Today i was making a patrol of the Dublin system inspecting the status of the Dublin Miners pub when i noticed a new addition to the skyline. A core 1 installation by the name of Armed Forces Outpost. Given the chosen name and location of the base inside the mining field this is, of course, an unusual sight.. seeing as neither myself nor the chief constable have been notified of intention to build such an installation. Docking at the base was not possible but it did not seem to activate any defence systems upon my arrival.

During routine patrols in New London I was called to Cortez to respond to an unwanted vessel passing through Bretonian space by an SIS agent.

This turned out to be a Kusari intelligence vessel along with an outcast carrying some lawful pilots.

Conclusion:
► Confiscated the Pilots from the outcast and then proceeded with SIS support to escort both ships out of the system. Pilots dropped off on Planet New London.

During routine patrols in New London, I was given some information by a passing pilot regarding Gallic transports in the area around Trafalgar station. I was then hailed via long range communication by an unidentified vessel as a lane hacker was sighted in Manchester after I had restocked I set a course and headed into the system. The trip however was uneventful and the system was clear of any incursions.

I have attached audio logs for future reference.

Merchant Navy Deckman Eva Flameheart encountered an oracle in New London today and I arrived to investigate. Suspect's name was given as David Farlen with the ship name of Paradigm Shift. He wasn't hauling anything and had no illegal equipment and was not listed as an illegal entity and was thus released and allowed to practice his religion. He later left Bretonian Borders via Cambridge.

The second incident happened just after the above encounter, a smuggler of unknown name flying the ship Ciudi was located behind Planet Dover. After repeated requests for him to respond and/or drop his cargo the target was destroyed the smuggled goods were seized or destroyed.

Conclusion:

A report from an SIS agent was received today about a THP bustard carrier being spotted in orbit of the capital, I undocked from the planet and instantly encountered the aforementioned carrier. The ship was captained by one mister Anton Naiose Tordai, he was not hauling anything illegal (aside from one shady looking jump drive module) and insisted he was there to settle the organisations debts. He claimed that the pilots that are currently wanted by the BPA for the crimes of smuggling and jump trading were void on the grounds that the perpetrators were deceased and thus not able to pay the fine. He also claimed that Triple Hazard Pay was no longer an extant entity and that a man named 'Melford' was responsible for the groups past actions. Without supporting evidence however, we could not accept his claims as fact. A fine was levied against his organisation (8.000.000 SC) but due to a lack of evidence against mister Tordai himself we could not fine him personally.

That is until a witness arrived, Lieutenant Commander Nicole Prower (ret.) birth name Sakura Miyasaki showed up sometime in the middle of the conversation and leveled claims against the THP group which she said stemmed from her time in the Liberty Navy. She also claimed to have filed several reports of their guilt. Naturally she could not give us this evidence due to resigning her position in the 5th fleet but did give us permission to use her name should we request the aforementioned evidence from either the LPI or 5th fleet. She also agreed to stand trial in the event of any arrests. Mister Tordai himself admitted to crimes committed in Liberty before paying myself 50.000.000 SC instead of the 8.000.000 requested. I believe this to be a bribe, evidence has been gained of this event and the excess 42.000.000 has been forwarded to the BPA forensic department.

After all was said and done, mister Tordai was removed from Bretonia via Omega-49.

This is a report regarding the allegation of assault that was leveled against a certain Bounty Hunter group by the Auxesians earlier this week. A witness statement by the captain of The Apahanta (Ezrael Vertiga) was received. It is my opinion that the Bounty Hunters did indeed engage Keeper Raven (Who was commanding the A/)-ACV-Eidolon.Wraith at the time) for the purposes of fulfilling a bounty contract. As such, I believe the accusation to be valid and the charge of assault to be legitimate.

I have received a communication today from a Professor Katrin Hamilton of the Cambridge University. The professor has lodged a missing persons report for the Chancellor of the University, a Mr William J Mortimer, who has been missing from the University since his planned departure for Planet Gran Canaria on 11/12/825. It is reported that the Chancellor left the University for Gran Canaria on the date he was last seen, accompanied by university staff until his arrival at the spaceport. The Professor also informed me of a possible nuclear detonation at the site the Chancellor was intending to visit, this claim has not yet been confirmed by either the University or the Bretonian Armed Forces currently stationed in the system

Conclusion:
► Case opened: Unusual activity for the Chancellor and the reports of a nuclear attack on Planet Gran Canaria warrant further investigation

A number of messages and letters have arrived lately regarding several attacks on civil shipping in the Omega-7 and Gibraltar system. The suspects number between 1 and 4 and are suspected to belong to the Junker organisation (unknown if they are affiliated with the Congress). One confirmed Pirate fitting this description goes under the alias 'Miner.Fred'. Target was spotted by BPA officers in Omega-7 who witnessed this individual destroying a trader. Constable Jasper Davies has contacted the Rheinland Authorites on the matter and we are awaiting their response.

Conclusion:
► Case opened, increase in patrols ordered and evidence waiting to be forwarded from Rheinland Military, BAF and the Rheinland Federal Police.
