Actually, there is a good and active group of freelancers operating from Coronado system (forgot the name) and THF (these are non-aggressive lads, usually).
You can also refer to The Core since those guys originated from Bounty Hunters but now have a human-centric totalitarian state of their own in Omicrons with cool technology and ship line. And since they are in Omicrons, they fight aliens pretty much always.
P.S. speaking of my personal experience of starting a new faction recently, it is a hard task - one has to provide decent back lore, organise some joyful in-game activities, motivate people to choose your faction instead of others. All of the above requires TIME, so tread carefully, friend. At any rate - good luck!
Auxesia are transhumanist, but not all are machines.
Aux does need more love, but I'd say for you to do some RP for a while, get into the groove of what is expected, and either go with them or a faction like The Core.

Well yea but they are some kinda military organisation we are something like mercenarys!
Ultimately it's your faction concept. The Core ID would let you shoot Nomads/Wild/Order on a whim anywhere. But I'd suggest you read the lore before jumping at that since the ID isn't really meant to be played as "Lawful Order".
If you want to do bounties, Freelancer and Bounty Hunter IDs would be better. Shooting aliens with those IDs is a bit more complicated however.

Yea we are something like Explorers, Hunters and killers of nomads!!
It's not complicated. Any RP ID is allowed to hunt nomads, no matter the conditions. Technically, LN could send wave after wave into Iota and while being out of ZoI attack any Nomad ship they see.
4.5 Nomads are allowed to be engaged by all non-nomad IDs regardless of engagement rights except for the Neutral and Recruit IDs.

Given some discussion about it a while back, I am 90% sure that the rule is just poorly worded and there was clarification that the rule does not give any ID the right to hunt Nomads Sirius wide freely.
For example, only the (i.e) GMG ID and some others can assist allies outside of their ZoI. They have a specific ID line to show that. The same way how some IDs have specific lines regarding whether or not they are allowed to demand cargo, credits or both. And I would assume it's the same way how The Core ID has a specific line to say it can shoot Aliens outside of its ZoI.
