Hello there. Alcohol is one of the most basic goods that can be sold on a blackmarket and I honestly think nothing would have change in that manner for at least next 1000 years. What about introduction of blackmarket versions of Whiskey, Sake, Liberty Ale and so on? They would bring double income than their normal legal counterparts and the paypoints would be the same - with blackmarket alcohol sold on "remote" places like Rochester (BM Liberty Ale), Kagoshima (BM Sake), and so on.
Illegal alcohol is basically attempts to fake known brands that need to be specifically brewed and processed for years, by essentially using industrial alcohol and thinners with certain color additives thrown into the mix. As you might expect, these concutions can result in very close copies, but depending on the type of alcohol used, be deadly.

I agree with @sindroms, as I see two ways on why such alcohol would be illegal: one is lack of officially approved tariffs and taxes which would make it illegal to distribute (I mean, alcohol and cig blackmarket is pretty alive and kicking), or/and the second being unlawfuls would be making their own brand of alcohols - for example, Farmers Alliance making their own brand of sake to gain additional profits and local Police would really frown upon such items suddenly flooding the markets.
Cardibrandy, because Outcasts in Bretonia would surely mix up such things.
Edit:
I'm more towards the first option? Why? Let's say when you sell Liberty Ale in X base, the various taxes are taken by the Houses already hence the low price. Blackmarket Liberty Ale? Higher gain, because it does not go through lawful hands which take some percent off the income.
Sounds like a bit redundant to have such commodities, as long as there is no inrp legislation regarding alcohol anywhere. The only thing that could be considered black market booze would be that xeno moonshine (or was it rogue?)
Booze would only be "black market " worthy if a house or organization would put a ban on alcohol commerce ( make it illegal), or an economic embargo on a certain producer of a drink (like coalition and vodka, although there are also non coalition sources).
I perhaps called it in a wrong way then, as I rather thing it would be illegal due to the fact it doesn't have any taxes imposed (as mechanic explanation why it gives more credits to trader). As I mentioned in edit above, I see higher price of such a blackmarket item due to the fact that it doesn't go through local import tax office, but is sold directly to the local market - which is a very serious crime alone, even in real life.
If you play up the dangerous additives or unregulated alcohol content I'm sure it'd be worthy of the blackmarket, either that or make the regular alcohol illegal by a House or mini House enforcing prohibition.
