Cobra,
After a long debate within the Board, we have decided the following:
Since you don't have a very good presence within the system, we want to aid you with this, therefore we are offering to build a small taskforce so you can aswell have vessels in Nu without sacrificing your forces in Liberty.
We have thought of the following vessels:
x2 CTE-12400 "Condor" Civilian Gunboat
x4 "Osprey Mk II" Zoner Long Range Escort
x6 CTE-19000 "Roc" Civilian Bomber
x10 CTE-6000 "Eagle" Civilian Very Heavy Fighter
x10 CTE-3000 "Falcon" Civilian Heavy Fighter
x3 CTE-4000 "Griffin" Civilian Light Fighter
Then, in order to be able to transport supplies, we will be giving you an aid there aswell, by constructing you:
x4 CTE-F-1050-A "Kestrel" Civilian Freighter
x2 CT-39X "Albatross" Civilian Transport
Obviously said vessels will be fully outfitted with the best equipment we have, aswell as reinforced with Iridium plating.
This is something we'd like to offer you, so you can have a more crushing presence in Nu.
Going to the second point you brought, Outlworlder Assembly are Zoners that live within the Omicron Region. We, within the Zoner community were always fragmented, but, the ones living there decided to take a sort of independence, from the "other" Zoners, let's say.
A rappresentative of said "group", are Velvet, which to our knowledge, there is nothing regarding their stance on this situation. So it's best to contact them yourself, as you'd get more answers for sure.
I'm waiting your answer regarding my proposal.
Martin Lawrence, C.E.O. of GRG.

Mister Lawrence.
It's a substantial contribution of hardware to the cause. One which won't go unused given the intensive nature of our mission. Though I must still stress the fact that a lack of any infrastructure to rely on in Nu is a severely inhibiting factor as far as limiting Liberty's expansion there is concerned. We will not be able to reliably harass and delay Liberty's efforts without the ability to garrison a presence in or around the system.
I understand that it is quite possible for me to contact the Outworlders and contact them for permission in regards to making use of their station in Nu, but I suspect that they would be unwilling to let our forces use their base as a resupply point when acting under orders to engage hostile targets.
Are these Outworlders actually interested in fighting to preserve their independence or will they simply hope that hiding on the fringes of House influence will save them? I've always found that ironic considering it hasn't worked out very well. Inaction is itself an enemy and the worst course of action in any given situation.

Cobra,
We will start constructing said vessels, and we'll contact you when they are ready.
As for the infrastructure, we can give you access to a few decks, which you can use for resupply, however, for the moment, until we have a clear stance from them, I'd like to ask you, when you dock, to do so stealthy, away from the lawfuls' eyes. We do not want to bring them issues.
I'll be honest about this. The Outworlders have really the most reasons to actually fight them, and they have even more military force than GRG, so they can, realistically, hold a small garrison in the system. But as I said to you, Cobra, I'm taking decision for my organization, as we want to preserve the Omicrons from Liberty's hands, but as we can't do it directly or openly, well that's why we have chosen you.
If you are in need of this, we can contact the Outworlders, but I'd still like to maintain our relation between ourselves, for obvious security reasons.
In the meantime, you should be able to dock on Rarotonga, with no issues. As soon as we finish constructing said vessels, we will be contacting you as soon as they arrive on Rarotonga.

Cobra,
We have completed the construction of the vessels.
The transpors are also filled with basic resources, so it's easier for your teams to hold in Omicron Nu without having to acquire anything for the time being, aswell as all vessels are heavily armed.
I hope you will be satisfied with the piece of hardware we are giving you.

Mister Lawrence.
If what I've been told is true, then your organization as administrators of Ames have betrayed the most fundamental of all Zoner principle - Independence.
Apparently you've opened your doors and allowed a House corporation to walk in and occupy real estate on the old research station. Need I clarify as to what this look like? It looks like you've sold out to foreign influence and we're the sort of people who hate that. So, yes. Your contribution is duly appreciated, but our agreement is dead and void until you ditch this travesty of an understanding with the suits from across the border.
That, or I'm going to tear you up one side and down the other.

Cobra,
It seems that there is a bit of too much mistrust.
While I was hoping to start to gain your trust, I did not think you thought I'm that stupid.
Ames, as Genesis, will never sell the independence to a corporations.
Doing business? Yes, that's something that happens, but it's what that keeps the income coming.
But selling the independence of Ames? A House doesn't have enough credits for that.
However, I have to admit that they tried, but I have clearly negated any attempt of selling our independence to them, because as you said, that's part of the Zoner way of life, and we are not going to change this not now, not never.

Mister Lawrence.
I'll be keeping an eye on things regardless, forgive me if I don't take your answer on faith given the fact you didn't inform me about any of this yourself. I had to discover it through some offbeat news source that typically publishes half baked nonsense aimed at promoting the status quo.
I trust you understanding how we'll react to any foreign presence in Kepler going forward. With the gates going offline, our influence over the system is all the more prominent. The navy can no longer reach through and try to stop us from keeping outsiders at bay. And likewise, your independence alongside our own is thoroughly cemented.
This encourages me to take advantage of the situation and drastically overhaul our infrastructure in the area. I figure you'd be interested in helping us with such an endeavor, all the more so with the absence of prying eyes with the storm's recent arrival and subsequent encroachment. Oh, and if you were wondering, the news is wrong. This isn't a byproduct of the storm from Alberta leaking through, it's a century old prediction finally coming to pass. The media is just thoroughly incompetent at fact checking, likely owed to poor writers.
We'll be in touch more frequently now, you can be sure of that.

Cobra,
You should have been already aware of the media just speaks uninformed. We are very aware since when the Dark Matter Storm is there, as Ames was not built yesterday. That's why we are prepared for it before it hit us.
Now, I wasn't aware we had to tell you that a company contacted us, simply as we can simply take care of this type of politics. Just have a bit of faith. The news however is still half-baked as they actually say something other than what's going on.
However, I don't want to create any rift between our organizations, because as you said, now we have the advantage in Kepler. The Houses have a hard time coming in the system, so, the access would be quite limited to mosty transports and traders. Having them still around Ames makes us go on, so I hope you understand the reason that at the moment traders are vital or us. Credits are always needed. Especially now that we can expand. And I heavily support this idea.
I had myself going through my mind expanding Ames. But we can definetely have a joint expanding project. What did you have in mind exactly?

Mister Lawrence.
The Alliance's recent growth has made the shortage of reliable infrastructure painfully apparent, one such item the movement is in need of are proper dry docks, instead of the improvised structures we're currently making use for for asset maintenance. Kepler's recent estrangement from the neighboring Houses is an opportunity for us to make such commitments without concern of hostile interference.
If we cemented our presence in the system, then we could ensure that Kepler is an independent system in more ways than just its namesake. I'd like to think that this is something we can both find interesting to consider, especially with the recent precedents set by the Houses for just how they intend to respect the concept of independence.

Cobra,
I totally agree with your thought.
So I assume an expansion of your base in Kepler, Nome Base. Did you have anything specific in your mind or just general expansion?
