Dear all,

Now that we have completed the supervision of the Freeport 11 reconstruction we will dedicate our efforts to a new project. After discussion, it has been decided with Tara to focus on the dark matter problem in the Munich system. Concretely we intend to support the inhabitant of planet Nuremberg. Medical assistance and transport and relocation of refugees will probably be our main concern.

Note also that our mission board is being updated. The Meridian repair mission will be added and made public to friendly traders.

Fellow Seraphims,

Today, as I undocked from Freeport 11 to move into Munich for recon for our next mission, I saw this.

A Bustard-class carrier. Emitting definitive Nomad readings. Naturally, I was surprised and scared and caught completely off guard. To my further surprise, I heard human voice over comms immediately. The conversation was strange and frightening, to say the least. I don't know what to do about it. It could be a trap, for what I know. They didn't try to lure me closer to their ship, but it could have been a tactics to attract someone bigger. Although if it is not, I feel that we need to rescue those poor souls somehow.

We could inform the Order about that ship. They might know what to do about it. Or we could involve some Zoner ships capable of breaking the hull of the Bustard. Then we could pick those prisoners. I just want to do something about it.

This encounter is really troublesome, I don't know what to think about it. This Bobby Brooks does not seem to be harmful nor hostile but we never know. It is not clear to me how we can help him and his crew. Maybe the safest option is to prepare some action with the Order.

On my side, I've been exploring the sigma region and met some Wild ships around. The area is not safe as it was in the past. We should be careful when we will go to Planet Nuremberg to help the population if we cross the sigma systems.

Also, have you seen, we have some new recruits? Note that I will be more operational during the next days, more or less back to normal business.

Very well then, I will contact the Order, forward them my report and ask for advice. I will also propose them my help in rescue operation, if they will be interested in it.

Regarding recruits, yes, I contacted them already and we had a nice chat. I hope we will know each other better after we work on Nuremberg project together.

Speaking of which, I did some recon around and on the planet. The situation is looking worse than before, with atmosphere being poisoned by radiation and clean food and water supplies running short. Refugees are literally sieging spaceport, crime is on rampage, while corporations are trying to squeeze last drops of profit from the dying planet.

I made some arrangements to spread the information about our evacuation efforts quickly once we are ready with passenger ships. To be honest, we could just open gates of the spaceport, and get as many passengers as we could take.

Deer members and recruits,

I agree we should bring our support to Munich system as soon as possible.
I have evaluated the needs of the Nuremberg population but it would be good to validate it with the local authorities to make sure our effort is optimized. Moreover, it would be probably appreciated by these authorities that we also ask for the authorization to operate in Munich system. If you all agree I would like to contact the Rheinland government and the Bundschuh (not in the same message of course!)

I guess, we will need some help regarding the scientific aspect of this project. I think we could contact IRG, Ames research station, Med Force Enterprise to gather more information on dark matter and possible health cares.

Also, some corporations could also be involved:
- Ageira technologies (including: Ageira Innovations) and Deep Space Engineering (including DSE) regarding their expertise on dark matter
- Cryer Pharmaceuticals for medical support
- Synth Food to develop new biomes able to grow on Nuremberg
- Planetform to clean the atmosphere (or at least delay the contamination by dark matter)
- Gaians (including Gaian Guard): I am not sure but I think they have a research team, gaians could be helpful to find solutions to restore the environment on the planet
- ALG Waste Disposal to clean the ground and possibly the atmosphere
- Landwirtrechtbewegung for food support

Finally, there might be some groups that could also help us, considering they support humanitarian missions. However, some information are probably outdated:
- The Independent Mining Guild: we have already collaborated many times
- Council of Sirius: an interhouse organization
- Exogeny: affiliated to Cryer, they do research
- The Medics: they provide medical assistance
- Obsidian Zoetic: a zoner group who cares about refugees
- Sirius Research and Development: a zoner group interested in sharing technologies
- Solar runners: a zoner group interested in research

Today, I would like you to remind about other person seeking for our help. Charles Trudeau - gallic scientist working on GRN is under the pressue from his own employers. Due to this fact, he wants to leave the Kingdom of Gallia as soon as possible. I myself was in this situation, so I understand his desire to leave this place. This resonance in desires and reality... As you know, I have gallic origin too. That's why I want to ask you to trust me this mission.

I want to attach my current plan of the mission. I think, that we can discuss it.
1. First of all, we need to get more information about his current state. For example, does he live in a common sector or is he guarded. It has to help us in deleoping de future actions.
2. I think, that we can request premission from current gallic royal cells to get in with trading mission. I know, that our rules are strict, that's why I want to guarantee safe way. Of course, due to my biography, I will write from the face of captain of my current ship.
3. I will try to get more information about escape points.
4. After it, I will create a plan of operation with pick up points.
5. I will send transmission to this person with exact time and location.
6. After it our vessel will pick him up and bring to the neutral space.

However, I see your question - Why not to involve The Councils or Brigands into this operation. I'm afraid, that this both factions will use this person in their own interests. We are the only one, who doesn't want to do it. However, I think, that he will offer us our help.

I agree that the exodus project requires wide cooperation of all forces we could muster. It would be interesting to see what Liberty scientific giants have to say about the Dark Matter problem, including the origin of the cloud, which is unknown to the date. However, I don't trust Ageira that much, knowing their methods of recruiting employees for their science department since I was in University. I would suggest to address DSE first. If I'm not mistaken, you already had dealings with them when you purchased the refurbished Bison transport. They also probably have more hands-on with clearing the contamination in Texas.

I think it would be great if you take a lead on this, since you definitely know Gallic laws and customs better than any of us. If you need to send a message to Gallic authorities on behalf of The Seraphim, I think me or Dankien could do that so as you don't expose yourself. Otherwise, I'm good to leave planning of this operation up to you.

I have exciting news for all of us! With recent repairs, the Meridian made first runs from Planet Nuremberg recently under my command. We took several hundreds of refugees from the camp next to the landing pads.They wanted to go to Planet Hammersee in Sigma-15 system.

I left a few of my crewmen on Planet Nuremberg to collect lists of refugees by destinations we could take them to. They are going to work in the camps surrounding the landing pads. I'll share whatever they come up with and then we will create a timetable for Meridian runs and possibly other Seraphim passenger ships.

Of course we are a team and we will support you in this project. Actually, I like your plan, I propose Tara and I proceed with tasks 1 and 2 while you take care of task 3. Then, if everything is going well we would move to task 4.

It took us a while, but finally we managed to create a schedule for refugee evacuation runs from Planet Nuremberg. We have a list of 50,000 names to transport to Planet New Berlin, 25,000 going to Planet Hammersee and 25,000 to Planet Stuttgart. There are camps on those planets, organized by the government to initially host the newcomers.

The problem here is that the refugees usually don't bring much with them to build a life at the new place. Despite the best, as I believe, efforts by the government of Rheinland, they face lack of very basic supplies. I mean, food, medicine, even pure water in some cases. This is something that I want to address by sending a wide plea for help to all Zoners and civilians of Rheinland to ship those supplies. I will compile the list of what the camps require and post it here before I open public channel.

Does it sound like a plan to you, team?
