It has been too long since we last talked. However, I come to you with news regarding the Toledo Graveyard's wrecks. With enough time at hand, the salvaging teams estimated a solid amount of materials that can be associated with "Scrap". While we cannot just brutally rip apart the ships, the only viable solution would be careful disansembly of Resephs by sending a CSV to take care of the external hull with a Cutting Laser tool and then board a few of our skilled scavengers with the help of a CSF. While the CSV does the outside job, scavengers will respectfully loot the Reseph of any corpses and board them on the Freighter they came in with. Not only that, but they will also dismantle the safety locks from within to fasten salvaging process. Disansembled parts will then be towed into Omicron Mu - Taba Starbase. The overall amount of usable materials that can be collected is 45,000 of Scrap (generalized term) per Reseph.
As for the Order Fighter wrecks scattered around the graveyard, Salvager Frigates will do the job. With the vast array of tools and cargo capacity, they can take in ships whole. The whole amount of materials we may collect per Fighter is 10,000 Scrap.
Of course, we can't do all this for free. Judging by how dangerous the Graveyard is right now and how tedious carrying tombs is in a respectful way, I believe 3000 Credits per unit is a fair price. Added to this, I recommend The Order sets up a Neural Net link for all Voltaic Personnel to see and send in their manifests.
I hope your answer is as quick as your determination, Miss Becker and Agent Solandros.
Out of respect of the dead, lets refer to the salvage as what it is, salvage, even if scans will likely indicate it as scrap.
Before discussing compensation I would like to know how many ships you realistically expect to be able to salvage while
also working on stabilizing Tarancon Base. As much as we would like to give our dead the burial they deserve,
it would be against everything they fought for if civilian lives were sacrificed in the process.
The Voltaic Junkers can handle the pressure of maintaining Tarancon and conducting salvaging operations within the Toledo Graveyard, so don't worry. Of course, such task requires Order patrols to cover my units for as long as possible in order to safely dismantle any ships we placed our eyes on.
Realistically speaking, we can start with salvaging a Reseph and three Nephtys Fighters. It will take a while to get the Reseph prepped for departing its former tomb, but it should take less to salvage the Nephtys fighters. All we need is greenlight on beginning the operation.
The operation is good to go, however as the Order will be providing much of the security and the destination is buy one jump away, in a secured system at that, the Order can justify at most a payment of 2'500 credits per salvaged unit. Should you require further assistance please inform me at your earliest convenience.
This is a late answer, but I assume you already knew that we began moving the first wave of wrecks towards Taba. Everything is doing well so far, but we're taking cautious steps, thus not rushing at all. The last thing I need is signing up funeral papers for Junkers dying in a wreck that is also shot by Nomads.
On the other hand, I received news that a group of civilians requires help. Their leader says something about a synaptic shock caused by a Nomads within House Space. Naturally, they required medical assistance from experts, so while I am only the middleman for this matter, I urge you to consider taking care of them: and possibly in a stealthy manner.
They say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,
you are wise to take things slowly to ensure no unneeded risks are taken, especially in such a wild place as the Omicrons.
Regarding the civilians, the Order will send some medication as well as several of our physicians, guarded of course,
to the station to examine them and treat their injuries. Should the need arise, infection will be dealt with.
However considering they made it past the stations scanners hopefully this will not be required.
Did you miss us? Deep apologies for the sudden cease of all operations and activities within Omicron Minor. I had a run-in with local authorities regarding something about my ship, and had to lay low for quite some time.
I'm here to ask if you want to re-enable this small deal of ours, in case The Order has forgotten about Voltaic Junkers doing the dirty work for you.
