Due to the large amount of screenshots occupying my folders its unlikely one from almost two weeks is there, if I wanted to report it I would have done that myself. Hear say is just that, which probably, is what it is in this case now. Doesnt mean it didnt happen, that I didnt take it. Frankly I dont need to make a lie up to look good, make your unit look bad or anything in that nature. The truth is what it is, I dont need to lie for or against you. This isnt a flame post about XA did this or that, it was brought up because of the relevance it has towards the guy issueing harrassments towards me in the game. If your in need to know, for your own minds eye and record keeping of whom to keep an eye out on send me a PM, I'll respond with his name. Asking me to change what I've stated or for the community's sake clearing any stigma against your unit, it wont happen. I will check but I'm pretty sure its been cleared out as I take nearly a dozen of them things a day now. But let me make this clear, I may be blunt, alittle too forward some folk, especially those who havent even begun to experience real life, the one thing I dont do is lie. Wont happen, I'll apologise soon as the over 20 other players apologise for haveing dont the same to me,, for quoteing all the rules and correctness in RP and incorrectness in RP for me asking them to allow me to do as this person was wanting me to do, and trust me the person didnt fly all the way from whence he came with no weapons or capabilities to fight, flee or pick a more safe route to get where he wanted to go other then trade lanes, nor frankly was I the only person envolved, nor readily seen all that he may have typed. Sue me, hound me hunt me, I'm still here and its been happening on daily basis. I dont quit, nor am I gonna perpously do anything to get sanctioned for. Okay the following is how I play. Im not saying you should play the same way but here it is for what its worth:

As soon as I see a PM or a system message //ship setup, please ignore that character ceases to exist for me. If the guy is looking to set up his ship and take a shortcut to get there, why mess with him? Hes not RPing right now anyway.

Hes not going to have a good time if I prevent him from getting his ship into his chosen RP setup. Im not going to have a good time hearing him whining about what a jerk I was.

Should I mess with him because someone else messed with me that way last week?
I dont think so.
I think of it like Go fix your ship then come back and well RP an encounter when were both ready.

Just try to remember that youre both here to have fun.




Or if it makes you feel better just be a jerk to everyone.
A warning about that though: people eventually stop showing up to play with you when you do that.

I'd suggest you look. Try looking at the date modified portion of the file extension. Two weeks ago would have been around the 15th. So the date would look a lot like this: 5/15/08.

Well you said that it was the guy who was issuing complaints towards you. So that would be XA-Copperhead, who is by no small coincidence myself. So feel free to save my PM box a IM and drop your evidence here.

That's perfectly fine. I've asked you twice now to back up your claims with evidence. Squeeze it out or get off the commode in other words. At the moment the burden of proof rests on your shoulders, not to mention that of justifying credibility.
