From the beginning communications and reading between the lines, we have seen your true "spirit" and true intent.
Your first transmission states we are making illegal construction by making an addition, though there is nothing new present to see as a construct. Do you consider storage depots to be a habitable space? Do you consider these as an extension of a base? Are these boxes floating in space that only take up a small portion of cubic meters such a hazard to your eyes? Are they so dangerous to the territory around that you feel the need to make such rash actions? I don't think so.
As I see, you have turned this harmful thing into an excuse to start a discussion for take-over of a presence that was here for a long while and has worked for a long while in co-existence. Note also that you had stated that "should this [low profile] change, [you] will deem it as an illegal construct" in your first transmission.
In you second transmission, you escalate the terms of this illegality from being only a "low profile" issue into a construction issue even though there has not been any construction that had changed from the exterior. The base is still the base, and there are floating boxes outside it for storage of basic survival backup or toxic waste to be picked up and taken out. It has always been like that. There is pretty much nothing underway as well, though in your understanding there randomly is. What my vice president mentioned does not imply we have plans and documents on expansion and he had politely ceased the opportunity to push something forward to test the waters.
Yet, you PROPOSE an ALTERNATIVE option, in which you strip our rights to the station and give us no benefits. Only a fool in exile would agree to such harsh terms. And who is the potential conqueror? An entity that has show to not be consistent on their word.
You really think we are willing to give away valuable club assets so willingly and expect no benefit in return? Just empty promises for co-operation between us?
From what I have seen, you are displaying yourself as someone that cannot co-operate. Your words have no value behind them.
In the third transmission, after we deny your ALTERNATIVE option, you state we must agree with you or be in danger of your force. At this point, any lawyer would call you out on your mess that you have displayed to us in terms of the expression of your ever-changing demands.
To re-cap, you essentially go from:
1) Do not become a high profile or you will be illegal.
To
2) Do not build any more or you will be illegal.
To
3) Meet our demands or you will be illegal.
The pattern that any sane man can see is that you are attempting to make us illegal to you and pushing for a take-over of the station by several approaches, each being more harsh and evident than the one before. Notice also, we have done nothing wrong in reply to your transmissions but rather you have escalated it yourself.
Let me now be clear to you. As related to the actions I had been seeing from your decisions on this communication network, we do not see you as being a friend if we would agree to your terms. We see you, rather, as being a jailer. We are not willing to be occupied by such a mood-swinging, indecisive, and word twisting force that you have presented yourself to be.
There is all the gain for you, and there is all the loss for us. There is no co-operation that I see. There is no mutual development that I can see. This is a take-over.
Clean the crap off your polished words.
Should this sort of action really be necessary because of some boxes floating around in space that are right next to Newport and have always been around inside or out?
Are you actually [removed] kidding me, right now?
This is a joke, right?
No?
Well then you and your transmission is a joke.
Fart off. You want us illegal so bad? Just do it. Go ahead. Not only will you be pissing us off, but also the Freelancers in Sirius as a whole.
Further types of this action will force the Club's hand into denying you access from the installation. Additionally, we will make sure you regret upsetting what would be continual peace between us and the peace in the Sigmas if you choose to take actions against the base.
All this trouble for a storage depot you found flying around in space?
Go [removed],
It is most unfortunate that, in your misunderstanding of the situation, you make these brash and irrational comments.
As a result of your behaviour, I regret to inform you that your organisation has been deemed a threat to the security of Guild space, and is now, by Guild law, banned from entering the Sigma systems. Please refer to the GMG laws and regulations, available on neutral net page 132962, for any further information you may require.
Newport Station is also now under blockade by the Guild paramilitary, and will be seized by The Guild at our nearest convenience.
Excuse me... a result of your behaviour?
You are the ones making mountains out of molehills. You guys are simply unable to cooperate with others and who would want to
work with someone who is not even willing to share a bit of their territory.
But I guess you already didn't had your hands full enough with the Corsairs and Outcast, so you rather prefer to willingly make a new enemy instead
of just staying neutral and leave us alone. But why? You got some kind of god complex over your territory?
Well here is reality, the sigmas are huge and there are a lot of people other than GMG calling it their home. And why does that only come up now?
Newport has been there at the EXACT same spot for years but only now that WE took the ownership you decide it's not ok to leave the base there?
But alright, by all means, makes us an unnecessary enemy. We are only happy to call some huge ships, like Hegemons, our targets.
Oh and I guess people wouldn't mind to find out about some of the GMG's dirty secrets. You know, the black market is a place for everyone after all.
Man I can't believe how stupid this is.... I really wish Guild Mistress Ishibashi would come back. At least she was a rational person and didn't do
unnecessary things.
I am Mia Takashi, current Guildmistress of the Gas Miners Guild. I am a bit more aggressive and cruel being than Guildmaster Namura was, but before I remove annoying people or insects from my windshield I usually give them a chance to redeem themselves. So dear "president" you are able to redeem your club from our to-remove-at-will list. If you aren't willing to co-operate right now then the Guild will be forced to step further and remove you from our territory by force. It's time of negotiations, offer me something useful and I might cease Guild's hostilities towards your... Club.
The Club does not and has not claimed Administrative rights of this station but are just using the facility from time to time, as any other visitor of the station would.
We are not aware and have no control over objects appearing around the station, nor do we have any influence on expansions of the station.
Thank you for your kindness. If you want to continue this conversation, please forward this transmission on more direct channels.
We wish you good luck on finding the Administrator of this free station.
Cheers, FROM: FUNNY SUNNY
//yes, I am retconning calling ourselves and/or acting as and Admin or any other label that is linked to Administering of an NPC station.
//As per Admin statement, Freeports are not Admined by anyone, and would stay that way.
//have a nice RP. this is flawed from the start.
