Unknown station
Few days ago one of our scientists, was in Omega sector with explore expidition. He set course to Omega 58 system and found some Instalations in this system with *unknown* transponder and they all are hostile and show "RED Alert" notice.
After few hours of flight in this dangerous system, when everything try to kill you, he found a first neutral base just infront of Neutron star in dark and dangerous Sterngrabe Nebula. "It's very strange place, how this piece of stone did not disctruct under direct influence of Neutron star just in 10k behind." He found that his docking code is working and accepted by this base and he can dock on it.
At base he found few ancient robots, and they were still functioning. He tried to contact them, but robots were silent and simply walk around base coridors.
He went directly to command center relying on tips at high base level. There he found a very old main computer. "Looks like its here looong time *blew the dust*. Let's try and find something about this place"
He tried to connect but all his attempts were unseccesseful. "Seems you dont like new technology, let's try an old one!" Then he tried an old method, he used an veeery old operation system called Windows XSL, get in, and it was success.
He didnt found anything about this base at host computer, not who and when build it, not why this base stands here. "Eh.. data lost, but if this base working under Windows XSL system, then it is here from the distant past, maybe from ~200 A.S. *sighs*"
He found that somewhere in lower leves is storehouse, and as we all know, something always can find there. So he decided to start moving to that direction.
After 2 hours of journey between base levels, finaly he found base storage full with "dark containers" with "INFORMATION CLASSIFIED" mark on them. They were locked with 24 symbol password... there were only one way to hack them, hack Base main console to get an information, but when he tried, he failed, because there was nothing about it. "UHH! An idea! Maybe this information is in the robots memory. Looks like they are connected via another system, like living organism. Let's try it"
He caught one robot, and tried to connect to their system, under Windows XSL, but nothing, seems robots updated themselves to new operation system.
"Aha... then lets try to shortcurcuit you and download file... let's hope this will help *sigh*"
Here he found the key! "AYEE! Its exelent that it is working" after so lonng labor, he opens containers and his gaze appeared strange and quite interesting weaponary, he never met such guns before, and there were nothing information about them...
He returned to the robot and start searching information about guns. That was easy, since he knew containers code : "T.H.U.N.D.E.R 090193331STA" "Aha! Here they are! Let's see what we got here...
Looks like it is some kind of experemental weaponary... and looks like it's powerfull." He tried to find who developed it, but that was a fail idea. All he found a characteristics of these guns.
He loaded them on the ship, and went back to main computer. "Maybe i will find, how this base was not destroyed by Neutron star? I need to know outside cladding of this base, this might be a breakthrough in tehnology from the past."
He just started, as he heard some blast, that spread very quickly in the corridors. "What was that? Mayby that was a robots?". In few moments he feels second blast, and the second time the explosion was more powerful.
The station started the blocking of the compartments, he moved to the ship as fast as he can forget about everything. Once he get to the docking module, he saw few robots already stands at his ship "What are they doing here, maybe triggered some warning program?" But he didnt have time to pull them out. "Argh! Pieces of iron, get ready to flight. i will deal with you later"
They launched into space and after few seconds, base just disapeard behind them. "Huh! *sigh* That was too close... and where it disapeared *Looked back*..."

Today I ran some supplies keeping Freeport 1 busy. Didnt run into any resistance just a few passing traders here and there. Picked up some Silver ore and ran to Galia some Outcast tried to take my ore but we quickly made our escape thru the mine fields. On our way back now and don't expect any troubles but you never know!

Hello ladies and Gentleman Jake Winslow here to update everyone on some recent events and activity with Star Enterprises. We have been growing our business last few months and have had some great venture opportunities present itself. I will be briefing all members on current and upcoming events involving Star Enterprises and our new partners.

As some of you may be aware there has been some construction around the base of operation in Omega 3 ( Specific Location censored ). This new Station is to provide additional research and development in the production of equipment for civilian/Military use. We are not the direct owners or operators of the new station but will provide service and co-operation with the said owners and assist our Zoner friends in any means necessary. More info on this upcoming sister company will be handled by their owner directly, I'am here to just address the situation and bring awareness.
>>>Second we need to discuss the collapse the the Jump Holes to Omega 9. Due to the unstable jump holes leading in and out of Omega 9 we have abandoned our operations for the safety of the Crew and visitors to Star Space Port. Sadly this system was rich in the history of Star Enterprises and its remoteness provided us with enough privacy to maintain our most important research projects. The data transfer never made it to Star Space Port and no further communications have been able to be established. Its been nearly two months now and our concerns have grown. We will organize a search party to address this issue and hopefully rescue our second in-command Gray Williams and his crew of 600 souls. His absence has slowed our operations with-in Star Enterprises pertaining to his role and we dearly wish his return and safety. Any information or participation with this matter shall be brought to my office immediately! Our search and rescue vessels are being prepped for the mission as we speak and an announcement will go out to all Star members with more details in the near future.

I spent a few time in Omegas and Bretonia aboard the Lyra Vega.
Ore have been mined and sold, stocks have been refiled and fancy stuff traded. I also have supervised various contracted transport companies from Rheinland and Kusari, job as been well done nothing to report. More data can be found on Star database.
Unless maybe this miner that obviously consumed some drugs, Cryer origins it appears. I said nothing, but I don't like behavior like that. I have also been very touched by the news you brought us… One of our kind... missing. Be sure you can count on me to be part of the rescue mission.
Concerning that matter, I request the authorization to acquire E78-12 "Spatial" Civilian Deep Space Explorer.
Though the conventional model is more fitted for mining, I can easily re-adjust and recalibrate its equipment for a human rescue mission. This is a ship capable of sustained flight beyond a system's heliosphere to an adjacent system, possessing the cold sleep and life support systems to maintain up to five persons. The craft is equipped with multiple long burn Ageira engines, any of which are capable of powering the craft independently.
It is a perfect ship if we need to keep a presence in the system or access to areas larger ships can't. I also already have experience on that ship and can buy it from our brothers of Freeport 9.

I think the price won’t be an issue regarding our recent profits, it worth the investment. And well… The life of Commander Williams is costless.
I also hope that others have well received your transmissions. Omicrons are as perilous as astonishing, we will need a lot of firepower but also scientific equipment in my view. Who knows what Commander Williams found there.
In the meantime, I will keep managing maintenance and trading, waiting for more info regarding the rescue team.

Finally, on my way to Nuremberg planet in Munich system, I witnessed combat activities just aside New Berlin planet between the Sirius Coalition Expeditionary Corps and Rheinland Military. I quickly docked to the next trade lane to avoid taking any risk. The Lyra Vega made it without damages.

Subject: URGENT REPORT: HOSTILE ACTIVITIES IN OMEGAS
Silver Westbourne reporting from Freeport 1,
Last day began as an usual day, bringing from all over Sirius what our modules need to be functional. Even Mr. Winslow managed to spare some time to assist me in the transportation operations with the Stixx.
Everything occurred well until we entered the Freeport 1 no-fire zone. As soon as we disconnected from the trade lane, our radars detected hostile signals. In few seconds, our systems clearly identified the signatures as Nomads ones.
Yes, 2 Nomad ships around Freeport 1.
We were 2 easier targets for them than a space station and they immediately proceed to chase us, the Lyra Vega first obviously. I barely tried escape maneuvers and quickly realized it was hopeless trying to save my ship.
Most important are our men, we can't afford to lose more of them as the ones we probably lost some in the Omicrons with Captain Williams.
As such I ordered my crew to enter into the escape pods while making sure to corrupt all the ship's database. Who knows if Nomads are able to use them and some Junker or Freelancer could salvage some critical information from what would be left from the Lyra Vega.
We aimed Freeport 1 and launched the pods towards the station. Their tracking systems dragged us at the closest docking station with no arm.
While I'm writing this report, the Nomad activity has disappeared from Freeport 1 and the Lyra Vega has been delivered to Southampton Shipyard fo reparations. I should be able to go back in space in a few, those Bretonian guys are quite efficient.
I think it is now urgent to review the Omegas threat level, we will discuss it in our next assembly. Meanwhile I recommend to all of you guys to make sure you've loaded the latest tracked Nomad signatures into your databases.
