thank you for your response. Let me elaborate the lines within the contract.
First we bound our security contracts to a service by payment only. Information in regards of the technology aren't part of our contracts as we want to keep the development process independent for security aspects. We have come to the conclusion within the evaluation that potential sabotage or abuse of the project must be minimized.
Anything I can advise you is that you will send us a talented researcher or technician, who will get a service contract under our conditions. Of course, we will check for his qualifications as we only expect the highest quality from our personnel. Otherwise if you want to get in touch with our technology we plan to release the technology for commercial use after the expedition to Sol.
About your second question, of course, the second line of the contract is nullified in case you are in the situation of securing a Sol Project asset. As any faction follows an individual reputation, we want to minimize the possibility that a foreign reputation might be reflected on the project and may result into interfering occurrences.
About your last question, of course this means the area that locates the Sol hypergate construction site. We may adjust the lines within the contract for a better clearance.
I hope my response is sufficient and I am looking forward to hear from you.

Greetings,
Thanks for the quick reply concerning our questions, they have all been answered to a satisfying degree. A usual payment will just do as fine I believe, even though we'd have definitely been interested in technology sharing as well. Maybe an opportunity for something along those lines will arise in the future, though.
I'd however like to draw your attention to a specific incident that happenedin New York the other day, Miss Greene will surely be able to tell you more about it. We are more than willing to cooperate with your organization and to help you securing your project, but please excuse our slight hesitation concerning striking a deal.
We will come back to you soon again with a final decision on this matter.
Yours sincerely, Elena Voigt,

The Forlorn Hope
of course, I had a little chat with my collegue Miss Greene. Sadly, she wasn't able to contribute very much information about the mentioned incident. Anything I know, it must be about the person Jack Light, who believes and told you that the Sol Project works together with the Commune.
Well, take this as a friendship sign of mine, even we don't have to explain anything in regards of our contracts to anyone. I can assure you that the Sol Project and the Commune doesn't have any active stipulated agreement.
Of course, for the moment this might calm you down, but the Sol Project isn't a decoration for a faction, which must take a side.
What I must repeat is, the Sol Project is a project that is of concern for all of Sirius and even anyone in Sirius is allowed to contribute to it, donate for it and of course invest and even work in it under our conditions.

Hello Miss Samson,
We had some time do discuss this dubious matter regarding your potential relations with the Commune, however have come to the conclusion that we should leave this inquiry as it is for the time being. Instead, I wish to draw your attention to another question of ours, a pending one that needs a clear answer if we should truly agree on working together.
It's the question of payment, to say it straight forward.
In the contract you have given us to peruse, there's the mentioning of a "fix charge". This of course could mean anything, hence I'd suggest you give us a more detailed offer of which amount of money we could expect from you in return. Subsequently, we will check the sum you named and find out if it suits us ore if there will be the need of further discussions regarding this topic.
As a last hint, I'm fully aware of the fact that the Sol Project is meant to be a collaboration of all kinds of people living in Sirius, but the public knowledge of certain factions working together with you could hurt your image to an immense degree. Whether the information said Commune member is handing out are true or not, there's the high chance they will be publicly available soon enough.

please, as I said, there isn't a relation between the Commune and the Sol Project. Of course, we were in a short negotiation with them, after they claimed interest into our project. After a closer look about them, we found out information about their dangerous motivation. They are aggressive and manipulative manicas, it wouldn't surprise me if this Jack Light is just a spy, a failed experiment or just insane.
Well, back to the contract. Let me elaborate, the "fixed charge" is just a placeholder for the actual amount we are going to negotiate now. Excuse me please, I am rushing in time and have keep myself short so let me move directly to important part.
The Sol Project is willing to pay the Forlorn Hope a fixed charge of 250.000.000 cr per month for a by call security service of any defensive and escorting matters.

Hello Miss Samson,
as part of an organization that is heavily dependent on money paid from contractors and inverstors itself, I can by all means understand your point of view when you state that you want to allow anybody to invest in your large-scale project, as money will without a doubt be one of the main aspects that will enable you to succeed in this enterprise. After all, why should one deny funding if it's for the good of humanity ultimately? However, I also have to agree with you that the Commune isn't necessarilly a good or even trustworthy source of money, keep in mind how they acquired whatever sum they have offered you - pirating innocent traders who haven't done anything wrong. Additionally, though I'm unaware how much you actually know about these people, I wanted to state that I can't help thinking there is a hidden agenda behind their interest, taken their overall goals into consideration.
Enough said about the Commune now, let's come back to more pending matters.
I've got to admit that this sum of money you are offering us actually exceeded my expectations, but I'm most glad that you are willing to spend such an amount of money for our security contract. It most certainly lives up with the high standards we are planning to apply to this job. However, please allow me to take up a point I had already mentioned earlier in this comm channel, the matter of which factions we are able to fight and which not, as we are not going to get into a conflict with house entities such as Navies. Anybody else who should dare to place your project in jeopardy however we are more than capable to fight and drive back.
To conclude this deal, I'd like to ask you or others in lead positions to attend a meeting with our representatives. Getting to know each other better and more personally should always happen before a final decision is being made, call it our business attitude if you want to. Location, date and time as well as the decision whether to meet in space or on ground I am going to leave to your capable judgement.
Yours sincerely, Elena Voigt,

thank you for the response. I will make it rather short and easy now. Please visit us at the Sol hypergate construction site in the Cayman system. I personally will await the arrival of your representatives on the Antarctica.

Hello again Alessa,
Since the meeting the two of us had on your vessel, the Antarctica, just a while ago, I've been wondering how you plan to persue your goals further with the Hessians and Communists that have just been knocking on your door.
I hope you already had the opportunity of engaging contact and business talk with each other? If so, how did it involve? I'm asking merely because we in the Forlorn Hope would like to have an idea whether we have to prepare ourselves for hostile interactions or not. We of course hope that a peaceful way of dealing with this conflict can be achieved.
Please reply as soon as possible.

excuse me that we haven't informed you yet. We discussed the matter of the encounter with the RHA and the Coalition and analyzed the regular traffic within the region near to the construction. We came to the conclusion that we should take use of the early phase of project and the ease of a relocation of the construction site and moved the construction site to a remote location in Omega-49.
Luckily we had finished it in a sufficient time, because just some hours ago an ultimatum was sent by the Coalition with the announcement to descruct it. Personally still surprising and unexpected in my opinion, but this is another story.
However, we prevented any further hostility by this. Just hoping that it will stay quiet after the relocation.

Hello again Alessa,
It has truly been a while since we've spoken the last time, and I wanted to apologize for that. However this silence should under no circumstances be interpreted as a sign of lost interest, because I can guarantee you this is most certainly not the case. The whole time did we bear you project in mind which has not yet lost its fascination to us in any way.
The relocation of the project site to Omega-49 was definitely a wise decision, however I want you to keep in mind that it still is in a very problematic area so to say. The expansionist agenda of the SCRA could become a thorn in our eye sooner than we might think, if they truly adhere to pushing further into Omega space, Omega-49 is an obvious first choice for them, given that it's controlled by Zoners who are known to not put up the greatest resistance you could imagine.
Anyhow, such bad foreshadowing wasn't my intention actually, merely did I want to enquire your current situation. How is the project going? The question is mainly caused by the fact that we haven't much of it on the Neural Net lately, which made us quite afraid that it might is stuck in the track. Besides, we heard some news that apparently some restructuring happened inside the IRG. While we doubt this will have a great impact on this rather independent project, we still wanted to ask you whether it will have any side effects on the undertaking you are planning.
Last but not least, we wanted to hereby assure you that we are still willing to fulfill our part of the contract, and we hope that so are you with your one.
Yours sincerely, Knight Captain Voigt
