I am responsible for the construction of the base, logistics support and materials. My name is Karen Mcintosh and I am the leader of the logistics division of the sixth Liberty Navy fleet. I pay my respect to you, as the director of this company. Although, there are several factors that reduce my happiness.
I would like to inform you, that our request was approved time ago. However, station was demolished by our own forces, because of the lack specific reasons.

Greetings,

I need you to understand one thing; what you and the Government talk about I am not privy too, thus I cannot know what was ascertained in your agreement before this time therefore it was not actionable knowledge.

While I can understand the reasoning for the condescending undertone in your transmission, I need to remind you we are not available to your every beckoning call. You should also understand that priorities are everything and while we value your operations, you also have to understand we also work for every branch of our military. Thus, this is the cause of the delay, upon which I offer my sincerest apologies, was unavoidable.

Be it in mind, we were not obliged to further work on this project under the conclusion of the last phase so therefore we had no obligations to jump at the whip, so to speak.

As it stands we are currently unavailable to undertake any further contracts for at least a fortnight so if you still require our services then, I implore you make a new comms to us so we can maintain our paper trail. Otherwise I encourage you to consider outsourcing to perhaps Bretonian Mining and Manufacturing?
