*An old man voice can be heard*
Hello there, fellow Junkers, I won't reveal my name now, but, I will reveal that I have certain vessel under my command that is size of a.. let's say from around "Bustard"-class light carrier to "Overlord"-class Battleship, that needs repairs, major repairs. I will tell the exact class of my ship when you assure me that you won't reveal my plans to somebody that is from either from Liberty Navy or Liberty Security Force, or LPI. When you assure me, I will reveal everything that you need to know about my vessel to repair it.
I'm awaiting your response, Junker's, if your interested of course.

Gee, could ya be any less vague? Anyhow, we tend to do more tearin' apart of ships than putting 'em back together, but my sis Kera can fix darn near anything and we've been short of work lately. Shoot over some more details and we'll see what we can do.

Your response gives me a good enough assure that you won't damn give LSF a word out.
I will introduce myself now, I'm a ex-Liberty Navy Captain Lucas Edison, I am under a command of Battleship know as "Constitution", "Overlord"-class battleship, we've been heavily damaged in battle against some of the glowing ships called Nomads in New York, shortly after, I decided with my crew to leave Liberty Navy, secretly, for reason I won't state.
Our Battleship received, like I said before, heavy damage from enemy fire, my engineer officer compensated a log of damage that is need to repair my vessel:
Captain requested to.. em.. make a report of Constitution, as you see, this is our Liberty Dreadnought, in simulation, not many of us left on the ship as the fight against Nomads in New York cutted us. There used to be 650 souls, now it's cutted 125, 30 rebelled and almost.. well, killed Captain, but anyway. Constitution gone through massive hull damage and base armor, it's in many, MANY, tiny holes in, some of them are big, some of them not, and no, I don't want to make some erotic jokes here. Those tiny holes are dangerous, if will lose shields and somebody detects this vulnerability, Constitution can take a lot of damage on structure side of ship and at the same time.. well, inside damage, it could even reach the reactors of the ship and powercore. Thats why it's important.
On other hand, we have a.. damaged radar detection and communication arrays. Thanks to one of the Freelancer friends that Captain has, he gaves us a bit of Salvage, which turned out to be military tech. But still, they are damaged and are working within 50% of its proper usage so it's need to be addressed.
And the end, the engine control module of speed. We've been trying to experiment with trying to make it a bit a.. "remote" control like in newest Liberty Dreadnoughts, but that failed, everything overloaded and it made.. small fire which ended up with module being burned as hell, inside components were pretty burned up, but I managed to repair them and and reverse the module back to state before modification, we are running on the kind of VERY burned reversed model of Liberty Navy engine module, and it's more and more getting malfunctions, even after we added some mods into it., and it got the point where some times, Cruise speed cuts out by itself sometimes. I would like to add at the end that some subsystems and main-systems are sometimes cutting out, and we are starting losing control over them. We need help with Constitution, and I hope you will help us, Junkers.
I would like to note that we have over 175 Kishiro robotics working back at the engine room and some of them at engineering part.
Note: Constitution had swap of tech when Liberty-Rheinland war broke out to manual, thats why we needed so many people on the ship to control many things in engineering section and engine section.
- signed, Liam Baltynate, Engineer Officer, daddy of that Battleship, if you dare to change something in the config files within Constitution AI or systems while repairing it, I don't what I'm going to do then.
I can understand if you don't want to help us. LSF or Navy or even the Rebellion of them could end your shipyard and us to a wreck, but we just want to leave Liberty with a proper, repaired, battleship and make our own destiny in stars. If you help us, tell the time when we are to arrive at your shipyard and moor in. I would like to say at the end that we can bring supplies to repair our vessel as I have my personal supplier that is very fast. Just make a list of needed things.
I have hopes in you, Junkers.
Best regards
ex-Liberty Navy Captain, now Independent, Lucas Edison.
Evenin' Captain! Cheers for 'oldin' the line, I realize its been a while.
This transmission 'as put us in an odd position, as ya can imagine. We've been debatin' just what to do on the matter, an' I think we've reached an accord. Y'see, a high profile ship like an Overlord doesn't just go missin'. Folks talk, trackin' software pings nav beacons, all that lovely stuff. The Navy'll come sniffin', an' sooner rather than later. That is very bad for business, as you can imagine. Red tape like that takes a while ta cut through. On top o' that, we don't know ya from a bar o' soap. You've proven already ya willin' ta turn on ya comrades, who is ta say you won't do the same to us? You have to admit, these issues 'old some merit. Even wit' all of these things solved, there is still the technical hurdle of servicin' such a large ship. We don't generally see things o' that size come through our shipyard, at least not in one piece, so the time taken on repairs an' the price will both reflect this.
In short, we've got a lot of reasons ta say no. I'm 'ere to see if there is a reason ta say yes. So 'ere is what we're gonna need from you an' ya crew, if we're gonna strike up a bargain. First, we'll need to disable ya weapons mechanically when ya make it into harbour. This is so ya don't get wiseguy on us an' toast our home. You'll be on our terf, so ya won't need 'em anyhow. Secondly, we'll also need ta disable ya engines for the duration o' ya stay. This is ta stop ya runnin' out on ya bill. We don't give lines o' credit to first time customers. On top o' that, ya might be leakin' somethin' nasty from ya engine room for all we know. We'll need ta go in an' 'ave a look. That brings me ta me third point, full unrestricted access to ya ship. This is ta make sure everythin' is ship-shape, an' that ya ain't hidin' somethin' nasty aboard, like a big ol' world endin' weapon or some sorta alien critter. An' last o' all, we're gonna need ya ta shut off all long ranged comms when ya enter the system. The Navy could be listenin' out for ya and draw ya right in on us all, which nobody wants. All o' this is for everybodys safety an' will go a long way ta buildin' up trust.
With the security concerns outta the way, we'll also need ta be handsomely compensated for takin' these risks. We ain't a charity. Cold 'ard credits, an' lots of 'em, or somethin' ya think we might consider ta be equally valuable. I'll let ya make the first bid, in case ya got an ace up ya sleeve there, while I talk ta me associates on just 'ow much this is gonna set us back. My advice? Aim high. Folks're lookin' for a reason ta say no. Don't give 'em one.
'ope we can make a deal 'ere mate. I know this is a lot ta ask o' you an' ya crew, but ya askin' a lot from us in turn. As a Captain, I know you'll understand 'ow important it is ta look after your own.

I understand your concern young man.
Alright, about those tracking devices, Engineer Officer said that those were heavily damage and they don't even worked so Engineer team salvaged it to repair our engine module. About "toasting" your home shipyard, do you think I am a infectee or something? And I didn't wanted to ask it.. well, aggressively. We can disable weapon systems, of course, why would we need weapon turned on the shipyard.
We aren't carrying any super weapon or some sort, this vessel isn't even capable of even carrying that as the limitation of technology systems are very big. You can check power core systems console when you will be on shipyard and see that Power core was manufactured back in 805! And no, we don't have anything that could make this ship blow up.
As for access to the ship and leaking, there was some AI reports of leaks in engine room but we didn't get to know where it was exactly so your junker Engineer help is welcomed, and the unrestricted access to the ship systems will be given upon arrival into shipyard, under one circumstance: - The systems, files and more of our "Overlord"-class battleship will be checked for any possible computer viruses or backdoors installed by Constitution engineers.
And for the last: we agree to turn off the long range comms, yes, Liberty and LSF could listen to us. Specially in Puerto Rico..
Waiting a response from you and your Junker friends.
Best regards
Independent Captain, Lucas Edison.
Note: tell me the price of repairs next time, will you?
