Birthday and Birthplace: 05/07 805 A.S Planet Houston, Texas, Liberty.
Biography: My name is Schlonzo, I was raised on Planet Texas as the son of a single father. My mother is, as far as I know, a woman from Rheinland, who left my father and me shortly after my birth for a high-ranking officer from the ranks of the Rheinwehr. However, I didn't have the pleasure of spending my childhood with my father for very long either, because when I was six years old he was committed to LPI Sugarland for an alleged smuggling crime, since then I have never heard from him again. I am told that he was shot by a prison guard during a prison riot in 818 A.S. I was raised from then on by some employees of Deep Space Engineering. At the age of eight I had to work for this company. At DSE I mainly worked on overhauling, repairing or, if necessary, exploiting old freighters and repair ships. The good thing about it is that I learned to work on ships at a very young age, a skill from which I can only benefit today. I did this until I could afford an old, used, but still flyable freighter at the age of 16. At that time I left Texas and never looked back. From there on I live the life of a Junker. But alone it is dangerous out in the Galaxy, so I am looking for a new family to give me the feeling of home I never had. I hope that the Junker Congress can become just that home for me.
How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: I learned how to repair ships as a child on Houston. Tell me how broken it is and I'll tell you if I need an hour, a week or a month.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: Since I was 16 years old I have been keeping myself alive by selling wares, in this time I have learned a lot about the behaviour of buyers and have acquired a pretty good ability to recognize what people want to hear in order to buy things. Ice, Eskimo - you know the phrase.
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: A dead Junker can't smuggle anything anymore, and neither can an arrested one. Although I know the back doors of many systems and avoid trade rounds when I have hot goods with me, I would always avoid a concrete violent confrontation with a member of law enforcement.
If a banit should stop me, I would also avoid getting into a violent confrontation. If dropping the goods is not enough, most bandits will come to an agreement that satisfies both sides.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico systen, if any?: I bought my ship there. It is certainly not a place where everyone would feel comfortable. I have not yet dared to approach the Puerto Rico Rift.
What ships do you already own?: I fly a Junker Gunboat. Currently I'm saving up for a Salvager.

Birthday and Birthplace: 14th December, 757 Planet Malta
Biography: Marco O'Neill, born on Planet Malta to a Junker family that was on their holidays at the time. No school degrees, and most of my time I was hunting down Xenos in Pennsylvania. My sort-of-a trade career began after selling some cheap copy of a neural-net computer to a stranger for a premium and later giving him a new one after charging him for the repair. Some successful trades around Hattan' with Cardamine and selling borrowed Coffee&Donuts to Liberty police officers. Gold from Bretonia and Alumunium back from Rheinland. Dodged few Xenos here and there and eventually ended up in Puero Rico.
Now I run a quiet life, not much of an action in it and I've found Junkers' Congress to be well established group of shrewd businessmen without a constant need to hurt themselves in reckless missions. With my advanced age I'd like to accompany your ships and eventually trade myself under your flag.
How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: *snaps fingers*, slap some scrap on it and weld with a repair ship.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: You seem thirsty, this scrap will get you some Cardi-Cola.
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: What about not letting myself getting caught. But in case: Sir, these are my relatives! / I can offer you these babes, well fed, 90-60-90.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico systen, if any?: Flew here and there, 3 jumpholes, few bases along with LSF and Bundschuh.
What ships do you already own?: Snubs.

We are sorry but your application has been denied at this time. Perhaps in the future, but at this time we do not think you will make a good fit with in the Congress.
Marco O'Neill,
Congressmen are well known Sirius wide for being some of the most well versed businessmen, I believe your advanced age may give you an advantage. Who would suspect the elderly man in the corner of any crime?

Birthday and Birthplace: September 19th Planet Houston Texas System
Biography: I came from a small trade family in the Texas system. Life was pretty drab and slow coming up until 3 years ago when i originally signed on to be a congress man. Life drove me away. Many disputes at home causing portions of my family to split off and rival each other. Arguments grew larger and not only did the arguments grow larger as did the violence towards each other. Watching family, kill family.....it was not of my nature. I almost did not survive the blood feuds so, I have returned to space to find some peace amongst the stars. Possibly, to make some good friends along the way. This life was sorely missed and my aim to return is to advance to a higher plane. War wages on all over the galaxy and my only hope is to make an impact somewhere and do some good.
How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: With the right tools and proper equipment. Ill have it in space in no time.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: I used to make a killing at it. Ive grown a hand in other trading as well. Id like to see what i can bring to the table.
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: Run for as long as the shields will hold. Unless the fine is payable.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico systen, if any?: Enough to call it my second home.
What ships do you already own?: Razor's_EdgeMKII: Gull Transport Golden_Kraken: Sichel VHF

Biography: I was born into a military family. My father was a doctor onboard a Donau cruiser during the Nomad Wars. There was nothing left of him. My mother was a homebody type. Never liked to leave the planet. She passed peacefully in her sleep as angels should. I left home at the age of 18 aspiring to become a doctor like my father. But the military life was never for me. I've wandered all over Rheinland space looking for some place to fit in. I've been rejected from most military factions. The outlaws will have nothing to do with a military born man. Hopefully I can finally belong again.
How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: Depends on whats broken. But I can patch just about any kind of "hole" so to speak. At least long enough to set her down gently.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: Never had to try. Theres always a need.
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: Law enforcement? I don't go where the "heat" is so to speak. Bandits know better. If not then they won't know much after I'm done.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico system, if any?: Not much at all really.
What ships do you already own?: A civilian transport and my personal favorite the Kingfisher HF

Reginald Issac Taylor,
As a junker you will learn one key thing, and that is family is everything. Arbiter Rick doesn't take kindly to infighting, we Junkers ride a fine line in Sirius and we often can find ourselves on the wrong end of hostile guns. You have to be able to trust the man at your side, he is your family. If you were looking for a close knit family, you found it.

Birthday and Birthplace: 08.02.792 A.S. - Ruhrfeld Asteroid Field, New Berlin
Biography: I was born aboard my family's Salvager "Heilbronn" in the Ruhrfeld. My father spoke fairly good English and my mother was from a Liberty Junker family so she taught me and my siblings good English. We were onboard the Heilbronn running scrap in the Puerto Rico system when the Rheinland-Liberty war broke out and we decided to stop off at the Vieques Shipyard and do some repairs and upgrades we'd been holding off on. Afterwards we headed to Allentown where my mother's family was based out of and stayed there through the end of the Rheinland-Liberty war. Having spent the six years scrapping in Liberty space the decision was made to stay in Liberty rather than head back to Rheinland as my father didn't have any family left there so there were no real attachments, and he had previously had some unfortanate dealings with the Rheinland authorities there. We have been working out of Liberty since then. My father and mother retired and passed the Heilbronn on to me in 822. With the recent instability in Rheinland, I have decided that it is probably best to avoid it for a while. I currently mine scrap and salvage out of New York and Bering with frequent stops in to Allentown to visit with my parents. How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: I know my ship inside and out, having spent my whole life on it. I can repair any problem, the only question is time and what parts I have available or can find to make it work.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: I can sell Premium Scrap better than most, and I can guarantee I'll always make a profit on it.
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: What smuggling? I never smuggle, and no one has ever seen me smuggle, at least no one who's still alive. In all seriousness though, I don't smuggle. I've learned my lessons from my father's problems with the Rheinland officials and want no part in that cluster. I'll probably run cleanup and scrapping operations for the rest of my life with some minor legal goods movement on request, and make some credits on the side doing it that I can leave to my own children when I pass on this ship. If I find contraband while scrapping, I'll hand it off at the first base I come to, or turn it over to law enforcement if they request it. I don't have to have the friendship of the law enforcement, after all they are all idiots anyways, but there's no reason to make it easy for them to hate me either. If I'm stopped by bandits, depending on who they are we'll either cut a deal, or I'll make them reconsider stopping a Junker Salvager. I'm not a fan of violence but I will defend my ship and myself.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico systen, if any?: I've spent a lot of time at the Vieques Shipyards, and I've visited the Culebra Smelters a bunch of times as well. I always loved watching them melt down the scrap we brought in as a kid. There's something so satisfying about seeing the scrap melt, turn golden, and all the metals seperate out. Puerto Rico was always part of my parents regular scrap routes, so I'm familiar with the bases there and the areas to avoid.
What ships do you already own?: I am the proud owner of Heilbronn, a Salvager that has been with my family (through my father's side) for several generations, and that I hope someday to pass on to my own children.

Sounds like being a Junker is in your blood, that will serve you well. Some Junker folklore suggests that the reason we are so good at what we do is that each Junker child is the perfect embodiment of the centuries of experiences from either side of their family. That's just superstition though, right?
Your parents sound like good people and I am sure you will do them proud.
