Dear to whom this concerns, in regards of Blood Dragons and the Golden Chrysanthemums.

My Name is Cheng Cong, I am writing to you because of the recent acknowledgement of a blanket target of our station. Our station undertakes
a scientific role within New Tokyo. Our scientists are examining current and new viruses within Kusari, with our primary concern of Planet New Tokyo.

Your hostile intentions could create an outburst of bacteria which would be burst into space. Should our station erupt this may even address concerns on your own welfare & welfare of thousands of civilians within Kusari. As of now, our structure is safe and intact. It is old, and is overdue wear and tear. After a new high anonymous donation we are able to retain our science structure and stop an outbreak that may concern the sirius sector. We are as you maybe aware, in repair state. We are carrying as many supplies as possible including the largest of the three repair goods concerns in contract from local and national commercial groups.

So I ask, what would it take for you to hold off this attack. This is dangerous, please let us thrive and repair!

Please let us help New Tokyo get rid of this virus and protect our society. Your society!

Dear Ikeda Yume,

First of all, let me thank you for coming to talks. I understand this is uneasy times. You asked why we built a station orbiting Planet New Tokyo. The virus we intercepted was from the Omicrons. We are unknown of its source however. We understand that it can live on a surface or object for 48 hours so our first objective was to work out the primary course for its arrival. It's like a chemical attack, but without the chemicals. This cannot be seen with the naked eye.

When we knew Planet New Tokyo was under the influence of this virus the state sort to silence us in wake of a probable civil war regarding importation of goods. This is why we built our neutral science facility near to where we can focus our primary goal. To defeat the virus, unfortunately as of yet we're still rebuilding our station. Three floors on the lower deck are still lifeless after an amount of virus hit us, so we had to shut down part of the station and because of the lack of oxygen our station soon began to drain. However seventy two hours later, we're back up and running with 5 floors running scientists around the clock finding a vaccine.

This doesn't only just affect New Tokyo, if this gets out. It could affect sirius. We are peacekeepers, we are not lawful yet not unlawful. We've paid our dues to become "legitimate" we have a licence with the state to produce our facility into a fully fledged science station.

This is a war, a war of an enemy we cannot see.

We of the Gen'an Chrysanthemums had already revoked our support of the attack before it began. The intel that the Blood Dragons provided us was faulty at best. So I started my own investigation.

So you say are a civilian enterprise. Is there any reason that might have brought the ire of the Blood Dragons upon your installation? Perhaps deals with the corrupt Kusari government or Samura Industries?
