Jumpgate from Omega 7 to Omega 3 is always busy and inaccessible.
This is a known issue with NPCs and usually fixes itself. Alternatively, try leaving the system and re-entering it or finding the NPC. I don't think there's much we can do about this one dev-side.

Not sure if it is a bug or a exploit or something, but recently i've noticed that the Gallic Destroyer can mount 10 normal cruiser guns even on the heavy slots. I thought this was stopped so it could only mount normal guns on normal slots and heavy guns on heavy slots. I may be wrong. But I know this is the case with battlecruisers and battleships, so it should be the case with gunboats and cruisers too.

Being able to mount Class 1 Fighter guns on all slots including turret slots. Don't seem right.
I'll investigate but this might be standard, don't quote me on that as I am not a freighter guy.

Not sure if it is a bug but i'll report it here anyway. The Gallic Armored Transport can only fire one gun backwards, 3 to the sides and 6 forward. Can this please be fixed.
This definitely seems problematic and I'll have a look.

All cruisers can mount prims on heavy slots, thats not exclusive to Triumph

I checked 2 ships so far and both shoot bombs at wrong angle.
1. Eclipse shoots a bit up, because hardpoint are at front wings, on surfaces directed a bit up. Not possible to hit a ship now, except point blanc.
2. Challenger angle for hardpoint class 4 is on side, making bombs go away in unpredictable direction.
Those hardpoints were fine when were supporting guns that can move in 2 axis. For bombs they are bad. Suggestions:
- make bombs barrels move in 2 axis like other interceptor hardpoint guns
- return bombs to class 1 hardpoints, where they were shooting straight
- redo all the class 4 hardpoints on all bombers

the 150 range makes the weapon a pretty situational one, thus making it unplayable to the majority of the playerbase. Against most kinds of npcs, including patrols, it pretty much useless. A range of 4-500 would fix the issue

It can't mount Class 4 Bomber Guns,
Missing comma was causing this, fixed and will be deployed next patch.
Not 100% sure if it should be able to fire a SNAC, but if it should, it can't
Still debating what to do with these and/or the SNAC, please be patient.
Hey look it's this again. Another update (two updates actually~!) went by and it's not addressed! So here it is again. I'm sure the magical reason it's like this is still buried and wasn't made up as an excuse, but should you wish to overlook that detail and have it fixed that'd be actual magic~
But as a reminder here's the bug.

This has happened occasionally before, but since the new launcher (or since coming back from the last ban) every time I start my computer and click on "Launch Game" in the launcher, it starts a Freelancer.exe task, but doesn't actually start the game so I can play it. Only when I click on "Launch Game" a second time (no matter how long I wait before that), and it asks me if I want to shut down the running Freelancer instance, does it start the game. Sometimes rarely happened before, but now happens every single time I try to play after starting computer for the first time.
OS version (four-digit release version as well if you're using Windows 10), CPU model, and GPU model please. If you are not comfortable posting that here, please PM it to me, optionally with a dxdiag output attached. ~Kazinsal
