The Nonsense Factory, Ampere's lair

Hank scoffed "Boy, you ain't got nothing on me. You think you're scary with your cans of lube and datapad? You are nothing but Gaian wildlife faecal matter" He looks over at Moka who is still smirking watching this verbal tennis match. Hank starting boasting about his achievements, most of them being echoes of some one of better calibre doing it but Hank claims the glory. Moka didn't care, he knew his staff's achievements and although Ampere was new here, his reputation proceeded him.

The anger and irritation that Hank caused him simply with his voice, slowly started over taking Ampere. He know that many late raids and cargo missions was under his planning and whenever Hank took over, ampere had to loose good friends from his pack, or save Hanks ass. He knew that Lord Moka perfectly knows about all of this yet, he had to control himself in the presence of the boss. So he pulled out his gun on Hank. "You know what it took me? The pull of a finger to blast your sorry face off" He waited a few seconds "There is only two things stopping me. ONE is that Lord Moka aint said so and present in this very room. And TWO... That is my late wife's picture behind you on that desk... would be a shame and great irritation having to clean the mess up after your headless body collapses on my office floor" His rarely seen physical anger kept the gun steady aim on hanks head, not even a twitch not even a slight motion.

The Nonsense Factory, Ampere's lair

Moka burst out laughing, the anger in Ampere allowed Moka to gauge the techies composure under duress and he was handling it well. Moka walked over to behind Hank who was smirking, feeling invulnerable due to Moka's presence. The Lord picked up the photo of Ampere's late wife and examined it with care, he'd lost loved ones too.

"Amp, put the gun down" Moka said whilst returning the womans picture back onto it's perch. "I think we need Jose up in here, he seems to have more of an understanding of how things go." Moka then tapped something onto his wrist device and message was sent to Jose to come to Moka's exact location.

He nods then places his gun back to its holster on his belt in safety, then proceeds to down his coffee that now run cold. He knew the name well that Moka just mentioned, he awaited patiently.

Hemlocke had luckily immediately went to Padua upon his return from recovery. Getting the message and arriving not long after the message was put out. He slid the door open to to Ampere's 'lair', noting those inside before shutting the door behind him. Crossing his arms, he wasn't skin and bones like the last time Hank or Moka had seen him, and the robotic eye had changed from crimson to a dark blue hue, and he was actually well kept versus the filthy mongrel he was known for being.

"The hell do you want, and why is Hank here."

The Nonsense Factory, Ampere's lair

The snarkiness in Jose's voice was noted yet ignored by Moka, most of the Rogues had attitude issues but that was the least of concern for him. "Jose, this is Richard, also known as Amp. He's been overseeing the maintenance of our vessels. How have you ships been since his starting? No more groaning and squeaking in it?"

Hank's whole disposition changed and he became quite sheepish in Jose's company.

Hemlocke stared silently at Moka for a moment, not liking that he hasn't even been back a week and has already been called in for questioning about something he hasn't been around for.

"Probably just as sh*t as it was when I left, we don't have the parts, don't have the guys with the brains. And with the run around I get from our engineers with "Oh we can't, Hank said this, Hank said that." I usually just end up having to repair my own things."

Hemlocke turned his gaze to Hank and stared right at him.

"Actually now that you think of it, Hank's been on a power trip recently. Last time we talked he threatened to tell you that I was planning a coup so you'd have me done away with. Thankfully I recorded the conversation because I know what type of person he is."

Hemlocke reached down to his pocket and pulled out a data pad, pressing a button as the pad buzzes to life and the audio began playing of Hemlocke and Hank's conversation.

As the recording ended, Hemlocke put the pad away, his gaze had been on Moka the entire time, then he turned his gaze to Hank, giving him an ominous look.

The Nonsense Factory, Ampere's lair

Moka looks across at Ampere as Josie was b!tching about nothing getting done, waiting for a reaction. Josie then played what appeared to be a conversation between Hank and Josie and as it was playing, Hank started easing back towards the exit. Moka grabbed him by the arm as he slinked past just as the audio was starting to incriminate him.

Ampere by this time made a drink for himself as well, before offering a double whiskey on rocks to Hemlocke as well while the situation plays out. "As i said before Lord Moka... our progression is blocked for a while now"

Hemlocke downed the drink immediately without savoring it, needing it's intoxication to take the irritated edge off, crossing his arms as he watched Hank silently, enjoying watching the uncomfortable rat unable to scurry out of a tight situation.

"So apparently we need you?"
