Considering that Yuri wouldn't mind killing anyone who broke faction rules, we can hold ourselves to one anti-capship torp only. For raw murdering duties one might see a Nomad Torpedo and a Nomad cap-killer mounted on a bomber, but cap-killer + CD would be more common. Oh yeah, can we get a train CD? I'm guessing the Nomad CD is either bugged (not likely, the NPCs get me with it if I mess up my flying) or practically unusable since Yuri had me run him 12 Train CDs.

Its pretty easy to hit things with a Mini Razor compared to the new SN which is at 280m/s
So anyone with a decent Mini aim will be able to make slight adjustments after a bit of training and compensate for the 30ms difference between the Nomad SN and a Mini Razor. If I were you, I would lower the speed by at least 25-40m/s.

It don't matter to me, 'cause only the Keepers, and possibly the Wild will be using it. If you ask me, they deserve a slightly better weapon to compensate for the horrible odds against them. It seems to me like a worthy reward for their trouble.
Did you see the chaos caused by a few pilots with the old SN, which was 380m/s?
Its been deleted now, because it was in the mod balance thread which gets cleared out regularly. But still, I remember some very vehement arguements about the SN balance with this speed, and evidently those in favour of slowing it down won.
Speeding it up again by this much should not be an option. If I got my "slightly better" old nova back with Dboy if he were still playing, then havoc would ensue in as much time as it took for either of us to become seriously active again.

I don't know if this is already fixed. But make sure only the Keepers (and Wilds) can get their hands on that Nomad Super Nova. Like, put it in a Nomad affiliated base.
It'll only be on the Ravine I believe, as the Wild would probably use the Rheinland mortar. Considering the Wild's supreme control over the Rheinland forces during the Nomad war.
i m not happy with the supernova concepts. - imo, they should all be weaker than the order SN. and the differences should not be as great. they should be as small as capital ship primary / secondary turrets.
the way they are now, they are unpredictable what they ll do to the balance of factions. - imo, a non order SN should simply do 90k damage have a faction based sound / explosion / projectile - and thats sort of it.
but what we have now is differences as great as we have within the bomber class of ships. - we have the barghest which is admittedly rubbish - and we have the red catamaran. - thats how the supernovas look to me right now.
