Greetings, venerable officers of Gaul Royal Enclave. I am Venator Onyx Statuette, high command member of Technocracy also known as Covenant of Auxesia.
I'll be brief so I won't waste your time. Auxesia acknowledges its past hostilities against Royal Navy during the war and We do want to apologize for our actions and we want to build a foundation for neutrality and future cooperation.
Let me know if you are interested in talks. Technocracy can offer you some compelling intel.
Sender:Commodore Julien Dubois, Gallic Royal Navy Recipient:"Onyx Statuette", Battlegroup Auxesia Topic:Re: Apology
Monsieur,
I, too, will be brief:
Enemies of the Kingdom tend to stay as such when the only restitution or apology they see fit to provide for their actions is little more than a single line of text.
All vessels flying under Auxesian IFF codes will be shot on sight by Royal Naval patrols upon being identified as such.
Do not contact us again if your intention is solely to waste our time with limp and childish attempts at diplomacy.
I'll make an attempt to convince you that stance of neutrality with us might be benificial for your cause. Nevertheless, you already see that I am not a diplomat.
Active battleship of Gallic origin in vicinity of Auxesian operations, no specification on a class due to extremely dangerous conditions in the area where this object located in, extreme dark matter storm to be specific. Most likely, it is captured by hostiles, other than Royal Navy. Our recon were mainly interecepted by xenobiotically-infected so We are sure that they control the ship itself. If we work together, we can make sure that you either get the ship back or it will be destroyed to ensure safety of Enclave and it's technological secrets. Auxesia will collect more intel if Royal Navy collaborate.
Disabled battleship and flagship of Betheny battlegroup located in the Liberty-controlled system of Cortez. Right now, it's secured by Liberty Navy but with some political maneuvering from our side we can try to acquire the wreck, dismantle or repair it and give it back to the Royal Navy, in form of salvagable parts or as a whole ship. You should see initial analysis and status of the ship.
This leads to the fact that we also can provide Gallic Royal Navy with supplies, both relief and equipment and with technological advancements of our own designs. We are Technocracy and our main focus is technology - xenobiology, cybernetics and other fields of more esoteric nature. It's logical and easy to understand.
And more over, in the future we might have common enemy - Bretonia. We are still unsure, what kind of treachery bretonians will do and will we be in a direct conflict with them but our calculations show that there will be a guerrilla war against hegemony of Bretonia over control of our own homeland.
So, yes. Single line of text. We apologize. Situation several years ago dictated us to side with Bretonians to ensure our own existance but we always were aware of lust for power of Bretonians and our history with them is full of bad blood.
Several years ago we were just a small battlegroup. Now we are fully-fledged entity with own agenda and ideas. So, let's be reasonable, logical and pragmatic. There is a bigger picture to paint other than us shooting each other once a year.

Venator "Onyx Statuette" of the Auxesia. I presume you have forgotten your name or prefer alias over normal names.
My name is Antonin de Lusignan, Commandant to Enclave Defence Authority. Our organization is one of a few major units of the Enclave structure and you shall deal with me as its representative since this very moment.
This warship may be one of the very few the fate of which remained unknown. It may be, as you said, under control of the infected units, otherwise under the control of the deserters. There also is a possibility that their communication relays have been damaged and the crew has no idea what is going on now. Whatever the reason is for their presence in dark matter storm, this ship should not remain here and we are ready to cooperate to rescue or completely destroy it, in the case of impossibility to save at least the hull.
Wreck of Betheny has to be rescued or otherwise destroyed. If you manage to save it and bring the hull to us without being noticed by anyone it would give you additional points and trust from us. In the case of impossibility to save it and bring to us – this ship has to be destroyed without the possibility to repair or analyze it further.
We are interested in supplies but this matter shall be discussed separately with the director of our Logistics Corps participating in it. Your offer to supply us with the equipment is appreciated and will be reviewed by the High Command, however, for now, taking into account all information you have provided us with, we do offer the following terms:
The Auxesia forces will not be allowed to enter the sovereign Enclave space: Aquitaine (known for Sirius as Edinburgh), Brittany (Orkney) and Roussillon. Any Auxesian forces spotted there will be taken under the custody or destroyed, depending on the situation.
Should you agree with this - the Auxesia and the Enclave may sign neutrality but the further relations grow may be developed by actions made by any of the subjects of it regarding another subject.
We have reviewed your terms and our answer is positive. I hope this is beginning for our beneficial co-existence.
All members of every Auxesian task force were instructed not to enter Enclave space and not to interfere with Enclave activity in any area.
Let's talk about our part of this deal. We will prepare our logistical assets at the start of the next month and We would be grateful for a list of prioritized supplies for you. We are going to inform you as soon as We will be ready. After that, we can arrange the procedure.
The information about approximate origin of that unknown Valor-class battleship is going to be instrumental aswell. I can suggest that this is remnant of Gallic-Bretonian War so what battlegroups went MIA, let's say, in deeper regions of Bretonia?
And finally, Betheny. We will deal with it. I will keep you updated using this communication node.

Monsieur Onyx.
Very well. I hope we have an understanding: we keep away from your space and you keep away from ours. Unless a valid authorization for entry is issued, any infringement upon this agreement will result in appropriate measures, including lethal.
The supplies you want to offer for us has to be delivered to Halifax Freeport in Leeds. We have no need in weaponry but we could use raw resources and medical supplies. Should you deliver anything said – our men shall meet you there for cargo transfer.
Regarding the Valor you caught... As long as we have no additional information regarding the so-called object Hypnso we can't be sure what ship was sighted in that location. Therefore - we both cannot be sure about the powers of that ship and perform any operations for its destruction, or, should it be possible, capture.
Keep us informed about Betheny and the other warship. Colonel de Lusignan - out.
It is a great pleasure for us to be able to communicate with the Enclave, but we still carry a concern of the past, we have indeed assisted the Bretonians against you during the war. This was a mistake done out of necessity. We hope to mend the previous mistrust we have founded against us, now that we both have a common foe, the traitorous Bretonians.
We would like to offer a war reparation fee to the Enclave in hopes of proving our sincerity and to prosper a peaceful future between our organisations. We would like to offer you a gift of a blueprint for capital assets, and some credits along it to help fund the projects. These designs you may be remotely familiar with, they are known as the 'Sledge' series turrets, utilised on the designated primary slots of Battleships.
You may find the attachment here. We would like to ask of you for a destination bank for the fees.

It is a pleasure to meet you, Keeper Revenant.
I am Colonel de Lusignan, had a pleasure to lead negotiations with Venator Onyx.
What happened in the past left its scars and created a grudge between the Royal Navy and Auxesia. The echo of these events will keep hearing for years. Nevertheless, it is good to see your endeavour to heal these wounds and establish good relations between the Enclave and the Technocracy.
We do accept your reparation fee and appreciate a contribution to better relations between us. These blueprints will find use within the Royal Navy and make our enemies fear the power we hold. As for the monetary fee, we would prefer to replace it with some particular goods supplies.

Keeper Revenant.
I am Baronesse Nicole Perrot, the administrator of Tromelin Observatory. The Colonel appointed me to lead further negotiations with you regarding the supplies to the Royal Navy. A pleasure.
First of all, as you should understand – we are not going to withdraw the limitation of your access to our territory. Therefore, the Command decided to allow Auxesian logistics vessels to appear in the system of Brittany (known as Orkney to Sirius people) in the sectors from 3E to 5G (see attached image).
Secondly - the supplies themselves. Our order is 50000 units of unprocessed Iridium to Tromelin Observatory, with the price of 9900 Gallic francs per unit of this ore. We do hope the said price will satisfy honourable merchants of the Technocracy but should it not – we are open for its discussion.
