I make this short: You are in violation of your ID.
Factions have used base IDs to garner their own official ID multiple times before. Ex. Harmony, Appostas or however its spelled I cant remember, etc. Its been and being used as a stepping stone as its the base faction ID which is modified upon officialdom. IDs also do not restrict diplomatical actions.
In addition: Forum rp is not enforceable to ships as IDs dont restrict rp. If it did, almost everyone on this server could be sanctioned. The line merely restricts in game interaction with these entities for the moment, not bar all interaction or change in diplomatical stances.

Hey, guys, I don't know how you actually want to pull this all off. But how do you explain being outlawed by your faction lore and STILL operating from Cali Base in Tau-23? I'm really curious. So can you please decide what do you want to do and where do you want to base your operations from, I'm sure that the Crayter Republic will welcome you with open arms since you are really good friends with them as it seems. Maybe I haven't got a message yet where you are not exiled yet and will be exiled in future.
Well you see we set up a base to be docking from, and OC factions came to destroy it forcing us to base from an NPC asset. Our ID doesn't allow us to base off a Crayterian base as that would count as alliedship, thus we're forced to use Cali Base.

Bro you are outlawed, exiled you are not supposed to dock there in the first place. Maybe you should stick to your faction lore instead of abusing the current circumstances that you are not fr5ed yet.
edit: Somehow you've been forced three times to dock onto Cali Base reading from your MD's somehow they are all from Cali Base in Tau-23.

Freeport Six and Ten both exist and make far more sense rather than "Exiles" combat docking Cali xD
The Freeport administrations have made it clear to not bring capitalship assets into their freeport space, alongside the fact that no official OC faction has outlawed us, therefore negating the "requirement" of being elsewhere. If such an outlawing attempt exists, I would kindly ask you show where the OC official faction has FR5'd MR.
