I understand, but every "big" house (Li, Rh, Bretonia, ect.) in a game can take BC all around Sirius with "intelligence house" ID
Also i heard that only few Coalition Carrier are still in a game , by selected pp who have them (so no big danger from coalition carriers in some distant sistem) - there lies my prob, why should only few have a privilage to have faction ship,( in this case Coalition ID only max BC no bigger capital) while rest can just complain and ask why, like me!
I am still waitng for an answer is Coalition carrier Devs aproval ship, or not?

As for the coalition carrier, people already provided you the answer. Carriers are limited to the official Factions of the coalition, and they keep the numbers in check. It does not require admin approval, but rather faction approval.

Ok, ty so it is guild aproval you nead to get a carrier, not devs like some pp lie to me, but nwm, the logic say , if you take BC anywhere out of a zone no matter of a house , be positive you will get a fight!
