My Bartering with the Cadiz Cartel has been initially successful, and the twenty-six million credits of profit have been provided to LH~R&D. I look forward to being able to provide more funds for the benefit of the circle. I am also presently in communications with Junkers and Blood Dragons about somewhat less immediately profitable matters.
I have also continued my work towards Industriousness by ferrying cargo, here and there, out and around, round and about, hither and fither, to and fro, back and forth, up and down, in and out, over and under, hippity hoppity, round the hill, over the corner and through the woods, lickety split, clocking the jizz, grinding the axe, up to no good, nip in the bud, good and plenty, lollygaggin' around, making the rounds, painting the town red, packing the load, hugging a tree, skinning a dog, skip to my loo, sewing my oats, passing a stone, shooting the breeze, jumping the fence, humping the horse, dancing a jig, spinning around, sipping the cider, flexin' the pecs, grooming my do, packing the peat, licking the chicken, pinching the pennies, dos-à-dos.
I have also been able to Subvert a number of ships, including a Universal Shipping Incorporated asset, the Santa Barbara, which informed me that our gracious Government of Liberty has been placing pressure on the Junkers to blacklist any ship witnessed docking with Junker bases, again. I would advise our Mactan operatives to keep a watchful eye, as this ship had made use of the Cortez jump hole in Magellan, and subsequently flew altogether too close to Mactan.
[16.05.2019 08:17:06] Glass: You can stop right there.
[16.05.2019 08:17:15] Glass: Don't.
[16.05.2019 08:17:23] Nevada: i stop
[16.05.2019 08:17:27] Glass: Try to dock, and you die. Capiche?
[16.05.2019 08:17:29] Glass: Excellent.
[16.05.2019 08:17:36] Glass: I'm glad we understand each other.
[16.05.2019 08:17:57] Glass: Universal, eh?
[16.05.2019 08:18:08] Nevada: yes
[16.05.2019 08:18:15] Glass: Primary group of Universal, no less.
[16.05.2019 08:18:18] Glass: Stop moving.
[16.05.2019 08:18:22] Nevada: ok
[16.05.2019 08:18:45] Glass: Truly, are you within the primary core of Universal Shipping?
[16.05.2019 08:19:33] Nevada: no
[16.05.2019 08:19:44] Glass: Then you have the incorrect papers, my friend.
[16.05.2019 08:20:04] Glass: You should see about acquiring some generic Universal Shipping Incorporated papers.
[16.05.2019 08:20:25] Nevada: maybe i not wright understand
[16.05.2019 08:20:28] Glass: And aside from that, I'll be requesting a 2.5 million credit payment, today.
[16.05.2019 08:20:37] Nevada: ok i pay
[16.05.2019 08:21:18] You have received 2.500.000 credits from Nevada
[16.05.2019 08:21:25] Glass: My greatest appreciation.
[16.05.2019 08:21:37] Nevada: i can go?
[16.05.2019 08:21:46] Glass: Take care, now. Farewell.
[16.05.2019 08:21:50] Glass: You may.
[16.05.2019 08:59:24] Glass: Hello there.
[16.05.2019 08:59:33] Glass: Do you mind stopping?
[16.05.2019 08:59:38] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Uh
[16.05.2019 08:59:57] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Is that really necessary?
[16.05.2019 09:00:07] Glass: How is your da- actually, how was your day going?
[16.05.2019 09:00:17] Glass: Well, for the moment, at least, I should think so.
[16.05.2019 09:00:59] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Um.
[16.05.2019 09:01:07] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: It was going as planned.
[16.05.2019 09:01:10] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Until I met you
[16.05.2019 09:01:38] Glass: Well, I do prefer to book in and arrange meetings, preferably over a meal.
[16.05.2019 09:01:55] Glass: But you know, attendees never seem to carry out the attending part.
[16.05.2019 09:02:30] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Alright
[16.05.2019 09:02:36] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I am not sure to what you are referring to
[16.05.2019 09:02:46] Glass: Well then, I suppose you have a busy day ahead of you, and you'd prefer I simply cut to the chase?
[16.05.2019 09:03:25] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I would prefer to escape this encounter unharmed. As well as for my crew.
[16.05.2019 09:03:53] Glass: Excellent! I have the same concern for your safety, and hold it to be nearly as important as my own.
[16.05.2019 09:04:28] Glass: As I don't intend to see any harm to you or your crew, and only wish to impede your company's bottom line,
[16.05.2019 09:08:20] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Um, seems an ion storm struck us all
[16.05.2019 09:08:39] Glass: Quite. I wasn't prepared for that.
[16.05.2019 09:08:43] Glass: Now, where were we?
[16.05.2019 09:08:47] Glass: Ah, yes.
[16.05.2019 09:08:52] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: In the safety part.
[16.05.2019 09:09:08] Glass: I don't wish any harm to your crew, and so on.
[16.05.2019 09:09:23] Glass: Just to the company's financials, etcetera.
[16.05.2019 09:09:32] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Of course
[16.05.2019 09:10:27] Glass: And so I'll be requesting that you utilise your ship's position as a hostage to acquire, from the company's coffers,
[16.05.2019 09:10:30] Glass: 2.5 million credits.
[16.05.2019 09:11:31] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I made the inquiry
[16.05.2019 09:11:50] Glass: Mhm?
[16.05.2019 09:11:58] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: The company will pay 2 million credits for this protection you are offering
[16.05.2019 09:12:32] Glass: Oh, I'm sorry. I hope you're still on the comm with your contact.
[16.05.2019 09:12:44] Glass: This isn't a trade negotiation. This is a hostage situation.
[16.05.2019 09:13:12] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Yes they are offering two million credits to the terrorist known as "Glass".
[16.05.2019 09:13:15] Glass: You see, you have the distinct pleasure of being in contact today with someone who used to orchestrate a fleet.
[16.05.2019 09:13:55] Glass: And as such, I happen to have a rather good understanding of the worth of your cargo,
[16.05.2019 09:14:04] Glass: the worth of your ship, intact and otherwise,
[16.05.2019 09:14:25] Glass: and in fact, despite it not being a number known to anyone but upper management,
[16.05.2019 09:14:26] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: So should I tell them
[16.05.2019 09:14:32] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: that you are not willing to negotiate?
[16.05.2019 09:14:34] Glass: the value of the crew, also, intact or otherwise.
[16.05.2019 09:14:49] Glass: The negotiation phase of the conversation ended some time ago.
[16.05.2019 09:15:08] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I don't remember when it started to be honest.
[16.05.2019 09:15:10] Glass: 2,500,000 Sirius Credits, you can tell them.
[16.05.2019 09:15:18] Glass: We're into the payment arrangements now, you see.
[16.05.2019 09:15:37] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I have a new offer.
[16.05.2019 09:16:06] Glass: Very well captain, I'll hear what the company has to say.
[16.05.2019 09:16:23] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Two million credits and you won't be added to our Bounty Board, keeping off your back many Hunters who would love to kill you.
[16.05.2019 09:16:31] Glass: I appreciate this isn't a comfortable position for you, either, and thusly your patience.
[16.05.2019 09:16:51] Glass: Ah, threats! I'm all too familiar with these, too.
[16.05.2019 09:17:04] Glass: I'll reiterate my personal experience in management.
[16.05.2019 09:17:26] Glass: I'm entirely aware that I have no guarantee of such a thing, and in fact I would be added to bountyboards regardless.
[16.05.2019 09:17:57] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: You won't be added to USI's bounty board as a premium target
[16.05.2019 09:18:04] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I have this guarantee from the management
[16.05.2019 09:18:12] Glass: Please convey the seriousness of my request, and that alternatively the company can have me freely liquidate their assets.
[16.05.2019 09:18:25] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Do we have a deal?
[16.05.2019 09:18:44] Glass: I'm afraid that if guarantees from the management of a Libertonian Corporation had any merit, I wouldn't be here today.
[16.05.2019 09:19:14] Glass: And besides that, I can't very well set a precedent now of backing away from an advantageous position in a negotiation.
[16.05.2019 09:19:30] Glass: Think of what my present colleagues would say, let alone my former colleagues.
[16.05.2019 09:19:37] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Hold on.
[16.05.2019 09:19:44] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I have another offer.
[16.05.2019 09:20:18] Glass: I will say, for all the stubborn nature of the representative you're in touch with, they're not short of creativity.
[16.05.2019 09:21:14] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Okay the management is willing to convert the payment into information which may prove useful to you.
[16.05.2019 09:21:37] Glass: Aha! Now, this is an offer that strikes my interest. I'm listening.
[16.05.2019 09:21:53] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Shall I tell them that we have a deal then?
[16.05.2019 09:22:08] Glass: I take it this is information that they have valued at the difference of our expectations, being 500,000 credits?
[16.05.2019 09:22:39] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: No it is worth the entire demand you have made. No monetary payment will be made.
[16.05.2019 09:23:10] Glass: You'll understand that this information will have to be well and truly worth the 2.5 million credits I've requested?
[16.05.2019 09:23:23] Glass: Else I'd expect coverage of the difference, financially.
[16.05.2019 09:23:35] Glass: It needs to be equally painful to the organisation.
[16.05.2019 09:23:39] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: For security purposes I have not been provided with the details of this information so I can't help you.
[16.05.2019 09:23:48] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I only know it will be useful to you
[16.05.2019 09:23:59] Glass: Very well.
[16.05.2019 09:24:05] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I will be notified of its content after you agree.
[16.05.2019 09:24:05] Glass: I'll tell you what, captain.
[16.05.2019 09:24:21] Glass: Your safety, and that of your crew, is important to you, I can tell.
[16.05.2019 09:24:33] Glass: I can tell because of your patience and willingness to listen.
[16.05.2019 09:25:11] Glass: I'll expect a communication over the neural net from either yourself or the entity that will provide me this information,
[16.05.2019 09:25:18] Glass: and I'll expect it within the week.
[16.05.2019 09:25:33] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: No, the management said I should convey the information here
[16.05.2019 09:25:41] Glass: Fail to provide valuable information, and I'll see to it I hunt you down and fail to spare your cr-.
[16.05.2019 09:25:49] Glass: Fine. Very well. Get on with it, then.
[16.05.2019 09:26:08] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Hold on, receiving intel...
[16.05.2019 09:27:33] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Liberty's government has demanded from Junker stations to immediately blacklist any criminals who are caught using their
[16.05.2019 09:27:50] Glass: HA! Hahahahaha!
[16.05.2019 09:27:51] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: station as a refuge or rallying point.
[16.05.2019 09:27:58] Glass: Oh, oh dear.
[16.05.2019 09:28:18] Glass: Oh, your management must really not think much of us. That, or the Junkers.
[16.05.2019 09:28:24] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Or the Junkers would face instant fines and payments
[16.05.2019 09:29:04] Glass: Yes, well, without giving away too much, we happen to be aware of this.
[16.05.2019 09:29:11] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Why are you laughing? It isn't four days old information.
[16.05.2019 09:29:41] Glass: You see, it would be unpleasant for the Junkers if they were to face fines or litigation.
[16.05.2019 09:30:06] Glass: And it would be unpleasant for us upsetting the Junkers, when they are such an important part of Liberty.
[16.05.2019 09:30:14] Glass: And so as it happens, this is old news.
[16.05.2019 09:30:21] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: So you have an understanding with the Junkers, I take it?
[16.05.2019 09:30:32] Glass: I said no such thing, I'm afraid.
[16.05.2019 09:30:51] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Well if you don't want to upset them...
[16.05.2019 09:31:23] Glass: We have enough enemies in Liberty. The fewer hostile lasers and eyes we work against, the better.
[16.05.2019 09:31:43] Glass: The Junkers are not important to us as a target, ideologically, and so we'd rather not waste our time on them.
[16.05.2019 09:31:59] Glass: And we'd rather they weren't so displeased with us as to aid our actual enemies.
[16.05.2019 09:32:28] Glass: All this is rather obvious, you'd think, and so your management suspecting us incapable of realising this, well...
[16.05.2019 09:32:33] Glass: I'm rather insulted, really.
[16.05.2019 09:32:51] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: So you realised this new regulation in the past four days?
[16.05.2019 09:33:00] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Because that's how old this information is.
[16.05.2019 09:33:08] Glass: Not to mention, I'd have thought we were renowned in the regard of intelligence acquisition and security.
[16.05.2019 09:33:35] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Unless the Junkers told you directly, you couldn't have known in such a short notice
[16.05.2019 09:33:42] Glass: Oh, my dear captain. How long have the Junkers, the authorities, and ourselves, coexisted in Liberty?
[16.05.2019 09:33:51] Glass: Coexisting being a strong word.
[16.05.2019 09:34:09] Glass: Do you think such a thing occurred four days ago?
[16.05.2019 09:34:27] Glass: Regardless, I've had enough here. I have a fantastic apartment to get back to.
[16.05.2019 09:34:46] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: I will take my leave as well then.
[16.05.2019 09:34:52] Glass: Really, it is very, very good. You'd be quite envious; I know the lodgings of people in your rank.
[16.05.2019 09:35:10] Glass: Let me be clear, though, captain.
[16.05.2019 09:35:50] Glass: The next time we meet, my charges will account for the matters of today.
[16.05.2019 09:36:08] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Let me be clear as well
[16.05.2019 09:36:09] Glass: I would take care to secure a more flexible understanding with your employer,
[16.05.2019 09:36:18] Glass: before you next need to negotiate funds to save your life.
[16.05.2019 09:36:37] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: My cargo is insured by Interspace, this doesn't hurt my company despite your claims.
[16.05.2019 09:37:08] Glass: Really? I'd have thought a ship and its crew important to the notion of interstellar haulage.
[16.05.2019 09:37:24] Glass: My years of work in the field must have been mistaken.
[16.05.2019 09:37:39] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: The insurance covers the hostage situation as well.
[16.05.2019 09:37:52] Glass: And if you were to die?
[16.05.2019 09:37:53] [*USI*]Santa.Barbara: Keep that in mind for next time
In other matters, I have been able to assist in the destruction of a naval gunboat by the LH~Airdrie.Tormentor, discovered a Crayterian ghost ship, and subsequently abandoned that matter due to an encroaching and very large Nomad, and received and submitted to intelligence for analysis physical propaganda distributed by the Auxesians, destroying any redundant copies. I had managed to intercept a heavily armoured Ageira transport, the Maxwell, but was unable to disable or destroy the ship before it reached the safety of West Point. I assure you I have taken my lessons for the next time.
I have made an attempt at Manipulation. I had not extracted all that I intended, but what I discerned may still prove of some interest to you. I was able to intercept a Deep Space Engineering ship, the Discovery. Regrettably, due to some ionic scanner interference, the ship made it all too close to its destination - a Junker base, Beaumont.
The gist of that which I garnered is that this DSE ship was hauling Ageira bio-neural processors from Leduc Station to sell to the Junkers, which in turn sold to DSE hull segments for provision to Camrose Supply Depot. Interestingly, despite adhering to the normal trade lane network from Alberta to California, this captain, and perhaps others, utilised the California-Texas jumphole, something I had imagined unknown to them. This ship made a tidy profit of 1251 S.C./unit on its present run, for a total of 6,255,000 S.C. Unfortunately, prior to the acquisition of further information, the captain suicidally decided to make a charge for Beaumont. Apparently, the Junkers saw fit to provide their vessel refuge. Perhaps they desperately required the processors. I intend to catch this captain with his pants further down than before, next time. And I will not be so patient.
[23.05.2019 07:34:53] Glass: Well, hello there.
[23.05.2019 07:34:57] Glass: I'll be asking you to stop.
[23.05.2019 07:36:40] Glass: Don't move an inch.
[23.05.2019 07:36:43] Glass: Not a single inch.
[23.05.2019 07:36:48] Glass: We've got some talking to do.
[23.05.2019 07:37:11] Glass: Move a single inch, and I'll tear your hull to shreds and burn every escape pod I find.
[23.05.2019 07:37:30] Glass: What is your name?
[23.05.2019 07:37:37] =DSE-Discovery: What you want hacker...
[23.05.2019 07:37:56] =DSE-Discovery: Name? Trev.
[23.05.2019 07:38:08] Glass: Hello, Trevor.
[23.05.2019 07:38:15] Glass: We're going to have a little talk.
[23.05.2019 07:38:42] =DSE-Discovery: well get gas bagging then
[23.05.2019 07:38:51] Glass: You're hauling Bio-Neural Processors?
[23.05.2019 07:39:09] =DSE-Discovery: Good grief... you have a scanner????
[23.05.2019 07:39:30] Glass: Don't mess with me, Trevor.
[23.05.2019 07:39:36] Glass: I don't appreciate it.
[23.05.2019 07:39:48] Glass: Where did you purchase those items?
[23.05.2019 07:39:51] =DSE-Discovery: not messing at all... rather impressed
[23.05.2019 07:40:46] =DSE-Discovery: back load from Alberta
[23.05.2019 07:40:53] Glass: Trevor. I'm not terribly patient, today.
[23.05.2019 07:40:54] Glass: What station?
[23.05.2019 07:41:11] =DSE-Discovery: Well the Ageira base of ourse
[23.05.2019 07:41:18] Glass: Leduc, you say?
[23.05.2019 07:41:24] =DSE-Discovery: Leduc Station.
[23.05.2019 07:41:27] Glass: This isn't going well for you.
[23.05.2019 07:41:29] =DSE-Discovery: Aye
[23.05.2019 07:41:36] Glass: How much per unit did you pay for those>
[23.05.2019 07:41:53] =DSE-Discovery: 600 or so...
[23.05.2019 07:42:08] Glass: I want precise numbers, Trevor.
[23.05.2019 07:42:18] =DSE-Discovery: I was told to haul em. not to buy them
[23.05.2019 07:42:23] Glass: And if I don't get precise numbers, I'll start putting some precise dents into your bridge.
[23.05.2019 07:42:36] Glass: What was the worth per unit of those processors at Leduc?
[23.05.2019 07:43:11] =DSE-Discovery: ah! that my friend is a well known secret amount the lane hackers.
[23.05.2019 07:43:29] Glass: Trevor, I'm becoming very, very impatient.
[23.05.2019 07:43:39] Glass: I don't know how much longer I'll tolerate your nincompoopery.
[23.05.2019 07:43:44] =DSE-Discovery: Don't you know? 250 smackers
[23.05.2019 07:43:52] Glass: It's bad enough having to hear any of your drivel.
[23.05.2019 07:44:02] Glass: 250 credits, per unit, at Leduc?
[23.05.2019 07:44:14] =DSE-Discovery: of course
[23.05.2019 07:44:24] Glass: And you intend to sell them here?
[23.05.2019 07:44:33] Glass: To the Junkers of Beaumont?
[23.05.2019 07:44:37] =DSE-Discovery: well.. hell yeah!
[23.05.2019 07:44:50] Glass: How much are the Junkers paying you for these?
[23.05.2019 07:45:00] Glass: Stop.
[23.05.2019 07:45:10] =DSE-Discovery: I am not moving
[23.05.2019 07:45:10] Glass: I'll reiterate. Not an inch.
[23.05.2019 07:45:17] Glass: Good, keep it that way.
[23.05.2019 07:45:25] Glass: How much are the Junkers paying you for these?
[23.05.2019 07:45:57] =DSE-Discovery: 1500
[23.05.2019 07:46:20] Glass: And you're hauling a full complement of 5000 units?
[23.05.2019 07:46:30] Glass: What route did you haul these along?
[23.05.2019 07:46:35] =DSE-Discovery: Don't you have a scanner then?
[23.05.2019 07:46:45] Glass: No sass.
[23.05.2019 07:46:52] Glass: Your life is on the line, Trevor.
[23.05.2019 07:47:03] Glass: What was your route?
[23.05.2019 07:47:16] =DSE-Discovery: my wife? O sh**. What now
[23.05.2019 07:47:54] Glass: What path did you take from Leduc Station to Beaumont, Trevor.
[23.05.2019 07:47:59] Glass: Answer me.
[23.05.2019 07:48:03] =DSE-Discovery: Cali ontario
[23.05.2019 07:48:18] Glass: Via the Ontario trade lanes?
[23.05.2019 07:48:35] =DSE-Discovery: of course
[23.05.2019 07:48:49] Glass: And then how did you get from California to here?
[23.05.2019 07:49:21] =DSE-Discovery: get to the point. What do you want?
[23.05.2019 07:49:32] Glass: I want exactly what I'm asking for, Trevor.
[23.05.2019 07:49:36] Glass: And you'd best oblige me.
[23.05.2019 07:49:46] Glass: How did you get from California to Beaumont?
[23.05.2019 07:49:56] Glass: The sooner you answer me, the sooner this can all be over.
[23.05.2019 07:50:29] =DSE-Discovery: the jump hole... the most expedient route - what else.
[23.05.2019 07:50:45] Glass: Very interesting that Deep Space should be aware of that.
[23.05.2019 07:51:03] Glass: And then after you sell the processors, what do you intend to haul afterward?
[23.05.2019 07:51:44] =DSE-Discovery: hey the boss pays good for good imfo
[23.05.2019 07:52:03] Glass: You'll really want to secure those engines.
[23.05.2019 07:52:22] =DSE-Discovery: tell the nippers
[23.05.2019 07:52:24] Glass: What after the processors, Trevor?
[23.05.2019 07:52:40] =DSE-Discovery: hull segs
[23.05.2019 07:52:51] Glass: From Beaumont? To where?
[23.05.2019 07:53:40] =DSE-Discovery: are you nuts... to our base in Alberta. Everyone would know that
[23.05.2019 07:53:51] Glass: Camrose, I take it you mean?
[23.05.2019 07:54:11] 2019-05-23 07:54:09 SMT Traffic control alert: =DSE-Discovery has requested to dock
[23.05.2019 07:55:24] =DSE-Discovery: I lied... it was 1501 to sell them here.
I have been very Industrious as of late. I had previously ran some bodies from Buffalo to the Maltese and brought back enough Cardamine to secure a contract or two. I took the Kusari route up before turning Tau-wise. On the route back, I wished to shake off any potential trackers or scans by skipping through the Omicrons and Sigmas.
Recently ran some of our software from Galileo to the Maltese. Here, I met up with Glass and brought back some cardamine. From here, a quick movement of Light Arms from Mactan towards Bretonian space. I've never done this route myself, but by the sun, Gallia is beautiful to approach. We entered Gallia and skirted the lacking patrols, finally getting to our destination to offload. We decided to explore a bit and found the newer route that somehow links to Rheinland before bringing the picked up equipment from Gallia to Leiden.
All in all, the travels was enjoyable and nobody was the wiser that we were doing it.
Initiation into the inner circle has finally begun and I already made a good process. After acquiring a Series CX "Scimitar" Border Worlds Light Fighter without any trouble I returned to Buffalo in New York to begin to increase my funds. Arriving at the Manhattan Orbit I spotted two individuals playing games, gambling for money. I demanded 500.000 S.C from each individual and they paid their debt to us. After a rest, I met up with Mildred Wolfe and Elektra Kind in Cortez to mess up a few Royals and Navies, it seems the Navy is going for something big. After we eliminated all enemies we decided to give a hand to one of the Outcasts operating in New York. Arriving on the scene the Outcast was fighting a Bounty Hunter while a Liberty Navy Officer stood by and enjoyed the view. We engaged them and the Bounty Hunter has been taken down by Master Assassin Wolfe as we steered our weapons towards the Liberty Officer he tried to escape, however, we began our chase and another LPI Officer showed up. While fighting both Officers one of them was actually destroyed by friendly fire, leaving the other Officer alone, the rest of our group stood down and I had a duel with him. It appears that he wasn't experienced at all and is not a threat to anyone among us. I took him down, marking my first kill in the inner circle of the Lane Hackers. I will attach all vessels I managed to get a scan on I encountered in the last few days.
I have again attempted to Manipulate a vessel, this time an ALG Golem. Unfortunately I was interrupted by a naval bomber, which I then sought to Humiliate. The pilot would not comply, thus forfeiting his life in pursuit of an early death, and ending only as testament to my Deadliness.
[02.06.2019 00:25:07] Glass: Hello there.
[02.06.2019 00:25:17] WastefulBurger: Hello...
[02.06.2019 00:36:53] Glass: Good day!
[02.06.2019 00:36:55] Glass: Please stop.
[02.06.2019 00:37:03] Glass: Thank you!
[02.06.2019 00:37:17] WastefulBurger: What do you want? A beer?
[02.06.2019 00:37:29] Glass: I'm not one for Rheinland's brews.
[02.06.2019 00:37:34] WastefulBurger: This is Liberty Ale
[02.06.2019 00:37:35] Glass: More of a spirits man.
[02.06.2019 00:37:48] WastefulBurger: I knew I should have hauled the Vodka...
[02.06.2019 00:38:06] Glass: I'd suggest an excellent distillery, but I suspect it's a bit out of your way.
[02.06.2019 00:38:20] Glass: All that aside, I only have some questions for you today, Rheinlander.
[02.06.2019 00:38:25] WastefulBurger: I travel just about anywhere, even the places I'm not supposed to go.
[02.06.2019 00:38:38] WastefulBurger: At one point, I carried every beverage known to man.
[02.06.2019 00:38:55] Glass: That's a considerable number of beverages.
[02.06.2019 00:38:58] WastefulBurger: Then I crashlanded. My insurance covered my ship, but not my drinks.
[02.06.2019 00:38:59] Glass: You must have many arms.
[02.06.2019 00:39:20] Glass: Should not have been drinking the cargo.
[02.06.2019 00:39:29] WastefulBurger: Honestly, I'm lucky they even covered my ships... Half of the drinks were being carried in my "cargo organ"
[02.06.2019 00:39:49] Glass: A sturdy organ to carry half the drinks known to man.
[02.06.2019 00:40:00] Glass: Disturbingly so...
[02.06.2019 00:40:02] WastefulBurger: I had...
[02.06.2019 00:40:05] WastefulBurger: Liberty Ale
[02.06.2019 00:40:08] WastefulBurger: Rheinbier
[02.06.2019 00:40:14] Glass: Enough of your interests, let's onto mine.
[02.06.2019 00:40:14] WastefulBurger: Gallic Wine
[02.06.2019 00:40:18] WastefulBurger: Rum
[02.06.2019 00:40:20] WastefulBurger: Whiskey
[02.06.2019 00:40:21] WastefulBurger: Vodka
[02.06.2019 00:40:25] WastefulBurger: Gin
[02.06.2019 00:40:28] Glass: You're hauling Ale, presumably from Manhattan, yes? Where to?
[02.06.2019 00:40:29] WastefulBurger: Sake
[02.06.2019 00:40:38] WastefulBurger: Even had Tea and Water
[02.06.2019 00:40:41] WastefulBurger: Well...
[02.06.2019 00:40:48] WastefulBurger: I was bringing this to Pueblo Station in Colorado
[02.06.2019 00:41:04] Glass: My, my.
[02.06.2019 00:41:17] WastefulBurger: Thought I could get them drunk enough to sell me a load of Magnetic Superconductors for less than they're worth
[02.06.2019 00:41:19] Glass: Is this a regular route for you?
[02.06.2019 00:41:39] Glass: An admirable plan. I wish you luck with it.
[02.06.2019 00:41:43] WastefulBurger: No, this will be my only time hauling these to there
[02.06.2019 00:41:55] Glass: How much does a unit of ale cost, these days?
[02.06.2019 00:41:59] WastefulBurger: Normally I haul Liberty Ale from my mouth to my stomach.
[02.06.2019 00:42:06] Glass: It's been a short while since I've been on Manhattan.
[02.06.2019 00:42:08] WastefulBurger: $199 per crate
[02.06.2019 00:42:17] Glass: And your expected sell at Pueblo?
[02.06.2019 00:42:34] Glass: I want to know nothing of your internal trade routes.
[02.06.2019 00:42:35] WastefulBurger: About $600-700
[02.06.2019 00:42:40] WastefulBurger: More if they drink some before they pay for it
[02.06.2019 00:42:44] Glass: Not the return, and not the forward journey.
[02.06.2019 00:43:00] Glass: And the gold I saw you hauling earlier...
[02.06.2019 00:43:07] Glass: Where did you acquire that?
[02.06.2019 00:43:17] WastefulBurger: I hauled that to Planet Denver. Turns out they only pay $250 for it these days.
[02.06.2019 00:43:28] WastefulBurger: I brought that all the way from Dublin. That's in Bretonia.
[02.06.2019 00:43:34] WastefulBurger: I wasn't exactly welcome there.
[02.06.2019 00:43:39] Glass: I'm fully aware of the location of Dublin.
[02.06.2019 00:43:56] Glass: Precisely where, and for how much did you acquire this gold?
[02.06.2019 00:44:12] WastefulBurger: Well, I wouldn't want to give that information out.
[02.06.2019 00:44:21] WastefulBurger: I'm not friendly with Bretonians. You do the math.
[02.06.2019 00:44:26] Glass: You'd been so cooperative until now.
[02.06.2019 00:44:29] Glass: I must insist.
[02.06.2019 00:44:47] Glass: Else I'll be sending you back to Rheinland in a bottle.
[02.06.2019 00:45:18] WastefulBurger: Alright, I'll tell you
[02.06.2019 00:45:21] WastefulBurger: But don't tell anyone else
[02.06.2019 00:45:27] WastefulBurger: The Mollies in Dublin
[02.06.2019 00:45:35] Glass: Your secrets are safe with me.
[02.06.2019 00:45:40] Glass: Oh, is that so? I'm glad to hear it.
[02.06.2019 00:45:48] Glass: You may go.
[02.06.2019 00:45:48] ths98: haut
[02.06.2019 00:45:53] Glass: Thank you for the chat, today.
[02.06.2019 00:45:56] WastefulBurger: Looks like you've got problems of your own. Have an ale.
[02.06.2019 00:46:05] Glass: Good day.
[02.06.2019 00:46:12] ths98: stop engines there
[02.06.2019 00:46:16] Glass: Thank you, Rheinlander. I appreciate it. Safe trip.
[02.06.2019 00:46:44] Glass: Hello there, officer.
[02.06.2019 00:46:48] ths98: stop your engines
[02.06.2019 00:46:50] Glass: What base did you crawl out of today?
[02.06.2019 00:47:07] Glass: I'm afraid my engine is the power source for my ship. Wouldn't be much sense turning that off.
[02.06.2019 00:47:14] ths98: what are you doin in my space
[02.06.2019 00:47:19] Glass: I'm already doing you the honour of staying here.
[02.06.2019 00:47:28] Glass: A question I could very much ask of you, officer.
[02.06.2019 00:47:30] ths98: haha realy?
[02.06.2019 00:48:04] Glass: I dare say Liberty has been my home longer than yours.
[02.06.2019 00:48:22] ths98: realy?
[02.06.2019 00:48:33] Glass: What base, officer? Are you with a patrol? Come to find me especially? What brought you here?
[02.06.2019 00:48:56] ths98: im patroling all liberty
[02.06.2019 00:49:01] ths98: find you here
[02.06.2019 00:49:13] Glass: My, that's a big patrol route. Where does your route start? Where does it end?
[02.06.2019 00:49:43] Glass: You can tell me officer, I won't tell anyone you said anything.
[02.06.2019 00:49:51] ths98: hacker your in restriicted route for your name and paper leave at once
[02.06.2019 00:50:15] Glass: That would really interfere with my day plans.
[02.06.2019 00:50:24] Glass: I'm afraid I can't do that.
[02.06.2019 00:50:39] ths98: i got eyes on you
[02.06.2019 00:50:49] Glass: I should hope so.
[02.06.2019 00:50:50] ths98: and my officers
[02.06.2019 00:51:07] ths98: leave at once this route or else
[02.06.2019 00:51:21] Glass: You know officer, I'm rather tempted to see what you try.
[02.06.2019 00:51:33] Glass: But precisely what does "or else" mean to you?
[02.06.2019 00:51:46] ths98: do you want your beautiful ship and your life hacker?
[02.06.2019 00:52:00] Glass: Not at all.
[02.06.2019 00:52:03] Glass: I want yours.
[02.06.2019 00:52:11] ths98: you got one more chance hacker
[02.06.2019 00:52:26] ths98: LEAVE AT ONCE OR I WILL OPENE FIR
[02.06.2019 00:52:33] Glass: Here's what will happen. You will attack me, I will righteously defend myself, and at the moment before you perish, I will
[02.06.2019 00:52:35] Glass: offer mercy.
[02.06.2019 00:52:47] Glass: I'm ready. Are you?
[02.06.2019 00:53:00] ths98: you know hacker im not giving second chances
[02.06.2019 00:53:21] Glass: I'm glad to know which of us is somehow kinder.
[02.06.2019 00:54:12] ths98: you got 10 secs to cruise your engines and get the hll out of here or i open fire instead
[02.06.2019 00:54:21] Glass: I'm so excited.
[02.06.2019 00:57:27] Glass: Surrender.
[02.06.2019 00:58:01] ths98: well
[02.06.2019 00:58:11] Glass: Surrender, officer, and you might live.
[02.06.2019 00:58:14] ths98: you have a good match there
[02.06.2019 00:58:47] ths98: where are you from boy?
[02.06.2019 00:58:57] Glass: You're not in a position to ask questions of me.
[02.06.2019 00:59:14] Glass: But you may know that you've been bested by the Lane Hacker known as Glass.
[02.06.2019 00:59:29] ths98: nothing its over...
[02.06.2019 00:59:36] Glass: Now, beg mercy, beg for your life, and admit the utter superiority of the Lane Hackers.
[02.06.2019 00:59:48] Glass: There will be no escape.
[02.06.2019 01:02:25] Glass: My mercy has limits.
[02.06.2019 01:02:39] Glass: Surrender.
[02.06.2019 01:02:49] ths98: o kthen
[02.06.2019 01:02:54] ths98: ok then
[02.06.2019 01:02:58] Glass: Again.
[02.06.2019 01:03:14] ths98: youre a good fighter
[02.06.2019 01:03:20] Glass: Beg for your life, admit the superiority of the Lane Hackers, or perish.
[02.06.2019 01:03:39] ths98: you know son i had years to battle like tis
[02.06.2019 01:04:06] Glass: I hope you're glad for your experience old man.
[02.06.2019 01:04:11] Glass: Now comply, or I'll end it for you.
[02.06.2019 01:04:26] ths98: ofcourse it was good
[02.06.2019 01:04:43] ths98: but..
[02.06.2019 01:04:49] ths98: you know something kid
[02.06.2019 01:05:10] Glass: What?
[02.06.2019 01:05:37] ths98: you sould get back to your home
[02.06.2019 01:05:40] ths98: after me
[02.06.2019 01:05:46] ths98: im old
[02.06.2019 01:05:46] Glass: Do you want to die?
[02.06.2019 01:05:52] Glass: Because you will, right here and now.
[02.06.2019 01:05:55] ths98: scrap for this job anymore
[02.06.2019 01:06:08] Glass: Then comply, escape, and retire.
[02.06.2019 01:06:24] ths98: retire is sht 10k month lol
[02.06.2019 01:06:34] Glass: Uhuuuuh.
[02.06.2019 01:06:54] ths98: go away kid
[02.06.2019 01:07:00] ths98: reinforc is coming
[02.06.2019 01:07:03] Glass: Then you may have peace in death.
[02.06.2019 01:07:11] Glass: Goodbye.
[02.06.2019 01:08:10] Death: ths98 was put out of action by Glass (Gun).
Thereafter I was able to instead Ruthlessly pursue an Interspace vessel, the cargo of which was subsequently destroyed. Their executives' ears will be ringing for days, if my hopes are proven true.
[02.06.2019 01:49:16] Glass: I've been looking for you.
[02.06.2019 01:49:16] Antares: Greetings
[02.06.2019 01:49:27] Glass: Not you David, move along.
[02.06.2019 01:49:54] Antares: You've been looking for me?
[02.06.2019 01:49:56] Glass: You'll not be keeping any pilots friendly to the Hacker cause.
[02.06.2019 01:49:58] Glass: Quite.
[02.06.2019 01:50:07] David.Hawly: Hey look Glass he brought Helium so you can inflate your head!
[02.06.2019 01:50:12] Glass: You're an Interspace ship, so you're rather a priority to me.
[02.06.2019 01:50:20] Antares: Ah, I see
[02.06.2019 01:50:27] Glass: Enough to pop, perhaps.
[02.06.2019 01:50:52] Glass: Here's what we'll be doing today.
[02.06.2019 01:51:07] David.Hawly: No im sure your used to having that over inflated ego
[02.06.2019 01:51:10] Glass: I'll be having half of your cargo.
[02.06.2019 01:51:25] Antares: Well ya see im taking it to a birthday party for some kids
[02.06.2019 01:51:29] Glass: I need to really hurt the profit margins of your superiors.
[02.06.2019 01:51:43] Antares: Up in Okinawa
[02.06.2019 01:51:55] Glass: Weaponising screaming children against your corporate allies is all the sweeter.
[02.06.2019 01:52:21] Antares: Well i dont ask for details of the trade
[02.06.2019 01:52:27] Antares: All i know is where im taking it and what for
[02.06.2019 01:52:31] Glass: "Sorry kids, there wasn't enough helium for the balloons because daddy's a corrupt corporate puppet"
[02.06.2019 01:52:41] Antares: Can i pay you 2million credits not to drop the cargo?
[02.06.2019 01:52:49] Glass: And I know you'll be taking half less of it than you expected.
[02.06.2019 01:53:12] Glass: No, that's not an option.
[02.06.2019 01:53:25] Antares: No amount of credits?
[02.06.2019 01:53:38] Glass: You continue to tempt me.
[02.06.2019 01:53:53] Antares: All i want to do is get this to where it needs to go for the party its for
[02.06.2019 01:53:55] David.Hawly: Glass your just a big teddy bear, you wont do it
[02.06.2019 01:54:14] Glass: And I intend to disrupt this party.
[02.06.2019 01:54:31] David.Hawly: Thats a special kind of messed up
[02.06.2019 01:54:44] Antares: Im willing to pay you 5million credits?
[02.06.2019 01:54:46] David.Hawly: They are just kinds
[02.06.2019 01:54:49] David.Hawly: Kids*
[02.06.2019 01:54:55] Glass: I'll be taking 2,470 units of that Helium.
[02.06.2019 01:55:05] David.Hawly: oo quick maths!
[02.06.2019 01:55:28] Glass: And David, I'll be offering that Helium to you at a price of 2,470,000 credits, just because I wouldn't mind some money, too.
[02.06.2019 01:55:39] Antares: Alright sir. I guess you wont budge on me keeping the cargo?
[02.06.2019 01:55:58] David.Hawly: Thats kind of steep
[02.06.2019 01:56:00] Glass: Afraid not. You can tell your management the same.
[02.06.2019 01:56:23] Antares: Alright 2470 units?
[02.06.2019 01:56:39] Glass: The very same, and you can be on your way.
[02.06.2019 01:57:08] David.Hawly: Run glass Dads here!
[02.06.2019 01:57:10] Glass: Thank you. You may be going.
[02.06.2019 01:57:21] Antares: Alright thank you,
[02.06.2019 01:57:35] Glass: Say hello to your bosses, for me.
[02.06.2019 01:57:40] Antares: Will do,
Finally, when it should suit the inner circle, I seek to be appraised of my Aptitude that I may further prove myself an asset.
Greetings, colleagues. A new report coming in, after having worked under the radar for a while.
Subterfuge
I've managed to successfully interdict the vessel Ageira-Kelvin, whose captain, Anthony Latif, after a nice chat in Omega-3 and some 'unorthodox convinction' by yours truly, accepted to become an asset for us. AT first he was pretty dubious of us, and threatened me to cease all contacts unless we demonstrated the proof of Ageira's criminal nefariousness. Needless to say, I was convincing enough for him to pledge to our noble cause as an asset.
Within this here channel, mr. Latif shared me information regarding an armored transport, callsigned ATS-Algood, owned by those very dim-witted Ageira nefarious milksops who managed to -somewhat- take several of our Associates captive. From the information given, this ship is equipped solely with Magma Hammer plasma cannons and is escorted by fighter escorts.
I tried to organize an operation to interdict and relieve them, however it failed because I was hopelessly outgunned, with no backup by my side despite having sent distress calls. Eventually, a Police milksop on a Defiant-class decided to jump my ship from my blind spot and obliterate it. Luckily, a Junker passed by and picked up my pod. Eventually, I made my way back to Cochrane.
I have redoubled my demonstrated Determination by continuing to operate in Initiate-class spacecraft, alone, and document here my interdiction of an Orbital Spa & Cruise cargo ship. I seek the elimination of any doubts as to my worth.
[03.06.2019 22:44:13] LH~Glass: Hello there.
[03.06.2019 22:44:17] SpaceExplorer: hi
[03.06.2019 22:45:12] SpaceExplorer: pff
[03.06.2019 22:45:17] LH~Glass: Do stop, if you would be so kind.
[03.06.2019 22:45:39] SpaceExplorer: so what y think y doing?
[03.06.2019 22:45:55] LH~Glass: More like, what do you think you're doing? Hauling around such a large ship empty!
[03.06.2019 22:46:24] SpaceExplorer: delivering it to customer and what you think?
[03.06.2019 22:46:40] LH~Glass: Delivering an empty ship? The point of these things is to haul!
[03.06.2019 22:47:01] SpaceExplorer: im just a driver not a trader
[03.06.2019 22:47:15] LH~Glass: Anyway, it's not my place to educate you or your company.
[03.06.2019 22:47:28] LH~Glass: What to do, what to do with you...
[03.06.2019 22:48:15] LH~Glass: Dangerous parts around here.
[03.06.2019 22:49:00] SpaceExplorer: i hawe no interest in comodities or scrap.
[03.06.2019 22:49:03] LH~Glass: Tell you what. 2.5 million credits in donation to the great and just Lane Hacker organisation, and you'll see your way safely.
[03.06.2019 22:49:19] LH~Glass: I'm not here to flog scrap, my friend. You're thinking of the Junkers.
[03.06.2019 22:49:50] SpaceExplorer: i say you 1 mil...
[03.06.2019 22:50:11] LH~Glass: And I'd say you're not in the position to negotiate.
[03.06.2019 22:50:36] LH~Glass: In fact, with no weapons...
[03.06.2019 22:50:44] SpaceExplorer: this ship is insured so ill get fresh one to deliver if y blow this up. so 1 mil or nothin.
[03.06.2019 22:50:46] LH~Glass: You're very, very much not in the position to negotiate.
[03.06.2019 22:51:05] LH~Glass: And what of the risk to your life, pilot?
[03.06.2019 22:51:15] LH~Glass: Not to mention your insurance premiums! Think of those!
[03.06.2019 22:51:33] LH~Glass: You'll be paying at a higher rate for all of your life. If you live. How horrific a prospect.
[03.06.2019 22:51:57] SpaceExplorer: hah.. i hawe life insurance too,, you even know how well paid are pilots of osc?
[03.06.2019 22:52:16] LH~Glass: You do understand that they cannot pay you in the afterlife?
[03.06.2019 22:52:31] LH~Glass: You'll be a poor, dead man, in the cold void of space.
[03.06.2019 22:52:38] LH~Glass: Drifting along forever, alone.
[03.06.2019 22:53:20] SpaceExplorer: well it seems you even not know im piloting this ship with avatar. and that all is INSURED.
[03.06.2019 22:53:59] LH~Glass: Sure is a lot of metal that's going to be flung into space. It'd be an awful waste. And I know how much those ships cost!
[03.06.2019 22:54:15] LH~Glass: They're not cheap! Sure as hell ain't as cheap as the offer I'm giving you.
[03.06.2019 22:54:48] SpaceExplorer: insurance will cover that.. i only know how high is my monthly fee.
[03.06.2019 22:55:04] LH~Glass: And it's going to go even higher if you lose this ship.
[03.06.2019 22:55:18] LH~Glass: Insurance companies don't take the obliteration of a ship lightly.
[03.06.2019 22:56:13] SpaceExplorer: as far i know they hawe some dealings with house military an they are rich. Even more than osc.
[03.06.2019 22:56:44] LH~Glass: They're rich because they take monthly fees off of dopes like you who don't understand that their premiums will increase if
[03.06.2019 22:56:53] LH~Glass: their property is exploded bigly.
[03.06.2019 22:57:34] SpaceExplorer: k k 2mil and thats a lot, or ill go to dinner..
[03.06.2019 22:57:58] LH~Glass: Two million, then.
[03.06.2019 22:58:15] LH~Glass: Rest assured the next time we meet I'll extract the difference.
[03.06.2019 22:58:27] You have received 2.000.000 credits from SpaceExplorer
[03.06.2019 22:58:28] LH~Glass: And utter a word of my mercy to anyone, and I'll hunt you down myself.
[03.06.2019 22:58:42] LH~Glass: Good day.
I wished to show my Reliability by updating some of our information on the situation in Bering, namely it's multitude of stations and platforms. The newest additions are what appears to be a secondary base platform for the "German Market Place" called "GMP|German.Market.People|HQ", and the other is an installation registered as "Ford Border Station". The former has itself situated in a mine field of all places, while the other is nested right beside the jumpgate to Texas. It is already beginning construction of weapon platforms to defend the border, I assume. The German Market Place's second installation allowed me to briefly moor while the border station refused my hail. Both seem to be either in the process of being built or in the process of being taken apart. Whichever it is, I'll be keeping around the system to find out more.
I've also scouted the vicinity of nearby civilization and marked the location and progress of other upstart stations. The listing can be found in my mission report.
I was very busy lately, with my Awareness documented, I began to proof my Relentlessness and captured thirty-six pilots most of them being Bounty Hunters for interrogation. With the acquirement of my Mammoth Class Liberty Transport, I began to export and import cargo between us and our allies, being Industrious to seal a few new deals with the locals on Malta and Kyoto.
Returning to Liberty I began to increase my Humiliation towards anyone I could find, improving my Deadliness, killing everyone who dared to stand in my way of success. Assisting Master Assassin Mildred Wolfe, we took down a few Bounty Hunters as the last one of them sealed his own fate by releasing a Nuclear Mine on his own ship. I also successfully completed my first attempt of Subversion on an Interspace Commerce vessel transporting Bio-Neural Processors in Alberta.
This is all for now, expect to hear more from me in the coming days.
[04.06.2019 08:10:01] LH~Raphael.Drake: How about you beg for your miserable life?
[04.06.2019 08:10:11] [LN]-Marcus,Robinson: Beg it to yourself.

[04.06.2019 08:12:42] Death: [LN]-Marcus,Robinson was put out of action by LH~Raphael.Drake (Wasp/Hornet).

My fellow Darlings!
And to of course *coughs* ... Professors alike,
As some of you may know, I have been negotiating with a certain somebodies. Sadly, I don't believe that this conversation is secure enough to warrant the discussion here. Maybe some individuals might be merely soft and unwilling to change to go forward on this endeavor.
Or maybe they are just too near sighted to listen...
But, from whom I've spoken to already, you Lovely Sausages are ready to stiffen up and ready yourselves for this opportunity.
But again; This information is strictly confidential, and shouldn't be discussed in the open. Even here.
Our Cryptography is nigh perfect, but not guaranteed, especially should one of our darling and honest and forth-givingProfessors speak outwardly against it.
Well, that would make me quite sad and smitten.
With Respects,...
Stefan Pomerov
