My HFX-F2B "Broadsword" has yet again proven to be an useful asset, as I managed to complete goals of Determination task.
My first target was a Freelancer freighter, codename "Bone_the_grey". The Freelancer was not very talkative, but he indeed was trigger-happy. He opened fire on me without any word. That was an end of him.
As the Spyglass reported a large concentration of corporate vessels in Kansas system, I moved in to intercept. I caught the first one at Pennsylvania gate in New York, a Universal Shipping Mastodon filled with copper ore. After a small talk, he generously offered to hand out four million credits to our cause.
My third target was another Universal Shipping vessel, this time a smaller craft; Mammoth. With a load of Drill Bits, he ran into my trap and moved on one million credits lighter.
My last target was a Deep Space Engineering Stork. He was rude enough to attempt to escape during our conversation, and after chasing him trough the lanes, I caught up with him. Enough to say that he met his demise.
An interesting and out of place vessel was spotted in very close proximity to Cochrane Depot, He was in possession of papers belonging to the Bretonian Privateers a Quasi-Lawful group seemly interested in committing piracy against enemies of the Bretonian Crown. While interrogating him I managed to aquire guncam images of his weapons and vessel, along with the papers in question. Visual Evidence: "Packet 1""Packet 2" "Packet 3"
Later, a pair of vessels belonging to Deep Space Engineering were spotted in Pennsylvania system. Their call sign were the following: TransportOre and ChangeTrade. Visual Evidence: "Packet 1""Packet 2"
While I was in command of the Cochrane Interdictor, an extortion attempt was made on a Freelancer Transport squawking a Zoner IFF. However the extortion attempt was unsuccessful as the targeted vessel made an attempt to evade. The vessel was unfortunately destroyed after many attempts to force him to stop.

Having acquired my new "Series Z" Sabre, I proceeded to put it to the test. First upon leaving Cochrane Depot, I was alerted by The Network to the presence of a extortion target in the Ontario System. The vessel turned out to be a Gas Miner that was moving a large number of Magnetic Superconductors, The vessel was extorted for 2.000.000 SC. Later after this encounter another vessel Squawking a Universal Shipping IFF while holding the papers of Deep Space Engineering, he was found to be carrying Doughnuts and Coffee. The corrupt flunky was extorted for 1.500.000 SC.
Today a large scale lock-down was executed on the New York system. This operation included Myself, Mr.Chang, Stefan Pomerov and the Independent Hacker "Intensity". Shortly after all participating vessels took their positions, the first extortion was made on the a Corporate transport bearing the call-sign "The_Cynesweord". The Scallywag was found to be carrying alcoholic beverages from Rheinland. He was extorted for 2.500.000 SC. Next, A freelancer transport bearing the call-sign "Andre_UA" was stopped. The freelancer was in possession of Diamonds, however upon attempting to coheres the freelancer to cut his engines, he decided to activate his delayed-action cloaking device. During his attempt to cloak his vessel was dismantled. A few minutes later another Freelancer transport was spotted, this time hauling slaves. His neural-net account was deprived of 2.000.000 SC. A short time later a hostile contact in the form of a Li-117 "Upholder" Bomber piloted by a Libertonian Scamp was spotted attempting to interfere with our lock-down operations. After a short engagement his vessel was vented to space by Mr.Chang. Nearly as fast as we dispatched one, another Cad turned up to take his place. Once again his vessel was turned into Swiss Cheese by Intensity. Shortly after, a hoodlum flying the flag of The Liberty Navy was spotted and attempted to interfere with my operations. His vessel was subjected to a rapid decompression. It was decided to end the operation at this point due to a large number of Libertonian vessel that we were altered to by Spyglass. Overall the operation was successful and resulted in the extortion of two transports and the destruction of three combat vessels. The locations of vessels are included as an attachment. This fulfills the criteria for the Command as well as Vigilance components of my promotion to the rank of Deceiver.
With my recent acquisition a new HFX-F2B "Broadsword", I proceeded to put it to the test by extorting a number of vessels. First, I was altered to the presence of a Corporate lapdog mining Silver ore within the Vespucci by Spyglass, contact was made with the vessel and an extortion attempt was made, however the vessel elected to refuse to comply which resulted in the dismantling of his vessel. Later, a Weasel belonging to Kishiro Technologies was sighted transporting Platinum-198 ore in the California system. He was extorted for the small fortune of 7.500.000 SC. After, a pair of vessels flying the colors of Dauman Heavy Construction, DHC-Hochvogel and DHC-Allgaeu were spotted in route from the Alberta system with one transporting Superconductors with the other moving Platinum-198 ore. They were asked to contribute a small donation of which both of them obliged. As a final addition I found an empty transport belonging to a freelancer which was extorted for 500.000 SC however it decided to forward 1.000.000 SC. With all of these actions completed I headed back to Cochrane.
I have completed a successful Mana-Interrogation for the Manipulation criteria for promotion to Deceiver. The subject of the Interrogation was the Capitan of the vessel [*USI*]Ottawa[T]. The log files have been attached for review.

I am here to inform you of my completion of following criteria:
Command
I have performed a successful lockdown operation in cooperation with mister Thackeray and mister Pomerov. We have halted any and all traffic throughout the Manchester system by cutting the lanes towards Cortez - Mister Thackeray and Pomerov, and Magellan - me. In case of emergence, pilots were instructed to rendezvous at a meeting point near Magellan hole (shown with arrow markers) and proceed with destruction of hostile target, or retreat to Mactan Base. Details are shown below.
While the traffic was mostly neutral and allied parties passing trough, our first victim was a BIS Pilot, instructing us to leave the system. Mister Thackeray's reflexes resulted in a SNACK and elimination of an operative. The completion of the criteria ensued after mister Thackeray and Pomerov intercepted an Ageira Technologies transport and extorted him for a sum of 2,000,00 SC. After the completion of criteria, we used the escape route to return to Mactan. Guncams are attached below.

An addition to it, after a destruction of a Navy vessel, I have come to possession of a large number of Rogue pilots. They are transferred to Interrogator vessel for interrogation and return to Rogue bases.
