It's the same people complaining, again and again, having acting all surprised and gob-smacked when staff do their job and punish them, and when they make complaints they purposefully tailor the scenario and tweak the context to make it look like they're completely innocent.

Are you speaking from personal experience? Because that sounds like a scenario I just described about preferential treatment from people brown nosing.

I like Mep and he is tryingand is active, but still makes complete beginner mistakes in dealing with people and acting as a "rep" of an official entity, just saying. But he's new on the job,I'm sure he will get better over time
