Thank you for your patience as the board has been deliberating your request. While I am authorized to release a great deal of our classified files, there remain a few that are only accessible to Mr. and Mrs. Doe themselves. I have personally submitted a priority transmission and a response is forthcoming.
In the interim, I have gathered the necessary documentation for the release of our files. While there is absolutely no question about Ageira's intentions, I hope you understand the need for proper protocol and extensive documentation - especially in matters such as this. You can, of course, expect them to be marked as the highest priority and shifted up to processing immediately so our respective Research and Development departments may begin collaborating in earnest and ensure the project's success sooner, rather than later.
My personal assistant will be sending the encrypted files over the highest possible security transmission immediately following this message.

Both Deep Space Engineering and Ageira Innovations recently went through some tough times. I am contacting you to reestablish a close cooperation on the board level between our nota bene symbiotic companies, as unfortunately recently this relation suffered because of both internal and external factors.
As you know jumpgates in Hudson and Bering leading to Hamburg were "disabled" by the Rheinland Military in a desperate attempt to cut off Liberty Navy onslaught. Recently we received a signal from a silent alarm within one of the jumpgates. This issue must be addressed as soon as possible.
We are going to send there an investigation group but we will require a support of engineering teams in order to resolve any immediate threats to the stability of the jumpgates. Please advise on availability of your assets for this task.
Best regards,
Sebastian Hart,
Acting Chief Executive Officer,
Ageira Innovations
Thank you for the heads up. Although our operations elsewhere have been going steadily, the physical damage to the Hudson and Bering gate network and tempestuous political climate, have definitely been a major point of concern.
At present count, I can mobilize a repair ship for support, with the possibility of a second asset on such short notice. I'll be putting in an order to have the vessel fitted with a diagnostic suite, and get the technician briefed.
Regards,
Reese Nickels Engineering Team Supervisor, Texas System Deep Space Engineering
