Yes. Nomad independants are allowed to participate. They most likely will be able to respawn (at least a few times) due to being so outnumbered. Most of those rules will be set on the event day.
Since I need to walk out the door in ~30 minutes, I am getting ready to patch in the 18 million capital ship target HP.
I've added into the docs document for the other admins if I am not around, that they can RP something out and respawn cap ship targets if they're going too fast.
2:1 respawn ration , Considering that i'll be flying my bomber and i'm Going to be chased by 2 or more vhfs and i'll be dropped quickly and then i get one more respawn and the process repeats itself all over again , I suggest making the 4 houses fight each other first and start dropping the nomads in between the battle .

Making all the houses fight eachother doesn't make sense, considering none of the participated houses are at war with eachother or even hostile, and Liberty and Bretonia are actually allied.
A 2:1 or 3:1 respawn ratio would be most suitable in addition to the platforms.

No, everyone involved should have unlimited respawn times for 1 hour.

Then superior numbers would almost guarantee a Sirius victory of some flavor. Infinite respawns for 10m or until a certain number of objectives (33%?) are destroyed, maybe.

Or having it so the caps who die can come back on a snub would be coolio, since the caps are gonna die first

That could be problematic. Considering how the caps are the crucial factor in destroying the objects, they will be needed.
