Greetings everyone,
Yesterday I had launched from New London to hear rumors of both Corsairs and IMG in Cambridge. I left for Cambridge immediately, and found the IMG pilot chatting nicely with a convoy of traders heading to Rheinland with Beryllium. Nothing was out f the ordinary, so I continued my patrol to the Norfolk to find a CEO of BowEx, a Ms. Unselie, in a Bretonian Luxury Liner fleeing from Corsairs. I immediately followed the trade lane to where they were, and found three Corsair fighters and a Corsair Gunboat engaging three Blood Dragons, one of which was even in a Gunboat. I immediately jumped at the change to get an advantage, and hopped into the fight to equal the odds. The Dragons destroyed one Corsair, Grimly, without much hassle, and then continued to eliminate all but one, a Benitez named Matei, who fled into the Ice Field. I inquired as to what Blood Dragons were doing so far south, but Ms. Uselie informed me that they were her escorts.
After this, I found another Corsair in an Armored Transport right outside Cambridge attempting to steal out of the Cryer Pharmaceuticals storage containers. I chased him away, but the dragons chased him into the idea cloud and had their way with him...
After this, the commissioner called me up to Planet Leeds to help him deal with the Kishiro spy. I arrived to guard the Civilians while he got out the Loricate and heard quite a mouth full from the IMG pilot directed at a BMM pilot. I instructed them to take it to private channels, but they refused and continued to slander each other over system chat. Having no fine for disturbing the peace, I couldn't do anything but try and quell the dispute. Thankfully, though, the IMG pilot left to the Tau's, and the BMM pilot returned to his duties...

Evening all,
First patrol on board the Carapace, Sir.
Manchester - nothing to report.
Leeds - a Gaian by the name of James_Apollo attempted to extort money from me and then had the gall to attack this ship. With the assistance of QCO Engsign McAlpin and a Freelancer, DD_daisythedutch we saw off the blighter. He seems a little misguided.
New London - that unruly scoundrel by the name of Rawshank was looking for trouble in New London again. He's a smoker. Seems set on the QCO as targets however and made no attempt to interfere with my patrol.
Cambridge - nothing to report.
My first impressions of the Caracpace: handled itself well against a lone bomber; I think the chap was a bit miffed at how easily his shields were dealt with. I think if we could at all fit some turrets that might help to "rough up" a target that would be super. These Gaians are a tenacious lot.
hello?? this thing working?? *kicks it* aha! it is on..it seems that bunch of counterfeit software was good for something.....anyway dear BPA constables next time you have an armoured transport hanging around dont let him go unattented next time otherwise some bad things mght happen to it haha not saying they would just that they might...and to the pilot of that rust bucket of a transport i presume you have informed your superiors of our little fun game of tag in Leeds today but more importantly i hope you informed them that you had to beg and plead various nearby traders for help haha oh how i laughed when that gunboat wasnt allowed to help you because if he had i would of been toast for sure...hmm well i have business to get to untill next time....oh and i would call off your bounty on my head before anymore Bounty Hunters or Mercenarys die on your hands the last one only lasted a few minutes before he fell to...*static*..oing on?? bah stu..*static*..ap! i knew i...*static*....sted my ti...*static*

Mr Brown,
excellent job out there! Feel free to contact me anytime in order to reimburse the costs for your CCD unit equipment. On another note, as the Carapace is an Armoured Transport, I could offer you a more hull-breaking pair of guns; the Queen's research is regularly giving out prototype weapons, and we could afford to outfit the Carapace with a pair of Iron Hammers or Excaliburs.
On another note, Armoured Transports are well able to defend themselves against fighter-class vessels; Percherons have a hard time, as I had to experience yesterday. As well, it is advised to perform CCD patrols together with a fellow officer in a Hussar - this combination proves to be quite effective.
Finally, I guess we will have to improve NSY's anti-hacking firewall... ignore the eco-terrorists propaganda, gentlemen. Just recently, he tasted the flavor of my Splitters, spreading his ship hull panels through the skies of Edinburgh. I'm amazed the Gaians gave him a new ship that fast after a defeat... well, a good thing, I guess, as they are wasting their budget.
Sirs, while out and about in Leeds, the following two individuals came through with smuggled goods.
Casper, carrying 20 units of Cardamine, which a QSO officer attempted to stop as well, but he made it through to Crete.
=CR= Varsovia - and she had a SERIOUS attitude problem. Mr. Bandor stated that she was his escort - except that he was in a Starflier with minimal weapons - and then suddenly, the funds from the cargo that Varsovia was carrying ended up in Bandors hands.
Please note that I took no action other than these photographs for you to decide whether or not to post bounties on these people that flout Bretonian law.

Evening all,
Patrol updates. Quiet the last few days.
Manchester - nothing to report.
Leeds - nothing to report.
New London - a vile Corsair, Shadow, slipped through the defences and was shooting up New London orbit. Hit him a few blasts with the turrets and told him to clear off. Not a serious threat.
Cambridge - nothing to report.

Gentlemen,
thank you for your efforts concerning the contraband traffic in Bretonia.
Unfortunately, the pictures you sent via our frequencies do not include any evidence of the suspects being smugglers. We need proof of the smuggled freight aboard the ship - it could just be fake evidence otherwise.
Should you have any visual proof of the contraband, please send it on these frequencies.
Thank you for your time.
Yours,
Joshua Cooper

Gentlemen, ladies, SAH's,
I am sad to say that I am terminating my contract with the BPA. Recent events in my personal life have made me make this choice. It was an honor flying with you all. Bretonia is safe as long as you are around.
I will continue to serve bretonia as a reservist but my priorities lie with taking care of my new born daughter and wife who is now in New londons Intensive care hospital.

Mr Farbridge,
let me say that we here at New Scotland Yard all enjoyed the times when we got to perform patrols together with you. It pains me to here you are resigning from your constable duty, but I can absolutely understand your reasons.
For the future, all my best wishes to you and your family! I'll see that you get a nice basket with a variation of Bretonia's various tea sorts and some of Christy's best crackers.
Thank you, for flying along with us for these last months.

Gentlemen,
As I patrol in the vicinity of Stokes, I met a transport ship called Moonwalker and loaded deuterium which was headed toward TAU 31.
The scanners indicated that the vessel belonged to Outcast, but when I asked him what he was doing in Bretonian space with a load of deuterium he told me that it knew nothing and was lost.
With doubts, asked him to drop his cargo and leave to outcast space. After 30 seconds of silence, he opened fire on me while heading towards TAU 31.
You will agree that this act is very serious. Therefore i propose a bounty of 2 million placed on his head. And at the seriousness of his actions, I ask that Bretonian space become closed for him until further notice, under penalty of immediate destruction.
