Clause 2: Free Trade is to be fully open between Liberty, Bretonia, and the Crayter Republic. It was barely, but somewhat still justifiable when the IFF still read Military. It does not anymore. I can only agree with Jens, but if you guys want more enemies than allies and commerce for Liberty, even if it wouldn't make any sense inRP, go on. We may see how much you'll like the consequences.

The treaty of Curacao is only really applicable to the system of Cortez and Magellan. House Law applies beyond the borders of Bretonia and Liberty. The provision might seem very general, but the jurisdiction is quite clear given the subject matter of the treaty and a lack of any contention to this within the treaty so as to state otherwise.
Will LSF outlaw non-hostile logistics and commercial transports and freighters of nations - with several activities (including, but not limited to warfare, commerce, espionage, etc) but without an ID/IFF for each, instead using a single ID/IFF for all those activities - as foreign military in breach of house law from now on?
Seeing as to how the =LSF= now uses the player list to intercept =CR= ships at the other side of a gate and then refuses to provide the escorts they say CR ships must have to traverse liberty, it's just more proof (besides the total lack of logic as well as double standards applied with other players and other times) that this is about players intentionally being a pain in the butt to certain players. Which is part of why we end up with fewer and fewer players.

What members of LibGov lobbied for CR transports being pirated/shot in liberty because the IFF was made military by devs (without asking for CR's opinion)?
Seems to me that this is less of an LSF issue and more of a Liberty Government Issue. LSF was just doing what it believed to be correct insofar as their members understood the law. If it's a mistake then the real issue is (I reckon) the law in and of itself, rather than the enforcement of the law (although I can see how some actions can exacerbate the problem).
Don't really know why you need to know the members behind those ships.
