Biography : Born to a low-class family on Planet Houston, Texas, Matthew started to show particular interest to military and police duty when he was around 14. Seeing it not only as a patriotical endeavour, but also a source of decent profit and a possibility to flee away its family and Houston society, he enlisted to Liberty Navy in the age 18 and passed his trainings to become the part of crew to Liberty Cruiser "Merrimack", that mostly performed patrol duties in California. His career grow was rather calm until the Gallic War begun - then, the Merrimack was moved closer to the front-line, to Magellan, where ship and its crew protected Liberty's borders from the invaders. Following the end of Gallic War, the ship was returned home and decommissioned, and all its crew relocated to other vessels or retired, as veterans of war. Matthew was not one of them - he still was young enough to continue his duty, alongside the Naval Command which considered his condition well enough for further service.

Biography:
Samantha was born on Planet Denver to an economically well family and her childhood and teenage years passed by without any difficulties. Her father was a mercenary, working mostly as a convoy escort, while her mother had an office job in the Liberty Navy. The loss of her father at the age of seventeen struck Samantha hard, effectively changing her life from that point on.
She completely let go of any dreams she had about growing up, and living the rest of her life, planet-side and - despite her mother's attempts - decided she would follow her father's desires and become a pilot herself. Less than a year after his sudden death, Sam would find herself applying to the Liberty Navy Secondary Fleet at West Point Military Academy. The positive response which arrived a few days later hit her with great surprise and fed her with the much needed confidence in order to proceed with her goal.
She entered the Academy and begun her courses; a total of six years worth of training, after which she would be a capable pilot both in snubcraft and in capital ships operated by the Libertonian armed forces. The next six years of her life would go by swiftly as she alternated between the Academy, during her training months, and her home at Denver during her various vacations. After she was done, her instructors and herself noticed that she had a preference towards flying larger ships and she showed an increase of performance in those ship classes. She was offered to attend to two more years of advanced capital ship training - an offer that only a fool would turn down.
Once her training was complete, and at the age of twenty-six, Samantha walked out of the Academy in her newly acquired Navy uniform and headed home to a very proud mother - despite her disapproval of her daughter's life choices. Sam wouldn't waste any time before beginning to work for the Liberty Navy and she would quickly gain respect among her ranks - after all there weren't many officers that had a whole eight years spent in West Point before being in space.
After two years of gaining even more experience in the field to back up her theoretical knowledge gained from her training, Samantha thought it was about time to join a primary fleet. Looking through her options, she made her decision and applied to the Forty-Sixth Fleet, hoping to receive a similar notification like the one she did ten years ago.
Why do you want to join our organization: Because I'd like to know that somebody's gonna have my back out there. Flying as a secondary you're treated like cannon-fodder.

4. Is Omicron NU classed as Liberty space in roleplay: This is a pretty weird question considering I shape my roleplay around gameplay-restrictions (as everyone should in my opinion). I've roleplayed Nu as not being part of Liberty ever since House Space got reworked. The reason I've been roleplaying that way is because LibLawfuls no longer get law enforcement lines outside Liberty House Space, thus you can't be treating any system outside said house space as Liberty space.
5. You have stopped a Trader carrying Cardamine, what do you do with this individual and why: Ask them to drop all of it in space and blow it up. If they comply and it's the first time I catch them I let them go. If they comply but I've caught them multiple times before I fine them. If they don't comply I warn them a couple more times that I will shoot and if they keep not complying I will shoot them.

Born on Planet Pittsburgh as the result of a Rheinland refugee and a Libertonian woman, Anton became the meaning of life for the newly created family and became the source of motivation for his father, a boron miner, to get them out of their poor financial state. Working in the mines on Pittsburgh did not provide enough to sustain the family of three yet demanded much effort, but his father had been saving throughout the years and had made barely enough to get them off-site and live on Manhattan. Throughout the years, Anton's father had been moving from job to job in desperation to keep his family well-fed while his wife stayed home to take care of their only child.
A couple of years passed. Despite his age, Anton was able to view life from a mature perspective and understood the sacrifices his father had made for the family. It made him feel miserable as he was unable to help out in their situation. Therefore, Anton gave his all into the only thing he could, studying. By the age of 18, Anton had graduated with remarkable results and wanted to continue on more to be qualified for a job that could lighten the weight of his father's responsibility. He enrolled into the local University, specializing in Business Economics, hoping to obtain a white-collar job.
Midway through his education, his father unexpectedly passed on. The doctors stated that it was due to the continuous labor despite his age, that led to his health deteriorating to that extent. Both Anton and his mother were devastated. The sudden loss of his only inspiration and reason to move on caused Anton to fall into a depressive state. His mother had to take up a part-time job at the nearby clinic in order to support both of them. Anton begun to avoid school and all form of social interaction.
A week went by without saying or doing anything. Then Anton realized, although his father had left the world, his mother was still there for him. That became his new reason to move on, to do what he could not for his father. He decided to abandon his path of studying to immediately begin working as his mother could not provide for them forever and begun taking any job that paid decently for its work.
The month was barely ending and Anton was exhausted from hopping between jobs repeatedly, he did not want to end up like how his father did, and went out in search of a more secure occupation. That's when he came across the military's advertisement, they were looking for dedicated young individuals to bolster their forces after the Gallic War. He had made his decision, to obtain a secure job at the cost of risking his life. 3 months after enrolling into the academy, he had completed the necessary courses and was ready to be deployed onto the field.
Fast forward to the present, Anton Gunnarsson became a decorated Lieutenant of the Navy through his years of service.

Stop them and elaborate on Liberty Law 4.1 "Restricted Equipment" to state that they are in violation of said law. If they claim to have a license for equipment at hand, get their details and information to check with the list of approved licenses by the government. If found to not have a license, kindly request that they dock at the nearest installation or planet to remove all restricted equipment. After that, warn them that if they are to be found with restricted equipment again, a hefty fine will be issued. Physical resistance will result in violation of Liberty Law 5 "Obstruction of Justice" and result in offenders ship being disabled.

Remind said offender of Liberty Law 1.1 "Contraband Commodities" and get them to jettison said cargo. If the offender at hand is in the list of 'Repeated offenders', then a fine would be issued depending on amount of contraband. If not, then a simple and stern warning would be given instead. In a situation where the offender attempts to run away, warning shots will be fired in an attempt to intimidate the offender. Any further resistance or failure to comply will result in violation of Liberty Law 5 "Obstruction of Justice" and lead to shots fired intending to disable their ship.
