Agent Solandros,
Since we last spoke, our engineers have completed the necessary modifications to the snubcraft that we received, and are beginning to outfit them with the latest Navy technology.
Now, as for the "larger" portion of the program, I believe it would be in the best interests of both the Order and the Fifth Fleet to make an exchange. As you are well aware, many years ago the Order stole the Osiris-class battleship prototype from our shipyard in Alaska. From what I've seen, you've reverse engineered and improved upon the original design. To put it plainly, we want one back. If this can be accomplished, I believe we could arrange the construction of an Atlantis-class carrier. Please note that it must disappear from drydock before construction is complete, or security will be too tight. Though, given the success the Order had with the Osiris, I'm sure you will find a way. I will notify you when it is flight worthy.

Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
I'm glad to hear the 5th| is open to such an exchange.
It is true that the Osiris was originally of Libertonian design,
though it is worth mentioning that it was 'stolen' to keep it out of
Nomad hands who had started to work their way up the chain of command at the time
and was subsequently used to fight back the Nomad threat.
As such I find the term 'stolen' a bit harsh.
That said, we understand that this has been a sore spot between the Order
and Liberty as a whole and your offer seems reasonable.
The most compatible vessels with modern Libertonian tech would be our
older models that still used outdated versions of your current technology.
Most of our vessels from that era did not survive the tragedy of Toledo or
are of significant historic value. One such vessel that survived is the Osiris
class Battleship Zagazig.
We will prepare it for this exchange, do not be fooled by its age, I assure you
its performance is will be up to expectations. I suggest we discuss the specifics
regarding this arrangement in further detail over more secure lines to ensure
no leaks occur.

A Dark Horizon
Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
Unfortunately I do not come with good news this time,
though rest assured it is unrelated to our current mutual projects.
The Overwatch received a report today regarding the sighting of
an infected Libertonian vessel going by the designation LNS-Tundra.
It appears to be some accursed hybridisation of a liberty cruiser and Nomad
tech. We have some documentation of this vessel on record, dating it back to 818.
Suspicions are that the crew, while still alive, has fully succumed to infection and has been
integrated to the hardware of the vessel.
We will take action to decimate every single infected atom should we come across the vessel.
Should you receive any long distance hails from the ship though, please keep our warning in mind.
This vessel is another grim reminder of what we are trying to prevent by cooperating with eachother.
I have attached the guncam shots that were delivered with the report,
I trust it goes without saying this information is highly classified and hope you will treat it as such.

A Dark Horizon
Hail Rear Admiral Grey Evans.
I apologise for the long delay it has taken for me to come back to you.
Preparing the Zagazig for the exchange took a lot of my focus.
While I am sure much has occured to keep you busy as well these last
months, hopefully the news that the Zagazig is now ready for the
exchange will be a bright note among them.
I trust preparations for the Carrier have been going equally well?
Please update me on the status on your end at your earliest convenience
so I may update the rest of the Overwatch.

Agent Solandros,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Luke Briggs. I am a Captain within the Fifth Fleet who served as Rear Admiral Evans' first officer on the Florida.
A few months ago, Evans retired from the Fleet, passing this operation on to me. Since then, we have completed the main construction for the carrier, and it is ready for our rendezvous. Name a time and a place, and we will be there. The experimental jump-drive mounted on the Antietam has been transferred and mounted on the new carrier, so this will officially be a stress test. If all goes according to plan, the carrier will send out a distress beacon directed to Juneau Shipyard. By the time rescue crews arrive, all they will find is a debris field resembling an Atlantis-class carrier, and will then follow the signatures of the escape pods to the Osiris, which will show the full crew of the Atlantis on board, with only life support online. They'll see this as a golden opportunity and tow the ship back to Juneau.
At least, that's the plan.
Best regards,
Captain Luke Briggs

A Dark Horizon
Well met Captain Briggs
I am Agent Solandros, a Colonel of the Order Overwatch.
Though I assume that was included in your briefing when you
were assigned to this project. A shame to hear about the Rear Admirals
retirement, in the brief time I've known him he made the impression of
being a man of dedication and resolve.
Regarding the rendezvous, the Zagazig is ready as well. Omicron Minor is the best location, I will send you some coordinates
that should be familiar to your men that participated in the patrols in the system.
The Zagazig is operating on our old understanding of Libertonian technology, to prevent
you from being a sitting duck we will increase the presence of our cloaked patrols in the area.
They will keep any Nomads off your back while waiting for the rescue troops to arrive,
remaining out of sight at the same time.
I trust the databanks of the carrier will contain the needed information regarding maintance?
While many in the Order are originally from Liberty, the extra assistance can't hurt.

Agent Solandros,
I am glad to hear that the Order will be providing cover for us during this operation. On our end, the carrier L.N.X. Valley Forge has been outfitted with a number of hyperspace manipulation modules to allow for us to get the Zagazig back to Alaska in one piece. She too will be nearby under the command of Admiral Prower, watching, waiting.
In regards to the data, all of the necessary data to maintain and fabricate some of the more critical systems is stored in the ship's databanks. In addition, we will be sending a team of our engineers to get your team up to speed on the inner workings of the ship.
In the background, an alarm can be heard for a few seconds
Well, that's my queue. Looks like we're in final launch checks. We'll see you shortly.
Best regards,
Captain Luke Briggs
