Yikes!
Edit: I dont seem to have an issue getting a hold of staff, Justin or aka Durandal is a super busy guy and he makes time to answer my dumb questions/requests. I just dont think your being patient enough.

If your opinion is that the current staff is very agreeably active, and very responsive, it is obviously a popular thought and it is NOT what I am addressing. They ARE more active than past lineups! A request should not be confused with a strike.
I am actually happy with the vast majority of the current lineup.
You appear to be too busy trying to acquire the favor of the subjects, to realize that the core of my post were the numbered proposals in bold (and that is my opinion and you should respect it, right?).
The only "bold" text in my post represents the core of my post, a request for staffmembers to get a schedule. Also, for staffmembers to have some sort of internal activity tracking system. There's been cases where people hold on to positions (old Admin role) and they just sit in a chat, writing every once in a while, until someone calls them out for not doing anything, and they leave.

I think you have a valid point (on my patience as an individual), and I thank you for one of the very few thoughtful replies so far.
Anyway, what do you think about the proposal for a (loose, relaxed, easygoing) schedule for DiscoGC staff? And what do you think about a minimal activity requirement?

Honestly? its a bad Idea to "make" staff play the game. I know justin plays the game every now and again but we have to take into consideration the community wants content out at a resonable speed and there is so much stuff behinds the scenes that even I dont know about. Best bet is to support them in their endeavors and if your lucky enough for one of them to reach out to you for help do the best you can. These guys dont get paid and we must remember that.

Thanks for your points.
I think that a form of loose schedule will help us know when staffmembers may not be bothered with (community)work, and I think that it may be beneficial to them.
Else, they are supposed to be open to requests 24/7 (but I've seen staff lash out against friends for bugging them when they don't want to be bugged with stuff).

How do you know what happens inside admin chats?
Also, calling me out that I am providing opinions to get favor from staff is just so silly. You obviously don't know about me well enough to be sure that I don't give a crap about getting points with staff. I will always call out bullshit on their part if they mess up. In this particular instance, I see them being very active and very communicative in Discord.
