A pleasure you meet you, Arbiter. I am Lieutenant Commander Jade Linford. While we don't have a specific time frame for the vessels repair, we would like to get it back in one piece as soon as possible. Currently we're unsure of what is needed to repair the vessel. It's currently located in the northern section of Puerto Rico, our scouts managed to locate three major components making up the bulk of the outer hull amidst the wreck. There's a lot of smaller bits and pieces but it's the main hull that's our current focus. We understand it would take quite some time and resources to repair the vessel, but we are willing to aid in whatever way we can. I would ask your own surveyors to inspect the wreckage to assess the damage and the amount of resourced to repair the vessel, as we fully know it will be so simple task. I look forward to hearing from you.
