Remove Gallic Lawful "new Shipline"

Ok, we have the "great" new Gallic Lawful ship line.
The same ships, but only with a NG at the end of the name.
And of course for this two letter you have to buy new ships. (Include fighter/bomber, something that just have happend at the end of the Gallic war...)

I vote for no Technerf on the ex-Council tech and Gallic Royal Enclave tech at least for Fighter/Bomber.
This won't be changed to the new ones by request, so they should get no technerf.

The emblem is a different on these ships:
Confederate NG and Enclave

I do believe that the Enclave or Confederation will get retextured snub soon™ but now they have an only difference in engines and this emblem, afaik

I personally makes new textures for many ships at the game based on original textures so if you have some patience - you might get different textures for BG/Enclave when I finally get an idea what to do different between them, except the emblem.

And it's barely even an issue then, fighters are extremely cheap and bomber hulls aren't that much more expensive
