Bueanas tardes amigo's,
My name is Julio Gonzales and I am reaching out to you on behalf of the GRG.
As you are likely aware, the IRG disbanded fairly recently, however many of its staff,
unwilling to give up what they had worked so hard for, continued their legacy with the GRG.
However, as the IRG's holdings were distributed among OSI and the newly formed Velvet, GRG
is currently operating without being located in the Omicrons. As much of our research revolves
around Iridium and Azurite, this is far from optimal.
As such, we would like to strike a deal with you; we require access to a station with state of the art
research equipment from which we can control and monitor our gathering drones so that more Iridium
and Azurite can be harvested.
Would the Order be interested in this possibility, and what would you desire in return?

GRG - The Order relations
It is imperative to look into practicality and ideals before sentiments. To start off, Ingenuus was not anywhere what I would consider ‘cordial’ relationship with The Order. In fact we had fought on numerous occasions in Omicrons, IRG impeded the course of The Order Protectorate Space Code and its execution. You even housed a known Order defector in your ranks.
Ideology wise, we do not tolerate unsanctioned Nomad research, particularly in the energy weapon and generator’s technology. This is violation done by the Ingenuus in the past in the form of the infamous power cells which had openly been marketed as based on the Nomad equivalent. To this day we pay out bounties on each and every ship that carries this potentially lethal device and it is treated by my operatives equal to that of Nomad active artifacts.
Practically, you also need to give me a reason as to why do we need you. Velvet has been one of the most consistent partners in Zoner history as a whole and I am not in mind to undermine them by accepting offers from their competition. I cannot in clear conscience take you on offer of your specialization: research, until you clear your name. I have sincere doubt your logistic output will do that much of a difference as of now, either.
Before we do business and consider IRG and its splinters back into The Order space without persecution, you will need to disclose everything concerning the Ingenuus Power Cells to The Order Admiralty Board and our R&D division. In a case that it is indeed partly or wholly based on the alien tech, the device and its production facility will have to be dismantled and blueprints destroyed. In the event that your power cells prove to be safe to its user and free of alien taint, we will drop our case against Ingenuus.
Additionally, James Erzie has a long overdue death sentence over his name. Reason being defection from The Order, fighting The Order forces and likely passing sensitive Nomad related secrets over to IRG. Handing him over to us - dead or alive - is our second requirement. Should he no longer be part of your division, have your human resources department send evidence that he is no longer with your group. Keep in mind, we are only interested in this one fugitive. Rest of IRG had done no ill against The Order directly and thus are not at risk of violence or arrest.
Once you address these, we will establish detail concerning lease of either well equipped rooms in our private research station or more permanent residence planetside, depending on your personal preferences. Do not hesitate to update your current portfolio to notify us what kind of service we can call upon you. I and by extension The Order itself is not interested in simple exchange of Sirian credits.

Herr Gonzalez,
I am Patricia Becker, leader of the Legacy of Orillion subsect of the Order. While in the past the Legacy has not had much dealing with the IRG, coordination was a small part of our experiences, especially regarding the Nomad threat. While I don't hold nearly the same level of a grudge as the disgruntled Grand Admiral, I do have a curiosity about the level of intrigue these 'Power Cells' seem to have had with the rest of the populace, especially any connections between them and the aliens.
However, as the 'crimes' of the IRG against the Overwatch are not my direct concern, I will consider your offer on behalf of the Legacy, and as such would offer the growing research labs aboard Lisbon Station as a locale for the GRG to monitor their drones. I, and the Legacy by extension, are highly interested in the applications of Azurite to everyday operations, as well as potentially those against the Nomads.
I will note, though, that Lisbon Station lies within the heart of what the Legacy considers their personal administration zone, and as such security will remain on constant watch. As well, any discoveries made by the GRG I would ask be shared with the Legacy to ensure our leased space is being utilized to its fullest potential. Should the GRG be inclined, Legacy R&D would very likely be interested in coordinating minds to discover the full potential of Azurite.
On a final note, I realize that one of my senior personnel has been coordinating with the GRG in regards to a project the Legacy is working on. I believe it would be fitting for the GRG to coordinate aboard Lisbon for the progression of this project.
I look forward to seeing your response.

Colonel Becker. The Omicron Epsilon is Overwatch fortress first and foremost and while every single Order operative has unrestricted access to each and every sector and station by default, inviting non-Order personnel to high security zone is not something you can do without our consent.
Any unauthorized ship, even not one belonging to an organization that actively opposed Overwatch entering Omicron Epsilon will be destroyed and put on Kill on Sight list. And as far their crimes, I am not willing to have them parade in Protectorate space until they clear off crimes of their legacy.

Admiral Golanski,
Omicron Epsilon is property of the Order as a whole. I will fully accept the Overwatch's command station on Carthage and your authority over it, but what the Legacy does aboard Lisbon Station is nothing you have any say over. You did not spend months of your cell's time and manpower bringing it back to life, nor did you even bother to go through it. The Overwatch is not the sole primary cell of the Order anymore, Michal. Control your ego.
The GRG, should they accept the Legacy's proposal, will be authorized transit from Mu to Lisbon with or without your approval. Any interference by the Overwatch will be dealt with, and its blame placed on you alone.

If you think you can override Overwatch instructions and diplomacy on every opportunity, call the shots on OCV Atum exclusively but also decide who can enter and leave an Overwatch fortress-world, you are sorely mistaken. Stand down or be accused with treason against The Order.

Admiral Golanski,
Any amount of control you had over the Legacy died when we expanded our operations. You are not the dominant figure in the Order's politics anymore, Michal. You have no more absolute say here.
If your threats of 'treason' are supposed to scare me, then they've failed. I won't be intimidated by an egocentric powerwhore with a god complex. Take a break, let your second take the reigns here and come back when you've had a meal or two. The Legacy's operations will continue as planned, and our proposal is still up to the GRG to accept or decline. We are open to negotiations.

My own recommendation to you, Colonel Becker is to save your petty ‘future is now, old man’ insults to those who are actually impressed by them, perhaps your own officer cadre finds them more menacing and/or amusing than anyone at the High Command. I have had numerous people from within and outside of The Order tell me far worse and hurtful things than you ever did, to no effect. Otherwise I have to thank you for your concern about my livelihood but I suffer no problems with punctuality of my meal times when stationed in Home Fleet.
The Fleet has received its orders concerning Epsilon, Mu and GRG. Do not impede in their operations as we did not impede yours so far if you do not want things to escalate. As for my Second, dear Admiral Linnea Holt had all the rights to veto or even outline her own terms and conditions independent of me, which she so far had not decided to do so. If you insist on contacting her regardless, be my guest however keep in mind that she does not take well to questioning and second guessing her own decisions and morals. Directive to investigate Ingenuus Power Cells and using any methods at our disposal, including restrictions on GRG to see this goal though was made in unison.

Despite this clear show of insubordination and borderline treason on behalf of Orillion cell, my first communication still stands. Ultimately I am far more interested in getting rid of dangerous product of the market than to hunt people. If you insist on gaining favor of The Order Overwatch, do not enter Order space unless in an emergency or during an attempt to diplomatically scratch the points from the list I issued you in my first communication. Breach of those will result in lethal force. Contact me, Admiral Holt and Inquisitor “Darkness” in secure transmission from this point onwards.

Admiral Golanski,
I could care less about your bruised ego, so long as the Legacy, and by extension the Order's, interests are kept intact. The Atum was locked down to prevent it from entering into a war you had no right to declare. Lisbon is not your jurisdiction, and as such it is by my authority that the GRG be given the opportunity to coordinate with the Order after the collapse of the IRG. The Legacy will remain in the same standing pattern it always has been, and will continue to do whatever it takes to ensure that the Nomad threat is dealt with, while developing whatever may be needed to see that ideal through, regardless of whether or not it goes against your archaic regulations or not.
And it's just 'Becker' now. I don't use padded ranks to distinguish myself above my own men. We're all saviors of the Human race, even if your constant whining is getting in the way of potential progress. Got, I pity Holt.
Herr Gonzales,
I sincerely apologize for this level of inter-organizational debate that has taken place in the midst of your request. I should bring to light that the environment aboard Lisbon is a busy one, and as such any GRG personnel that arrive to undertake operations in regards to Iridium and Azurite research are liable to be checked hourly to ensure all is kept within acceptable parameters. The Legacy does not have near the bestseller of regulations as the Overwatch, but as the GRG are still a relative unknown to the Order as a whole, we will have to keep our guard up. It's simply security protocol.

Bueanas tardes hononored representatives,
Not even in my wildest dreams would I have expected =such passionate responses.
The GRG desires to cooperate with the entirety of the Order and we did not mean for
matters to escalate as they did. Clearly the constant threat of the Nomads rest heavily
on your minds, an organization as the Order has little choice but to remain hypervigilant after all.
The Legacy of Orillion seems willing to cooperate with us while the Overwatch has hesitations given
GRG's origin with the IRG, this is understandable and as such we will endeavor to comply with your
request to clear things up.
Regarding James Erzie; he disbanded IRG without notice and left, he is not part of our new organization.
Nor do we have any information regarding his current or likely whereabouts, the man was somewhat of a recluse.
We will have our HR department confirm this for you as per your request.
Regarding our potential services, I refer you to this limited access of our database.
Please keep in mind that this access will only let you see the names of the weapons and ships we can build,
as well as some visual displays in some cases. The actual blueprints for building them, as well as the materials
involved, are somewhat of a company secret.
On the matter of Velvet; I have no doubt they are a trustworthy ally but fact is they are
a quasi-military force who are most likely focused on building their fleet and weaponry
in addition to potentially doing research. While we are fully dedicated R&D without other distractions.
Additionally, we would be able to colaborate on any scientific endeavors the Order,
be it Overwatch, the Legacy, or even both, want to investigate.
What is also worth mentioning is that we intend to set up a supply line of automated drones that would harvest
iridium and azurite should our cooperation take place. Of course the Order would be welcome to a share of these
materials.
Now for the last part...and the most complicated. The IRG powercells.
I must confess we cannot release the blueprints; they are a closely guarded secret and
the founder of the GRG, Martin Lawrence, has become somewhat paranoid regarding
sharing its details with anyone after years of people trying to steal the designs from IRG.
What I can say about them however, is that they are not in any way shape or form based on
alien tech or materials. Regarding their safety, I do not believe I have ever heard of an untampered
unit causing a problem.
If it helps solidify this statement, we are willing to stay away from any nomad related research while
working on the Order stations, should it come to that. Our interest in working together with the Order
does not stem from a desire to work with Nomad materials or technology; it stems from a desire to help
improve humanities odds against the alien threat.
I hope my answers to your questions have been satisfying and help eleviate any concerns the Order might
have regarding our organization.
