Isabelle Montlaville de Chanteloup appears sitted at her magnificent mahogany desk, her hands joined.
Capitaine,
Separatists or not, the Harmony remains a Libertonian entity. Nothing for free. I suppose this was to be anticipated, and the advantages inherent to a stronger and better-equipped Harmony are indeed clear. Good work on that part.
I am prepared to part with a few baubles that will help them in their fight. Small arms, proper food, spare parts, clothes, shower kits... The usual insurgency support package, that's all fine by me, get that going at once.
However, you mentioned ships. I take it you meant warships. Is that correct ? What is it that you are proposing, here ? As is blindingly obvious, these people remain Libertonians. They have stood by their word for now, but what makes you think they will remain so well disposed towards us when Gallia shifts its focus towards Liberty ? Imagine the Roi's face if he hears that our own armaments are being used against us...
She sighs. This had better be good, Vaillant. Talk to commandant Guillory, see if there's some low priority destroyer or battlecruiser in our repair docks of which we could rid ourselves by giving it to Harmony. Do take EXTREME precautions that no vital or strategic subsystem falls in their hands on this occasion, or you will hang.

Bonjour,
Routine have cooled down significantly since the initial blitz was initiated, from active combat to occasional encounters with Bretonians, that are still bold enough to crawl through the Roi space. To an extent, a presence of Counselliards have been discovered within the system, that seem to be in touch with the local corporate employees, and occasionally escorting them.
The situation started to develop at the Dublin jump gates. As i have arrived there, a disgusting sample of Counselliard ingenuity emerged from the hyperspace, along with one of Bretonian origin.
Sparing no breath for unnecessary chatter, i have engaged and quickly dispatched the Counselliard, declining a pathetic attempt of the Bretonian miner to buy him the right to leave this place unharmed.
Counselliards will never be tolerated, neither reasoned with.
As we have deal with this disturbance and Maître Principal, Enzo Lacroix, have arrived to the scene - we have proceeded onwards, and initiated the hyperspace sequence of the Jump Gates.
Moments after our vessels have left the hyperspace on the other side - the scanners have picked up another contact of Bretonia origin - local law enforcement finally woke up, and came over to offer us a warm greeting. Inspector by the name of John Steiner, have dared to confront our presence there.
Maître Lacroix took an opportunity and engaged him in combat, taking a swift care of him, demonstrating excellent performance in combat.
On a side note - the Counselliards, apparently, have sprouted a separate branch, transponders are marked with LaR|- prefix.
Their intentions are unknown, their capabilities are insignificant. I would suggest tasking Royal Intelligence with studying them, but, considering the two combat encounters i've had with their operatives so far - not much is to be expected from these Counselliards.

Bonjour,
Upon my return from patrol in neighboring Dublin system i have stumbled upon a Counselliard bearing a familiar name - the one i apparently fought earlier today. This time, however, the scene was different, he was not alone, and still - i have prevailed without even breaking a sweat.
Relevant visual data will be attached below.

Bonjour,
We were several of us to find that pretty weird that so many Libertonians ships suddenly joined New London. And especially because we haven't detected them at all. Magellan is cut, and our forces are taking over the main roads in Manchester. According to the last operations, the reinforcements and the supply for Bretonia come from Cambridge...A system which hasn't known connexion with Liberty. So we have decided to explore the South of Bretonia in order to find something. As I couldn't go in Cambridge due to the important defensive forces, I thought to explore Dublin instead.
The south of Dublin has an important activity. Several convois militaires were moving to an asteroids field, in the West of Dublin. I tried to stay hidden and to explore it. I found, well interesting thing. First, Mollys bases, and a jump hole which leads directly to Omega-49. In the North, I have discovered an unknown jump hole that leads to a Bretonian system named Poole. With many precautions, I jumped. I found myself in an deserted asteroids fields, again. I explored the south of the system and I found that...the biggest jump gate I ever seen. That was a fortress. I only have seen it from a secured position, far. I could see many Libertonians ships jumping from that Jump Gate. There was also a Libertonian battleship that defends the gate. I think we have found what we were looking for. Sadly, I still haven't enough datas on that system and of its precise location. Futhermore, the intense activity in Dublin complicates the task.
To finish, I need to inform you that I finally acommplished the wish you asked me when I joined your ranks. A bounty hunter pilot tried to engage me during my exploration. I destroyed the ship and capture her. Then, I brought her on Le Cendre and I did what you asked me to do.
Vive le Roi!

Bonjour,
I am going to detail the rapport of the TaskForce Diamant. This fleet under the command of the Commandant Baudelaire and myself had as mission to gather informations about that supposed militia, the White Shipping Company. One month ago, they appeared and started to annoyed our forces with their pathetic peasants. We have supposed their were hired by the Bretonian Kingdom in order to disturb our forces.
The Taskforce Diamant has been deployed to destroy them completely. And today it seems the mission is a total success. We haven't detected any kinds of those arrogant peasants since now several weeks. That's a good new. With all the losses they have suffered, we can think they have been completely exterminated. The White Shipping Company isn't a nuisance anymore. Taskforce Diamant has acomplished its mission.
Vive le Roi!

Bonjour,
As part of the profile I've sent for my recruitment, I have developed strategies that have allowed for my survival against otherwise suicidal odds. While these pale in comparison to some of the strategies used by my superior officers, they have allowed me to see a major weakness in our current position in the New London Blitz.
Currently, Liberty has ships in reserve that will eventually allow them to outnumber and outgun us in New London, should they reinforce the warships currently at planets Dover and New London. My strategy, while not tested in the simulations as of yet, presents a massive opportunity, one that I know we should seize.
In the 2D grid I have set up in the attachments, my plan is split into four steps. Here, I'll go into detail on what is not already mentioned in the grid.
Step 1: In order to build the supply depot and ensure Corsair reinforcements and supplies reach New London, we'll need the support of our own corporations to build the base quicker. This should be a simple task, but it also means smuggling supplies past the battle groups at Planet Dover and the Mollies in the Somerset Asteroid Field. We will need to provide escort to transports as they make their way to the construction site, and ensure Step 1 goes to plan.
Step 2: This plan is set in place primarily to offer immediate results and incentive for the Corsairs, who are already providing support with the Battlegroup Athos. The Battleship Fes is more than capable of a strike attack with proper supplies and reinforcements from the supply depot. As the Bretonians have removed the Battleship Essex from Dublin, we need to make sure that the decreased pressure on the Mollies doesn't interrupt later operations, by taking out their destroyer and its escort.
Step 3: This plan will have to rely on the Battleship Fes in order to succeed. The Bretonians may have less large warships than us in the frontal engagement, but can make up for it by docking fighters with Canterbury and mooring Gunboats and Cruisers to the Kensington Platform. The Fes will circumvent this by destroying the docking ports and the escort ships before they launch, allowing us to turn their rear support into an exposed flank.
Step 4: Once the Ottawa and Macduff Battlegroups are destroyed, I suspect the Libertonians will move additional warships to cover the Cambridge Gate before we can mount an offensive against it. If we manage to keep the Kensington Platform and Canterbury Station active, we can dock and moor fleets of our own in order to properly hold our position, and possibly launch strikes into the Manchester system with ease.
I do hope my strategy is worth considering, as we've seen with the fall of the Beauvray how exposed our position truly is. If nothing else, perhaps this could be modified to serve a grander purpose, I suppose. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this, Etat-Major.

Bonjour Commandant,
I am not sure if the Amiral Chanteloup told you about what I will detail you. As you know, the Libertoniand and especially the Bretonians are now using specific technology to deal with us. Some of them showed their terrible efficacity against our bigger ships and at this point, we can't tolerate to suffer more losses. The final battle is coming.
Until now we couldn't produce this technology as all the Bretonians destroyed ships which owned those weapons are too damaged and we can't analize the weapon. Nonetheless, we fought recently the Libertonians in California and an 'allied' Libertonian group, named Battlegroup Harmony helped us. And it appears they have the weapons we are looking for. I made a communication with the approval of the Amiral to make a deal.
In return, Harmony would like we supply them with fighters guns and the elementary supplies. This has been approved some weeks ago by Amiral Chanteloup. Though, they'd like to have a gallic cruiser to reinforce their positions. The Amiral and I are aware that we can't give them a 'proper' Gallic destroyer with all our technology. The Amiral told me to prepare something with you Commandant. But I guess this could be interesting. To have this damned Sirian weapon -and that we can obviously improve it with out superior technology- will give us the final advantage against the remaining and experimental ships of the Bretonians and Libertonians scum.

Bonjour,
Hier our scouts have detected a Bretonian cruiser in Leeds, thus I have taken Grasse to deal with him. However he jumped in New London and I met him near Le Cendre. He was with one of those pathétiques Conseillards traitors. Both engaged me, but in few minutes, with the help of Felix Dorian they have been both destroyed.
Meanwhile, several Auxesians ships entered in the area. Followed by 2 Redemptions of those traitors. The battlecruiser La Rochelle came in reinforcements under the commands of the Contre-Amiral Pierre Thouars.
We have eliminated the two battleships one by one without to suffer any damage. Though, we have lost one gunboat against the Auxesians ships. The rest of our squadron destroyed the remaining enemy forces.

Bonjour,
The word of the hard worked promotion struck me closer to the evening, as well as the news about my requisitioned Obstinate being commissioned and awaiting for it's owner at recently constructed Issoudun Drydock.
Steadily recovering the vessel and catching up with the crew, it was decided to immediately put her capabilities to a test, considering the received reports of our old acquaintances, these filthy Counselliards spotted nearby. As we were about to arrive to the location specified in the report - the hostile force have been spotted moving at full speed towards the Dublin corridor, and later - towards New London, where they usually tend to operate.
Our force, initially composed of RNS-La Rochelle, RNS Oiseau, RNS-La Galissonniere and a Lynx pilot Lucien Marchant, with the hostile force initially composed of two Redemption-class battleships, Basilisk bomber and Gaians, which as usual sided with the Bretonians.
As the initial hostile force have been destroyed with no casualties - more hostiles have arrived to the scene, Bretonians have received reinforcements of multiple snubcraft pilots, including one Gaian bomber and an Assault Battlecruiser, designation Utah, and the battle resumed, giving us no break, despite the Oiseau still standing to witness the arrival of RNS Le Bagarreur, bringing renewed resolve to our assault.
We reigned victorious at the end of the fight, with Oiseau still standing and accompanied by quartier-maître Rupert Davies and Veneur de Monstre, have been steadily making it's way over to the battlegroups' position as we have crossed paths with HMS-Aegis, another assault battlecruiser, commanded by Edward Neville. It was eradicated, as any other obstacle Marine Royale have encountered on the day. Heavily damaged but intact, Oiseau have stood victorious at the end of the day.
Quite a decent way to handle the first combat of a newly commissioned vessel.
