In addition to my above post, we've recently done the overhaul of the illusive and spooky, seemingly overpowered ID and have sent off the finalized version to be discussed. While that's being done, I'll be speaking to some people about getting our forum section set up and posts moved.

The ID sheet in the OP hasn't been updated in a long time. The few bits of Rheinland tech we have are leftovers taken from the Core during the initial split off prior to the merge, a handful of Wraiths and some guns which won't see frequent use or replacement if lost, hence 75%, much like our Lib tech being bumped down to 75% as well, as we can't replace it either.

No.

The faction was originally a large contingent of Core defectors whom took their ships which were obtained from Rheinland during their time in the Core when an equipment deal had gone down. If I'm not mistaken, as I wasn't involved there, it was a particular deal with the BDM. Several Rheinland ships (literally 3) were stolen when the Battlegroup originally defected from the Core, and cannot be replaced in the future, nor is there any chance of replacing them if they're lost or significantly damaged, hence the scarcity of use and 75% power core.
