Except they don't. Every battleship in the game has at least four primary slots, and giving BCs the same amount with less damage, less range, less efficiency and less usefulness is like saying you took a Toyota Corolla, removed half the gas tank, dummed down the engine and screwed with the steering and called it the exact same car, but with 'better' features.
BCs used to have 2 BS primaries. Now they have 4 of their own. Not sure what BSs having at least 4 prims has to do with this.

I guess he implies that four BC prims are better than two BS prims on the BCs of the past. They are obviously not even close to being better than BS prims, and they shouldn't be.
I write my opinion here too. Im not a BC pilot, not give any care how it work, but i gather some raid for coalition. And i dont want bring this ship in my roster, because its only slow my fleet. Maybe, some factions have their nice BC which can use distance because they have more then one usable gun slot. Hurricane now forced to fight like useless fat typhoon. He cannot no hunt down cruisers, not take BS. Not fish, not meat. For what i need this ship in my fleet? His FWG useless, he outgunned in compare to other BC. What i need say to players who spent time to buy this crap? "Use it like fat, slow, typhoon because you have only one mortar and die because you too fat", right?

It's honestly not that hard, and I'm sure plenty of people can do it anyway.
what are you talking about it is not possible, you cant aim while turret steering you just have to click on the aim reticle otherwise you will shot to empty space
Blindfire is where you need aim skills and it is only happening on strafing/cockpit mode

Also if you are able to hit gbs with cruiser pulses/cruiser prims from longer ranges that explains a lot, they were bunch of newbies who got killed by 1 Battlecruiser

Hellbore loadout doesnt have chance against Cerberus loadout at close range. Believe or not even Primary Turrets better against Hellbore Turrets
Hellbore is more like Heavy Battleship weapon and have lots of weakness, you need to fly battleships before talking about capital weapons. it is clear that you dont know about battleships much.

Then you obviously can't aim, so if you would politely stop implying that people who can aim are pure crap in the BCs that you believe are useless.

This alone tells me that you don't know how to fight in a capital ship. Hellbores have very good efficiency for a weapon like they are. Primary turrets eat power, and Hellbores are second to none in efficiency at long range.
Also, don't tell me I don't know BS all that well when I literally have a fleet of them. (3rd| :p)
