You and Pepe are a "notorious" case Thundy, everyone and their mothers (and their mothers pets) know the tale of Pepe the not-so-wise that fed up his kiddo with so much Nutella that nowadays kiddo bigger than him and poor Pepe need keep feeding guy w Nutella or else...
But is a rule, and newcomers are afraid (with reasons for that) of breaking it. I used to advice this: Contact an admin, explain situation to him, and prolly you guys will be ok. (In fact dunno if they would be but, then its admins problem
Different times & all that. I think it's worth getting rid of...at least as a trial. if, after a few months it's not abused to excess, then it should become official.
The Old Testament of Discovery Wrote:5.5 Connecting to the server with more than one character at a time (Multiboxing). Players who share a network connection and play together must not engage in trading/mining while doing so.
I'd like to propose the removal of the bolded part of rule 5.5. Once upon a time it may have made sense but for some time now we've had flatmates, couples and entire families play this game and are unable to play together because of it. Given the declining population of the game I believe we should revoke this sub-rule to allow for both more potential interaction on the server and to encourage people to recruit by local word of mouth.
Discuss.
this sounds good, but i have a question
Players who share a network connection and play together must not engage in trading/mining while doing so.
now that to me means, that 2 players on same network, 1 does mining or trading, the other can only fly fighters/gb's etc
or
can that 2nd person, be allowed to trade/mine in a completely different system, so they dont meet?
