Lily Ward, Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Crayter Republic. I believe I've spoken with one of your taskmasters in the past, and it's always a pleasure to address our allies from Canberra.

The Republic, in response to your proposal of a unified front against the potential of a resurgent Gallia, has established contact with the Empire of Kusari to establish a peace that seems long since overdue. As our ally against them, and to offer a joint council to oversee peace for all three factions, it only felt natural to invite your representatives to this meeting to officially end this conflict.

I look forward to your response, and depending on the availability of the Kusari diplomats, we expect this conference to take place either over comms or, thanks to the hospitality of the local governor of the Bretonian side of Tau-31, at Tarbert Mansion on Planet Harris. It is my hope that you will join us and officially end these hostilities. Of course, you are welcome to propose a venue as well, though bear in mind the distances the Kusari delegates will need to travel for these talks if at all.

I apologize for the delay, but even establishing communication with Kusari was a trial by itself. I would like, however, to be able to finally notify you that the gathering at Tarbert Mansion on Harris is finally organized, and that representatives from all parties are beginning to travel for the negotiations.

I myself will be attending, along with my personal secretary and a member of the President's advisory committee. I hope to see you, or whomever you designate to go, at the negotiations.
