In your space, the Units Empathy, Progenitor and Gamma still reside, as to make short-term communication possible. As for a response to the Ravine, I would ask you to input your answer into this Message Carrier Drone after having considered everything necessary.
First and foremost we would like to thank you for the opportunity given by your openness towards a non-biological sentient race. We also want to state that we are open for discussion of possible cooperations to come, after the current operation is fully established.
As already discussed, we have analysed the moon "Oraibi" in the Coronado system and noticed the untapped potential not too far down its outer crust. Due to the life threatening gases in the atmosphere, your friends and business partners of the IMG cannot efficiently retrieve the riches from the moon due to an operation being too expensive to fully function.
We as machines, however, do not see a problem in working in such conditions and would offer to work with the aforementioned groups to obtain the resources that are currently ever so slightly out of reach.
We can assure you that this collaboration is vastly more efficient than anything else that could be done. We are happy to provide you the analysis of another Unit - Progenitor - of the situation, calculating and evaluating the different approaches that can be made. It will be attached in the notes below.
As for the workflow in general, we would like to ask you to inform the IMG of this collaboration officially, so that we can all agree on terms that are beneficial to everyone.
After this is done, the first action to take would be setting up a Hub on the Moon Oraibi, to properly implement the mining drones into a synchronized sequence, to ensure maximum efficiency on the surface.
After establishing the Hub, the mining drones would be planetdropped by a Harvester Class vessel onto the surface, synching with the Hub as they unfold for operation.
Soon after, the operation would begin and the extracted Ore would be moved to - still to establish - loading Zones, where they can be picked up for transport.
Logically, everyone wants a share, which would also still be up for debate. However, the Collective could opt to reduce their share for other compensations, for example allowing Collective vessels to freely roam outside of the Barrier Reef, setting up base on one of Planet Salina's other moons or other liberties which can be discussed at a later point in time.
I believe this should explain most, if not all, questionable points in this matter. We would be thankful if you could contact the IMG and forward our offer to them for us as well.

We finally managed to reach a consensus with IMG and i am happy they are on board with us. They say they need a detailed scan on ore composites and sizes, as well as locations. I am Empathy, the Unit that is currently responsible for negotiations regarding this project.
Michael Richard has announced your arrival in Coronado before, but it seems we may have missed you.
We have performed the necessary scans and would request from you to forward the composition and location of the Copper pockets that are attached to the Message notes below to the IMG.
The last step before the operation can commence would be to discuss the shares.
As we have previously mentioned, the Collective would be willing to offer a higher percentage for the Republic in exchange for other liberties in Coronado. As a share, the Collective would request a minimum of 35% of the extracted minerals, as our units effectively take care of all of the work. A percentage lower than this would need to be further discussed in exchange for the aforementioned liberties.
The most important permission we would ask for, would be to allow us to station Hubs - or AI Cruisers, as you might call them - in the Area of operation.
This would include permission to leave the Barrier Reef in order to ensure security around the operation site. In addition, this would allow us to assist the Crayter Military in certain operations, whereas compensation would need to be discussed later on.

At least 18,443% of the surface are composed of copper pockets,
as our scans show them to be covered by the white sodium oxide dust.
As can be seen on the attached image, the brighter area would thusly
be the part of the moon's surface that is composed of Copper.
The red markings will be the main spots where we will planetdrop
our mining Nodes. They will spread out as they extract the Copper,
but the mined minerals will remain at these marked positions for
easy pickup by the IMG's logistics Vessels.
Our Nodes will seperate the minerals into three mounds, leading
the faction's logistics groups to the matching mounds, that are
piled up by the agreed share percentages.

We believe we can settle with giving you %30 and granting you the rights of stationing at Sabah Shipyard, Planet Yuma and the habitable moon of Salina -Pecos- plus granting you the right of stationing of said hubs of AI cruisers Coronado-Wise with the exception of Jericho exclusion zone that is set by Nav Buoys around it, provided that the hubs merely acts as mobile connection points for you and only attack in self-defense. Jericho moon and the zone is strictly off-limits to foreign entities.

this offer was by all means never excessive. In fact it is quite the opportunity of Profit for the Republic. After all, you are not obligated to extort any effort for this. Simply allow us to work there. Without the cooperation of the IMG and the Collective, this Project would be highly inefficient, if even feasible to perform at all.
However we are glad that you accept, and will Input the share percentages into our mining machineries so they can split the Mineral Mounds accordingly.
We agree to the granted liberties, and will only ask of you to Redirect this Information to each and all of your military's Forces, as to not create unwanted Scenarios due to unknowingness. Communication is key, not only between the factions participating, but within them as well.

as you may have been informed by Military patrols, two of our Hubs have reached Coronado and stationed themselves around moon Oraibi. Their callsigns are tC-Phi and tC-Psy. They will defend the perimeter, as well as their vicinity when they relocate themselves.
As already noticed, they seem fully functional, as they have disposed of a small Lane Hacker force close to the site.
Other than the combat side of things, the connection between the Hubs and our extraction units is established and stable. The first shipments should be available soon, if the scans assisted by the IMG are without flaw, which we expect.
For further questions or suggestions, please contact us through our Hubs by sending a messenger to the mining site. Our Hubs will transmit the message to the Ravine for processing.
