While on patrol in the new Tokyo system we came across a small transport vessel trying to smuggle goods from the Samura occupied planet Tomioka. Normally I would have demanded blood or the full cargo destroyed but I used restraint and allowed the pilot to continue after paying a heavy fine. I hope you agree with this decision but I was trying to reinforce to the new recruits that we are not pirates and are very reasonable with innocent pilots.

I have found myself in the company of Sentari today. We had a few glasses of Sake just before we ventured out. We have received intelligence that there's a vessel of Hogosha Alliance in the system of Shikoku, so we rushed there to the best of our abilities, but were further unable to catch him on our scopes. Few minutes later we hear that he showed up and hiding in one of the clouds in the Kepler system. We headed there and found him and, to our most intrigued surprise, a base hiding inside that stack of rocks. Blackport was its name and it has hindered the Hogosha pilot from us. And with that I will conclude my report with my recommendation to further investigate this cloud and the system, for we will be needing the information it holds secret from us. Arigato gozaimas!
I have news to report and I hope you don't consider it bad. While relocating to the front line to assist with the blockade I was intercepted by the KDS-Fuso After a small pursuit to see I could lose the pilot being in the heart of New Tokyo I decided it was not going to happen with interceptors on the way. So I Decided to escort the Naval forces to the new outpost recently discovered as we all have the same goal to remove it as soon as possible. I have confirmation that it has been reported to their senior command.

I have had many encounters since our last report, a Hegemon Miner "Alexlem" carrying Helium was spotted in New Tokyo, his cargo and ID Checked out. The pilot did NOT make a donation to our cause but seeing as he was not in breach of any of our laws I let him leave safely.
I encountered a GMG hauler "Obair" carrying Helium-3 was stop in Honsu, his cargo and ID Checked out. The pilot was given the all clear and made a donation of $500,000 credits to our cause.
On my way back to Shikoku I stumbled across a [Star] convoy, they were hauling Black Market munitions, I confirmed the purchase and sale location of the cargo and confirmed that they weren't hauling contraband, one of the convoy members was confused why didn't consider Black Market Munitions as contraband, until I showed him my sidearm which was of the same ilk. They were given the all clear but made a reasonable donation of $1,000,000 credits.
And finally, I came across Luxury.Liner-Chrysaor they were carrying sightseers around the Sigma 19 system, their cargo was not in breach of any ToI restrictions but cargo scans did indicate a full bar, after a short conversation the Pilot handed over their Sake and carried on their way.
An event of interest occured today in the Honshu system in which a small Nomad invasion force had appeared and had began attacking people.
At the request of Grand Admiral Golanski myself, Commander Silverlight and a Zoner Scientist by the name of Nerva Regis whom I was escorting at the time to assist in containing the attack, while gaining some data for a research lead on new terrifying Nomad technology that has recently appeared since the sigma-19 blockade.

It is fortunate that this base of operations is so close to our installations in Kepler and Galileo but unfortunate that they are so large and well defended. I am stationing you in that system to commit steady recon of the station and to take out any easy targets. I want you to play this one safe, don't take any risks. There's a new recruit who could do with some guidance, they aren't quite flight ready yet. When they are they will be focusing on getting materials in and out of that system and well as helping you stop and search incoming vessels.
I'm making my orders clear here, keep yourself and your understudy alive. Only recon when it's safe and only target vessels you certainly over power. I expect you to deploy first, the recruit will join you when ready. I want updates on all system activity you detect.

Our patrol had encountered a lone ALG Stork. The captain had shown no signs of hostility, although I suspect they were very frightened by our presence, much to my amusement. The Stork was carrying non-contraband Optronic Arrays to a mining mission in Dublin, and the captain had no ties with Samura. Although a bit reluctant, they made a donation of 1.000.000 credits to our noble cause.
