Reconsider your approach and come back.
The main reason i do that because The Kempeitai. username and password is stolen, Why? because Chio dont have anything better to do he gave up faction to another 1IC and that leader gave me faction so Chio cant come here stole account and say faction is disbanded no you can do that that is most discusting to do that is why they dont like you in MQS why MQS dont have official because of Chio, his actions are terrible swering to somebody family is discusting!!
First - this is your feedback and Maquis have nothing to do with it.
Second - events you've described is just another reason to start all over with a new faction rather antagonising the suggestion multiple people gave you already.

I was wondering why they'd drag another, unrelated faction into it.

Why to start new when we could continue our RP that we already started??

I was just giving example what is going on this community!
Alright, you seem to be exceptionally delusional of what is going on. First of all - Chio as community member no longer has anything to do with that faction an bringing up his conduct as a senior member of another faction is not related to Kempeitai and does not apply any consequences on what is happening here.
Kempeitai went down the chain from him to someone else and then - to you, to my knowledge they have demonstrated at least moderate quality of interactions and i highly doubt - from what attitude you as it's current leader are showing off here - that it's current iteration will at least be able to uphold the same level, or even do better than this.
You are staining the reputation of this faction with outright plagiarism that the initial creator of the entire writeup likely never approved of and terrible way of handling feedback for this instance. And this does not give you a solid headstart - but creates a precedent of disservice. Yes, slightly changing formatting and copypasting every single word from existing writeup doesn't automatically make it your own creation. I very well understand it has little ties to it's original author from any standpoint, but all you're doing is attracting unnecessary criticism and drag in unrelated events as valid responses to the feedback.
I still strongly suggest you to reconsider your approach, start off fresh with your own writeup, and not to get discouraged by what kind of responses you got for your act of gravedigging - people around there do not like it for a reason.
