Oh and.. I heard Core is still Core. Take it positively or negatively, whichever you prefer!
I re-read all the server rules as I usually do. No "Cloak" words have been mentioned. Maybe it could be sub-intended as "Metagaming"...
Edit: However, at that distance, Cloak sounds can be heard. So his presence was perceivable.
Yeah, let's wait for GM statement. Darkwind found this: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/6...nknown.png
But this is only applying to House Militaries, Police or Intelligence IDs. If they don't do any random moves like treating it as metagaming suddenly, you are fine. Huh.
Basically it is "Kudos to Shaggy for recording everything, reminded me of a hole in the rules that might be best of receiving GM clarification!"
Oh and if you need a target more to shoot, I happily Nom you.

We can. Nothing in our ID states that we have to do RP while uncloaked. Only the Nomad Indi ID says that. This is a practice by the faction that is preferred after some people cried, bless them.

House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players and factions found breaking House Laws within Outer Regional Space, only if they are personally there to witness to the legal infraction while uncloaked and equipped with a House Military, Police, or Intelligence faction ID.
Don't think this counts for Core
The Core ID isn't considered a House Military/Police/Intelligence ID yet.
Hence I'm saying you're probably excluded from the list

We are also not enforcing any roleplay consequences. We are just using it for evidence of it still happening... it would be the zoners using it for enforcement and consquence roleplay not Core.

Also lol this thread.
Thank you for clarifying, I remember it used to be a rule or something that K'hara used to do /l1 /l2 and then buttcloak people not giving them enough time to respond. Was not 100% sure if it was still a thing.

I did not actually hear the cloaking noises, so I can tell you that this statement proved false. Use it as evidence, though. I'm interested in seeing exactly how this plays out.
If it plays out..

I heard cloaks from 10K. The distance is 8K there… maybe it's from ships point of view...
