Several drones can spawn here and they can deshield. Nom NPCs are a little less annoying, but still, do enough damage in groups.

Maybe helpful: when you're landed on BS Carcassonne, the map says you're in Cortez

Even though it was stated to be fixed as in the above, the bug still occurred in the exact same manor as described.(Says you're in Cortez, states its taking longer then expected then crashes) Happened to me around 13:20 Server time.

If anything has a note saying "Fixed" and the bug persists in the game, that's because the hot fix or bug patch for that issue has not been released yet, however the fix has been completed in the development version.
