Just like in other tasks I'm presented, I strive to complete the Lane Hacker path with perfection. In order to do that, I have started from the bottom, aiming towards rightfully reinstating my rank. I am presenting completion of the criterion detailed below.
Level 1
Distribution
The criterion was as trivial as it can be - I have manned the Runner and proceed towards New York in order to complete three import/export inter-House routes, as described in Lane Hacker operation manual. The operation went smoothly with minimal trouble from the Navy hounds.
As I was passing through California system, I have stumbled upon a Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing Shetland loaded with Plasmonic Metamaterials. I was being chased by a 6th Fleet battlecruiser so I had to quickly wrap things up and leave with no valid guncam of the cargo, but I have extorted one million out of him regardless.
Just as I was doing a run towards Airdrie, I have stumbled upon a LSF spook. After the small exchange of words I engaged him and disposed of him quickly enough. That's one less bastard to worry about.
In order to pursue the higher rank, I have focused my efforts into pursuing the criterion that leads me to higher rank. With the completion of Espionage, I will complete the Level 2 Intelligence path. The intelligence I have gathered during the espionage operation on the Gallic front lines is detailed below.
With the invasion of Leeds nearing its end and the Gallic preparations to push into New London, the EFL Oil & Machinery has been appointed to reconstruct the Gate leading from Leeds towards New London. Should they use it to launch an invasion force or to strengthen their rule in Bretonia by establishing trade routes after the war is still not known, but the current situation is very suitable for our cause.
With the incoming large shipments of Gallic Gate and Lane parts that'll be used in construction of the Gate and Trade lane leading to it, we have a chance to re-direct our efforts in Leeds and seize larger amounts of the said cargo in hope it'll give us a deeper insight into how the Gallic Gates and Lanes operate and how they can be hacked and utilized.
In order to pursue this task, I have moved my newly commisioned L-584-B "Oasis"-class Passenger Liner to Leeds to conduct cargo interdiction.
I am submitting additional report to reach my currently primary goal - reinstating my former rank of Infiltrator and achieving Level 4 access.
Level 2
Ruthlessness
During my time in the Lane Hackers, I have extorted numerous transports. Below is the list of my previous reports that contain evidences of extortions.
As stated in the report mentioned above, Professor Yoshida has decided to test my knowledge of "Honeytrap" technique by luring a IDFS| transport out of his route into our ambush. Imposing as a Gallic Intelligence officer in distress, I have broadcasted a plea to vessel, asking for supplies - Food, Water and Fuel. The loyal captain did not hesitate to assist me, but he found nothing but Professor Yoshida's bomber and a long mania-interrogation that resulted in extraction of valuable intel, as well as cargo extortion.
Subterfuge
During one of his extortions, Professor Yoshida has sensed the eagerness and little to no judgement coming from the subject, so he suggested me to investigate. In my initial interrogation, mister Joe Pickens has expressed his willingness to work with the Lane Hackers and support our goal. In addition to the few small tasks I have appointed him to do in order to prove his loyalty, he was requested to deliver a large load of Cardamine to Planet Manhattan in order to boost our economy, which he has done.
Spyglass Scanner has reported a movement of Interspace Commerce vessel which Professor Yoshida reported of in the past. Using the vector analysis, I have calculated that he will be moving through Omegas to unload the cargo he has picked up in Munich. The calculations were correct as he took the route and was halted in Cambridge, Omega 3 Gate. He shown no resistance to our demands and transfered 3,000,000 SC to my Neural Net account.
The day have started with a call for assistance from Mr. Largo through our secure channels, to which i have reacted as soon as i could. Upon arriving on a scene, i have found Mr.Largo accompanied by a couple of flunkies, belonging to 5th| Fleet and Office of National Security respectively. The combat soon emerged, in which Mr. Largo wasn't taking part as his vessel wasn't really suited for snubcraft combat, hense why he was forced to disengage and leave me in toe-to-toe combat with those two milksops.
One of them was sloppy enough to get dusted with chained mine detonation, as soon as it was done - the other wretch immediately jumped into a fight, leaving me little to no chances to disengage. Unfortunately, i had to patch up the breaches at Mactan as it was concluded.

As the day moved on and the breaches were patched up, I have moved back to California, and eventually stumbled into a Gallic warship accompanied with a smaller strike craft, that appeared to be a bomber. They have shown some negative attitude, fortunately, being capable of nothing but loud talks. Looks like they are as pathetic as our own Naval milksops. On latter, the scene was adorned with Forlorn wretch, that later on decided to crawl back into the hole he climbed out of, a ironically unlucky Bounty Hunter, one weird contact that happened to carry pieces of Nomad equipment aboard, and the actual squid, which was already hell of a gathering. Upon gathering as much data as i could from the safe distance, i quickly moved away from this freaks' party, that have ended up with Maltese warships showing up and forcing Valors to retreat as the combat emerged.

In addition to the above encounters, allow me to mention somewhat special encounter with a vessel bearing Synth Foods identifier. I have caught it's sight in California, near Riverside station, and tracked it all the way down to Texas. It was carrying a full hold of Platinum Ore, and, apparently, departed from Alberta not too long ago. At first, i have followed general extortion sequence and asked him for a feasible donation of 7.500.000 S.C., as per our operational protocols, but on the latter, the milksop expressed his desire to cooperate, and provided me with a piece of information that might be somewhat valuable.
The group that vessel belonged to, LTT, that stands for Liberty Terraforming and Technologies appears to be a counterpart of Bretonian Planetform, althrough utilising much more harsh and radical methods in alteration of planet's Bio Sphere, basically replacing it with other species, while still applying general terraforming sequence used by Planetform. As per their words, this deemed to be possible due to little to no regulations of Terraforming in Liberty laws. Full logs of the conversation are attached below.

Under the command of mister Thackeray, the convoy has departed from Leiden Base and I have been appointed escort & reconnaissance role. With my extensive knowledge of the route and Kusari Naval Forces movements and usual patrol routes, I have guided the convoy safely through Shikoku, Kyushu and Taus to safely reach Planet Malta with a load of Counterfeit Software. Moving one step ahead of them and informing them of upcoming threats we moved back to Leiden. On our way, we encountered two vessels we skillfully evaded. After leaving the safety of Omicrons and crossing the Kyushu off the lanes and rushing through Shikoku, we arrived to Leiden with a load of Cardamine without any problems.
Some time ago I was bartering an advanced equipment trade with the Junker Marauders. Purchasing several Light Cloaks off them and a Advanced Cloak. During the deal, they have proposed a larger business deal to happen, which I negotiated through and contributed to the Lane Hacker cause by opening a re-sell point for interdicted goods of high value - Various ores. Also, we have received a sellpoint for Cardamine withmuch higher purchase price than our currently available ones.
In our efforts to keep the location of Leiden Base secret and away from the prying eyes of public, we have decided to remove Junkers installation under the name of "EJ_Enterprises" from the close perimeter of Leiden and punish the owner for not consulting us prior to construction of it. With the Lane Hacker limited manpower, I have been appointed by Professor Provocateur Yoshida to arrange a meeting with Blood Dragons representative and arrange a diplomatic deal. The meeting took place on Freeport 11 and the deal has been made. As a direct result of successful negotiations, the Shogun's fleet has arrived in Galileo the next day and with combined strength of our Retaliators and numerous Blood Dragon capital vessels, we have destroyed the installation and propagated a harsh message we are a force not to be reckoned with.
A brief encounter with not too talkative, but quite nasty Bounty Hunter that thought he would withstand against my Bloom. He was quickly made to regret his decision to fight prior to opportunity of running away.
A surprisingly slippery cockalorum came to a conclusion that he can slip through a true Hacker. It was intercepted, thus proven to be wrong, and extorted a feasible amount of credits.
Quite a fruitful day occured prior to the aforementioned extortion of "slippery cockalorum" in Bering, including two corporate wretches liberated from a feasible amount of their ill-gotten profits. A reasonable amount, of course, and a pleasant day for me.
