
That is why I am placing a personal request to the Admiralty to begin the process of pardoning Ms. Lauren Shaw, and subsequently reinstating her into the Primary at the rank of Ensign. If my request is passed, then I would also ask that she be placed under my supervision and command, so that I may continue to show her the same camaraderie and respect that she deserves for all her hard work.
If this request could be approved, then it would be a great weight off my back knowing that another promising pilot wasn't lost to the same vices that had taken so many others.

This is Lieutenant Ryan Dagnino reporting in on a recent patrol in the New York system.
Overall, there was not much to do in this patrol. For the majority of it, I found myself doing routine cargo scans and other tedious tasks. However, as I was making my way to the West Point Military Academy, a ship which I later identified as an Outcast fighter appeared on my scanner. Moments after my scanner picked up the hostile, my own fighter dropped out of the trade lane and I realized this Outcast, callsign JohnTheDotCom had disrupted the ring ahead. It would be a safe assumption to say he likely disrupted the trade lane with intent to conduct acts of piracy. I ordered the criminal to leave the area at once, which he refused. I gave him a sufficient amount of time to comply, but he clearly intended to stay. My only option left was to use force. I proceeded to enter combat, and the hostile was soon neutralized.
After dealing with the Outcast I continued my patrol, however nothing else worth noting occurred.

Hello again, Command. This is Commander Kingston reporting in.
I launched from the Yukon hearing word of two large unknowns in Magellan, mostly word from our men on Freeport 4. I jumped through the gate, and quckly identified them as ORIZON|Dakun and ORIZON|Uzed, two heavily armed Zoner "Nephilim"-class Juggernaut Colony Ships. They were on course for the Gate, and I informed them that if they jumped, they would regret their decision.
Sure enough, they both jumped, and I pursued the lead vessel, Dakun, into the California system, where we flew under the Tahoe cloud and up towards the marked jump hole to Pennsylvania. I managed to stop the lead vessel, and inform him of his crime. Evading a pilot of the Navy, a heavy warship inside Liberty space, and refusal to pay the designated fine I placed on them. Eventually, and with no word, then opened fire on me, prompting me to retreat outside their gun range, after which they jumped. Lt. Cmdr. Hirlerman arrived on scene, of which I quickly had him follow through, but he lost them on the other side.
I flew back and acquired the L.N.S. Plymouth Rock to deal with the vessels, which had flown to a theorized safety at Bethlehem. Our weapons we no match for them, however, and we were forced to pull back. We pulled some hastened emergency repairs on Erie, before launching back out, rendezvousing with Rear Admiral Knight aboard the L.N.S. Harmony, and later Admiral Reaser aboard the L.N.S. Malrone. With their help, we quickly ended the two Zoner warships and spared Sirius their tyranny.
We returned the Plymouth Rock to Norfolk, but soon received a distress call from a black box of the Luxury Liner Yorkshire broadcasting on all frequencies. We headed out again, the call dictating what sounded like a hijacking. The distress call originated from Manhattan, where we found a Lane Hacker "Storta"-class Outcast Destroyer hovering not far from Newark, the Yorkshire nowhere in sight. Lt. Cmdr. Hirlerman joined up, as well as a secondary fleet pilot named Adam West, and we began conversing with the vessel.
The vessel, named the Lane.Jumper, was under the control of a female Lane Hacker pirate named 'Highway', and she apparently had roughly 49 of the Yorkshire's passengers and crew aboard, stating that the rest of the people and the ship were "somewhere drifting in Cortez". They demanded Fifty million credits in exchange for the passengers lives, of which I was able to haggle down to Thirty million, along with 'assurance' that we would let them go. We transferred the money from a fake Neural Net account, a master stroke of genius by Ensign Mallone, and were able to acquire all but one individual from the vessel, of which we were.. unaware of. 'Highway' recognized our deception, and for it, killed the final captive, of which we later identified to be Lt. Daniel Patterson.
For this act, the ship's fate was sealed. We destroyed the vessel, without any damage to our own, and returned the civilians to Manhattan, as well as.. Lt. Patterson's remains. We returned the Plymouth Rock to Norfolk, where she's undergoing repairs from the Zoner vessel fire in Pennsylvania. I wish I could've done something to save Patterson's life, but there was little we could've done. This 'Highway' needs to be stopped before she can make any further attacks on our people.
Custodibus et punctum.
Signed,
Commander Alexander Samuel Kingston, Liberty Navy Primary.

This is Commander Avery Reeves reporting in,
Today I undertook a patrol in Command of the Mount Hood Battle Cruiser and encountered two situations. Both are detailed below.
Much like a few days ago, I encountered a Scylla registered under the name "DeathCollecter". Our pursuit of him led us into Cortez. He put up a decent enough fight and took down LCDR Hirlerman in his Upholder, but the crew and I sealed his fate soon enough.
On the way back from this engagement, Dagnino and I encountered a Storta registered under the name 'Lane Jumper'. They had a significant number of hostages on-board and initially refused to give them up. I am not authorized to negotiate with such terrorists and had the Mount Hood fire on the Storta until it's C.O surrendered themselves into custody. After the hostages, crew of the storta and their C.O were tractor beamed on-board, we scuttled the now dormant ship.
I will be personally seeing to the reformation of the crew and the C.O of the Storta since they realized the errors of their ways and surrendered. With sufficient permission, I will put them through rehabilitation and then provide them temporary housing until they obtain proper jobs in Liberty. The crew and C.O will pay the necessary fines and remain under house arrest in the rehabilitation facility until such time.
