Madames et Messieurs,
For the first message in the Reporting Center, I shall begin with the acquisition and following deployment of the GNS Saint Amant.
The GNS Saint Amant, is one of the latest Obstinate-class Battlecruiser to have left the Rambouillet Shipyard. The Saint Amant, after final tests by the shipyard, it is time for me, its staff and its crew, to fly.
We promptly departed for the Picardy system, where the Saint Amant currently resides. It will remain there for an indefinite period as its first "proper" trial, until it is time for her to regain one of our shipyards for maintenance and repairs. We will then proceed to go to the Zurich system, near the Jump Gate to Cologne.

During ammunition duty on [GN]GNS-Gaulois the call to assume battle stations hit me like a blunt cold ocean wave.
We did not expect to be challenged. Not here, not in Orkney! I assumed my rotation to be uneventful and routine. It was nothing but. The roaring sound of our Valor's engines resonated all around us as the high velocity positioning maneuvers began. Soon the dawn of battle was upon us.
I was slightly relieved when our internal displays showed only one vessel - a Liberty Battlecruiser flying the flag of the Bretonians. It is true that they have put up great resistance during The War, but this is but one daring intruder, alone in the vastness of Orkney, taking on the pinnacle of Gallic Engineering.
Like a massive unstoppable battering ram our Warwolf kept steadily making our vessel purr with every piercing discharge. There was no time to check if the Combat Information Center made good use of our hard work, but all my job was is that our weapons are being fed fresh ammunition cartridges, control their temperature and make sure they are ready at the CIC's disposal.
As time went a puzzled uncertainty came over me - the call that the hostile vessel was quickly disabled like we all expected just wasn't coming. How could that be? Out manned and outgunned, their commander seemed suicidal in attacking us. Was there a reason for his over confidence afterall? I managed to peek a glimpse at the sceen that monitored our weaponry's trajectory. The space between the two vessels was lit up like sky above New Paris on New Year's Eve, Warfolf projectiles married with the shower of the rest of our arsenal covered the view and my confidence returned. For only a short while, as I have then seen the enemy ship. Although smaller and weaker, it was agile, it seemed like a dolphin amongst waves, dodging the sheer amount of destruction our Valor sent it's way.
This was not going well.
Soon our vessel started shaking as the nimble enemy has penetrated our shield and started testing the resolve of our Valor's hull with it's mortars. We did a great job, reloading our weapons as fast as we could. The heat started to become unbearable as the kinetic energy from the Mortars heated our hull, the heat only intensifying with the relentless activity from our own weaponry.
And then, it happened...was it overconfidence, was it something I did? The little ship kept biting, poking, until there was no choice but to ring the bells of defeat. Our Valor drifting, harmed, had to lick it's wounds and retreat to the defensive shield of Issodun. Foolish now seems granting the Bounty Hunters to take ovcer Fort Albi - they will be no help and can't be trusted to take on the Bretonian nimble and daring shark that so hummiliated our vessel.
No, this is our fight. I do not know what else I could have done to prevent this upset. Perhaps I can climb, I can work hard. For Gallia, for my own sake. To one day be the person that gives the commands that lead victory even against an opponent like this.

DÉBUT DE TRANSMISSION
Classification: SECRET
· Sender: Ensign Gabriel Cadieux · Recipient: Main Fleet Headquarters · Subject: A skirmish in Zurich
Bonjour,
I have just been discharged from New Paris Hôpital Militaire following my injuries sustained during the events I will be covering in this report.
On the date 12.12.744, during my patrol in Picardy system, I received a distress signal from GNI regarding a stolen Liner vessel, originally moored to Calais Research Station. The vessel was last seen moving towards the Zurich Jump Gate, and I was assigned to an interception wing composed of whatever navy forces available at the time: Myself, a Gallic Navy Gendarmerie vessel codename "Matraque-36", one GDA pilot by the name Gaston Corbeil and a secondary fleet fighter, codename "Farfadet".
After a hasty deployment, we gave chase, and just as we reached the edge of our operating area, Cologne Jump Gate, we've found a pair of freelancers, together with a pair of Brigands! Freelancers claimed to have no idea where the stolen ship is, claiming it 'dissapeared in front of them'. Not believing their testimony, along with the face they were interacting with Brigands, we demanded they turn themselves over for interrogation aboard the nearest facility, to which they refused, and a four on four skirmish began in earnest.
The Gendarmerie vessel was ill-equipped for the fight, and was disabled relatively easily, but regardless, we've managed to take out one of the freelancer vessels, before another freelancer vessel joined in and enemy forces overwhelmed ours. My vessel was next to be disabled, but from what I heard over the radio in my escape pod, enemy paid dearly, and the fight ended with both parties survivors disengaging into safety.
Unfortunately, we were unable to capture any of the enemy pilots, and captured Liner whereabouts remain a mystery. Audio transcript of events before the engagement are attached below.

DÉBUT DE TRANSMISSION
Classification: SECRET
· Sender: Ensign Gabriel Cadieux · Recipient: Main Fleet Headquarters · Subject: Orkney under Siege; Royalists thwarted.
Bonjour,
It appears the Bretonians are growing bolder by the minute, we've had two incidents involving BAF entering Orkney:
First one I ended up jumping into the middle of a rather big battle between our stalwart Navy forces and Bretonia invaders, backed by Liberty Security Forces bomber squadron.
Our capital ships were harassed by the bombers, so I immediately set off to suppress their onslaught. The attack ended in a complete success, disabling one fighter, and getting the other one to perform a suicide-run on one of our Valors upon sustaining critical damage.
Having dealt with all fighter craft, I tried to provide at least an element of distraction to our fleet, and ended up scoring a lucky hit on an exposed reactor of a destroyer, initiating a chain reaction and destroying the vessel. Cleaning up the area afterwards was a formality.
After repelling the attack, I joined up with Gendarme Corentin Auch to perform a patrol of Burgundy system, we ended up encountering two Royalists. I have managed to disable one of the ships, for which I submitted a bounty claim, before being shot down by the other one, which was in turn finished off by Gendarme Auch. After being transported back to base, I had to use my Cougar for the remainder of the day.
After but an hour, an overwhelming force of second wave of Bretonian Armed Forces arrived on the scene, with our own forces still recovering from the first engagement. I tried to disengage, but a lone Templar pursued, and in turn suffered a severe case of Nova torpedo to the cockpit, all the while our Gendarmerie transport which tried to flee the besieged station was held hostage, and summarily executed... excuse me, I meant murdered in cold blood. Afterwards a Crayterian Carrier came to the scene and convinced Bretonians to leave the system, bless them for that. Transcript of the situation below:

[29.12.2021 18:54:14] Akrafjall: Well now it's a little bit more interesting.
[29.12.2021 18:54:15] HMS-Speedy: Who would have thought the Gauls capable of giving the stiff upper lip
[29.12.2021 18:54:22] BAF|HMS-Ajax: Oscar: It disobeyed orders. We do not negotiate with such people.
[29.12.2021 18:54:50] HMS-Speedy: They were suspected of transporting materials to be used in the next Gaul offensive and refused boarding
[29.12.2021 18:55:00] =CR=FV-Argos|47: G: This is not Bretonia. You have no authority to give orders to anyone here.
[29.12.2021 18:55:08] [GN]Gabriel.Cadieux.: You're all murderers, that's the truth.
[29.12.2021 18:55:26] =CR=FV-Argos|47: G: Perhaps in Tau-31, on your side of the border, but not here.
[29.12.2021 18:55:42] BAF|HMS-Ajax: Oscar: Well that is certainly surprising to hear. Crayter was one of the signatories to the blockade imposed upon Gallia.
[29.12.2021 18:55:59] BAF|HMS-Ajax: Oscar: Yet, it seems, you care about them rather than upholding it.
[29.12.2021 18:56:14] BAF|HMS-Ajax: Oscar: Do you, perhaps, have an explanation for that?
[29.12.2021 18:56:21] =CR=FV-Argos|47: G: We upheld it, last I heard. I was given strict orders to enforce it.
[29.12.2021 18:56:45] BAF|HMS-Ajax: Oscar: Then do not question how we treat the Gauls. We have our own orders.
[29.12.2021 18:57:05] =CR=FV-Argos|47: G: If you're actively antagonizing them, provoking another war, then I can absolutely have a problem with it.
[29.12.2021 18:57:33] BAF|HMS-Ajax: Oscar: Take it up with fleet command. We have other matters to deal with.
[29.12.2021 18:57:45] =CR=FV-Argos|47: G: I will. Now, politely, vacate the system.
[29.12.2021 18:57:54] =CR=FV-Argos|47: G: This only provokes more conflict.
[29.12.2021 18:58:30] [GN]Gabriel.Cadieux.: Appreciate the assist, Argos actual.
[29.12.2021 18:58:44] [GN]Gabriel.Cadieux.: We wanted nothing of this conflict

War has come once more to our House. The Bretonian Armed Forces have openly invaded Orkney, using the Bounty Hunter Operated Installation Fort Albi as base of operations and repairs as they assault Gallic Infrastructure.
With all due respect, not sure which Genius though that giving our most important Border Fort to Sirians that immediately betray us and openly house and repair massive hostile fleets was a good idea, but I sure hope they get punished and the Albi Bounty Hunters executed for high treason.
I expect this campaign to be as long and strenuous as the war with Kusari. After all the negotiating and embargos I did not expect an open full scale war to errupt this quickly, we can only hope we are ready. This time, with only the weak Maquisards instead of the Council in our backs we just might succeed.

Bonjour,
Once more have the Bretonian Invaders showed up on our doorstep, and attempted another attack on the Fort de Bregancon.
It was an extremely chaotic encounter, but let me try to summarize: Initial wave consisted of one Invincible-class Dreadnought and a Merchant Navy Challenger-class bomber. I've managed to slow down the attackers until reinforcements arrived, afterwards dealing with the bomber craft, while another wave of two BAF fighters made it in range, pinning me down, while the Dreadnought, weakened from the attempt at demolishing the base, got overwhelmed by our own capital vessel, using a rather outdated identification tag.
In the meantime, one more Bretonian capital vessel showed up, followed by a Maquis craft, followed by a Crayter capital, FV-Argos. the Maquis craft as well as one more Bretonian Snubcraft got shot down, while Crayerian managed to convince the remaining BAF forces to leave, of which there was a destroyer and a lone fighter left.
Then, our forces began cleaning up criminals loitering around, beginning with followed by Brigands and Royalists that eventually made their way to the scene. Sadly, my vessel got disabled during the skirmish, but at the very least not before clearing the area of any ships big enough to threaten our forward outpost.

Bonjour,
our fleet of one battleship, one destroyer and two bombers has done a recon of the Tau-37 system recently. What was supposed to be a calm recon suddenly turned into a massacre, after an outcast dreadnought with a very heavy fighter shown their le ugly faces. The dreadnought was dealt with quickly, but then two gaian bombers (1,2), a gaian destroyer and a Kusarian destroyer, that was later backed up by another one, piled on us. We managed to put one of the Kusarian vessels down before our battleship got destroyed. Afterwards there was not much to do and we were defeated. Next time, let's just hope they won't get the numbers advantage again and we can easily wreck them.

While on ammunition duty aboard the Richelieu during one of our Tau-37 incursions I have witnessed an unusual sight - a piece of Crayterian technology strangely paraded in the system like a trophy.
I wonder if the Crayterians are aware - it might be worth notifying them so they can attempt to recover the remains of the vessel.

More tau-37 Incursions! This time we were faced by the Outcasts [/\/\w]-Dark.Light, MNS-Lucas, Alberto.Ortiz, L\-MNS-Asuncion
Our mighty Valor Richelieu has taken on all enemies but MNS-Lucas caused heavy damage and our point defence weaponry struggled to dispose of the remaining meneuverable targets that in the end bested us.
Dark.Light and Lucas were disabled before our defeat - to truly take hold in the system we will require smaller support vessels.
