Captain Harrington and his forces are sworn enemies of the progressing corporatization of the Commonwealth. They went as far as picking up arms to try and prevent the birth of another Liberty, becoming supposed traitors of their own people to ensure their well-being. Their motivations are very much in line with ours, and althogh our friendship was sparked by radically different ires with the same enemy, they have long since integrated themselves with our cause. It might not look like it at first, but we have much in common.
As for the technology, the Guard would be interested in it. However, we know little of Lane Hacker technology, its advantages and disadvantages. We also understand that such a development cannot be one sided, and that the Lane Hackers would require something in return. We can spare a team of engineers to learn whether your equipment would be suitable for use by our organisation, and if the results are positive, to try and adapt it to match ours.
Lastly, a handful of our transports are currently undergoing preparations to deliver artifacts to Mactan. They should embark towards Crete within the next few days.
Allow me to re-introduce myself. My name is Blackfriar, and I will be dealing with you for the moment. You will hear from Professor Provocateur Yoshida again once sufficient progress has been made.
Our lack of confidence in Captain Harrington should be evident. Yet - it is something we could sort out. You speak so highly of him and his men; that they have taken up arms against their own kind, that they are the sworn enemy of the Commonwealth, that they are loyal to the Gaian cause. I see nothing but empty words, but will trust your judgement and take a leap of faith. I will offer them a chance of redemption, a chance to prove themselves loyal to the cause. A complete lock-down of Vespucci system, a hunt on Hellfire supply vessels, as well anyone that dares to assist the Commonwealth. A move that will seriously cripple Commonwealth's economy. That should not be the problem for someone who is a sworn enemy of Commonwealth, or am I wrong? Bring me the evidence of successful action and we shall come in terms with the Cohort.
If you choose to utilize our technology, you will receive a full guidance on its usage, as well as assistance in its adaption; it is in our best interest to allow you to use its highest potential. As Professor has already pointed out, the development would not be one-sided; we do expect the access to be mutual.
But, before we continue this discussion, I will ask you to complete the deliveries of artifacts you have promised.
I am afraid that a complete lockdown of the Vespucci system is well beyond our capabilities. Our forces in the area are merely a few dozen fighters strong, and are already occupied holding the Legion off in the Veracruz field. There is little the Cohort can do to achieve the excessive demand you have put forward.
On a more positive note, one of our ships in the region has made a small discovery regarding the 72nd fleet of maltese navy. We would be willing to provide relevant information, should the Lane Hackers be interested and willing to compensate us for it.
Lastly, a few artifact deliveries have been completed and reported to your job board.
I am Interruptor Espada of the Lane Hackers. We received your deliveries here in Mactan Base and we would like to thank you for the business. Your rewards will be delivered once the quartermaster reviews all the containers.
I would also like to congratulate you on behalf of the Professorship. The rumors have reached us that the Gaian Guard has recovered its foothold within the Gaian movement and is now leading it once again. We only hope that we helped you a bit in our way.
Regarding Vespucci system, we absolutely understand your concerns. Our intention was for the Cohort to prove it is reliable to us and loyal to the Gaian Guard. Please, if you have another idea in which the Cohort can prove that, we would be interested in hearing it. Finally, this 72nd group is acting irregularly as of late. As Sirius' biggest intel brokers we will of course pay you appropriately for said evidence, provided that the product is good enough.
We believe providing evidence of Cohort's actions against the Legion to be good start. We will request that Captain Harrington ensures his forces document their operations properly, and provide relevant reports once they are in our hands. As for the small discovery, you will find the data attched to the message. According to our captain, the ship's cargo were typical supplies for a warship. I hope you will find the information satisfactory.
The information you've provided is satisfactory to us and as such we thank you. In return, we'd like to offer you some incriminating evidence of formal Kruger transports hauling contraband in Libertonian space - alien materials. Considering your organization has recently assimilated the Landwirtechbewegung, who dislike the Kruger corporate - We think such convicting evidence would be very much wanted in your hands.
However, if you'd like something else, we can always conduct business with Sirian Credits if that is to your desire. A considerate sum of thirty million credits to your organization's funding would reinforce your wallets adequately - don't you think? Nevertheless, we can always continue to barter through comms if even that would not deem satisfactory for Y'all.
The Guard has decided that both of your proposed compensations would combine perfectly for our needs. If such a solution is agreeable, please wire the credits to GG-Sunset.
It seems you decided to be bold and thought outside of the box - taking both of our offers combined. I didn't expect the Gaian Guard to be so... intrepid. Nevertheless, we agree, although you'll find the credit paycheck to be a third lighter than proposed as to compensate for the two-part pay.
Hopefully, you'll find it very much to your liking and understanding. But should it not... - Well, you can personally talk with one of my professors, Mr. Yoshida, about what could be further done for you to transfer on that valuable information you've intended for us.

Hello there,
Miss Lily is currently not available and she asked me to relay her message. To put it bluntly; she's satisfied with the compensation for the intel we provided. If there's some other issue you want to discuss, please be patient and await for her to return. Thank you and have a nice day.
The Guard has debated our overall interactions with the Lane Hackers and, after a thorough discussion, decided that this partnership is of no benefit to us. We would be willing to consider any counterarguments you might want to present, should there be any. Otherwise, seven days from now, this channel will be closed and all of our agreements voided.
