As I said, you can't make statements like that based on one event/happening.
Hyung Soong, so.. I should count RM, QCO, BAF, KNF, TBH and every single other clan too?
Because, at one point, they WERE in NY. That is your logic, man.
Also, my point wasn't how much lawfuls/unlawfuls there are in Liberty at all.
My point was how many lawfuls/unlawfuls there are in Liberty at one moment.
And no, attacking once a month isn't operating. Ask the wiki!
RickJames, about that event. Well, I'm pretty surprised that Keepers suddenly became Outcast's allies. Speechless.
Withdrawn too.
Also, Hyuung Soong, if you want to discuss single player.. Well, I can tell you only this.
Nomads did NOT openly attack ANYONE when they were strongest ever.
They even delayed attack on Liberty when they had whole Rheinland fleet submitted to their will. That tells you something.
Why should they openly attack NY now, after defeat in Nomad wars?
They are smarter then that, and they showed it in single player, when they tried to defeat humanity trough infestation.
Open attacks on damn Houses are just plain silly.

Yes, that might be true, since I play during the day only, so I got that impression.

Threadjack:
Not once did I say the nomads attack openly. That would be foolish of the
Nomads, as I dont think they could currently stand against the combined might
of Liberty, Rheinland, Bretonia, and Kusari. That's what a threat to all humanity would do.
Nor have I said the Keepers or the nomads have an alliance with Outcasts.
What you are talking about is "wrong place at the right time."
And it happens more than you
Yes I think those other ones (RM, QCO, BAF, KNF, TBH) should also be on the list. That is
exactly my thinking. Even if not openly the LSF WOULD be watching Rheinland ships.
To your implied assumption that they should not be on that list, I would counter that any
ships who have been in New York should be on that list. If I were an LSF agent I would do
that. As a counter-terrorist Intelligence Agency Agent it would be my duty to keep tabs on
everyone. Including other LSF agents that act suspiciously.
I kinda want to dismantle your points, but Im sick and cant be bothered.
Instead I'll go to bed get well and THEN come back and counter them.
Oh and by the way...I write the Wiki.:D
Please dont mistake my strong position for flaming.
I'm just trying to get you to open you eyes to the ...
something... I cant quite put my finger on it.:D
I'm going to bed. See yah.
Back to the topic:
I still think to make things easier on everyone, LSF and
LN players should be able to get into Alaska. BH shouldn't be there. I would have
thought that as soon as they weren't needed against the Nomads, the LN oust them from their "Secret" system.
Otherwise you get complicated situations where non-player faction
players challenge those who ARE allowed into the Area. And that is good from a guard.
But it's frustrating from the legitimate people's POV.
They can be delayed for days if they log on at the wrong time.

I understand your point, but this wasn't about "keeping an eye on them".
It's about how many unlawfuls operate (that means every day) in Liberty, and how many lawfuls operate in Liberty (again every day).
I totally support your view, but it's the other matter that concerns me.
Yes, LSF should keep an eye on foreign dangers.
And yes, LPI + Navy should safeguard the inside.
But no, LSF should not be able to do everything LPI and Navy can + much more.
That's why I said they need a different approach.
All in all, I think lawfuls in Liberty need to make a deal.
Navy will do this and that and will be in charge of this and that.
LPI will do this and that and will be in charge of this and that.
LSF will do this and that and will be in charge of this and that.
Because as it is now, it seems like everyone is in charge of the same thing. Killing pirates.

Chopper, I'm afraid that your opinion on Keepers in NY isn't shared by Liberty factions even. We had seen good deal of action, massive roleplay, and were even invited on a couple of occasions for staged roleplay scenes. On top of that the behavior of Nomads change as they evolve further, new paths and ways are taken, take a look in development forum even, you can find a sneak peek into the latest developments in that area too. However mere argument on the basis of claiming actions "silly" isn't enough to make your point to me at least. Finally: Willard Research Station and Valhalla, rings a bell?
Fair enough. I'm forgetting that some things changed during my absence, and I apologize if you were insulted by my posts.
