For upkeeping system safety, passing through Separatist Space with cargo requires the following tolls to be paid to forces on site.

Currently we have no actual stance to you. I never quite understood why Lib had Blood Diamonds contraband. So it's just normal cargo and you'd have to pay a tax to pass if you encounter a patrol on the route.

Just want to know if military salvage is considered contraband? Since its technically all the parts of old military ships?

Some people think its ok to hawl, some others think its contraband and want to see a licence for it?

Caught me out a few times, if it is contraband can Junkers get permission to move it though liberty?

Liberty considers it contraband. Only Liberty and Bretonian corps are allowed to haul it through lib.
We sell it since we really need cash so we don't see it as contraband.
